ABSTRACTDoctor as the main doctor that provides health care system in Indonesia ought to have morals and ethics governed by KODEKI. This research aimed to determine the implementation of KODEKI in National Health Insurance in Indragiri Hilir Regency which was examined through 6 values of KODEKI. Thie research used exploration method with qualitative approach towards three doctors with two of them from community health center and one of the from Indragiri Hilir government hospital which were selected using snowball sampling. Data collection was done by interview which is recorded by audio recorder. Results of the research showed that all of the informants possess altruism, responsibility, professional idealism, accountability, scientific integration and social integration values. The results were based on statements as well as attitude given by informants.Key words: KODEKI values, NHC, Indragiri Hilir regency

ABSTRACTNutrition in the early adolescents is a matter that must be considered. Many impacts that will be experienced by adolescents when malnutrition. Adolescents who are malnutrition will affect reproduction, in adolescent who experience obesity will be at risk of degenerative diseases. The purpose of this study is to describe the nutritional status of SMP Negeri 13 Pekanbaru. This research were 290 students from grade VII and VIII consisting of 100 boys and 190 girls were taken with purposive sampling technique. Data were colected by questionnaire filled out by respondents to assess student characteristics data and calculate BMI by measuring weight and height to get nutritionaly measuring weight and height to get nutritional status of students. Nutritional status is divided into malnutrition, underweight, normal, overweight and obesity based on standard anthropometric indicators BMI per age. The result of this study a normal nutritional status is 172 students (59%), followed by the nutritional status of overweight were 66 students (23%), obesity were 29 students (10%), underweight were 19 students (7%) and malnutrition were 4 students (1%).Keywords :nutritional status, nutrient, early adolescents

ABSTRACTImplementation of Indonesian Medical Codes of Ethics (KODEKI) values has been public’s highlight ever since National Health Coverage (NHC) is undergone. This is doctor’s autonomy in serving the patients has been limited. The aim of this research is to see how the implementation of the six values of KODEKI in NHC in Dumai City. This qualitative research was using exploration method towards four selected general practitioners who was chosen by snowball sampling method and thus called as informants. Data was collected by using interview technique and recorded by audio recorder. The result showed that each of the informants have all the six values of KODEKI which compromises of altruism, responsibility, professional idealism, accountability, scientific integrity, and social integrity in Dumai eversince NHC has been implemented. This is proven by the informants’ statements which was validated using triangulation technique.Keywords:KODEKI values, national health coverage, Dumai city.

ABSTRACTDiarrhea is one of the major causes of infant and child death in Indonesia, so appropriate pharmacotherapy is needed. Acute diarrhea occurs less than fourteen days (two weeks). The aim of this study was to observe the description of pharmacotherapy diarrhea acute among children in Puskesmas Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru City from January 1st - December 31st 2015. This was a descriptive study using data from medical records. There were 147 samples that fulfilled the inclusion criterias. Acute diarrhea was most common found in male (61,9%). Age group of 1-5 years was the most common age group in this study (77,6%). Enough weight group was the common weight group in this study (80,3%), and oralit was the most used pharmacotherapy (74,8%). The appropriate zinc duration by WHOs standar in this study was 65,3%,and appropriate zinc frequency was 68,7%.Key words: acute diarrhea,pharmacotherapy

ABSTRACTIndonesian physicians, in their daily practices, are set to hold firm to Indonesian Medical Codes of Ethics or Kode Etik Kedokteran Indonesia (KODEKI) as it composes moral values and norms in order to preserve professional nobleness in every situation that may persist. The ongoing National Health Insurance (NHI) that has been implemented since January 2014 has arose several challenges for physicians. The aim of this study was to discover the implementation of KODEKI value in NHC era in Siak Regency among general practitioners. This is a qualitative research using exploration method. Data was collected by interview technique and recorded by audio recorder. The results showed that all of the selected general practitioners possess altruism, responsibility, professional idealism, scientific and social integrity which are the values of KODEKI being observed in this research.Keywords: KODEKI, NHI, Siak Regency.

ABSTRACTDiabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases, the characteristic is hyperglycemia that causes by abnormality of insulin secretion, insulin action, or both. The prevalence of diabetes mellitus in Indonesia was increase from previous years. Optimal controlling of DM can reduce the occurrence of metabolic disorder and chronic vascular disease. The aim of this study was to know the description of controlling diabetes mellitus based on parameters of body mass index (BMI) and blood pressure in the outpatients department of internal medicine at RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. This research design was a cross sectional descriptive study with 51 respondents. In this study it was found that the level of controlling DM based on the parameter of BMI and blood pressure was 31,4% respondents and 39,2% respondents repeatedly can achieve the target. Meanwhile respondents who reached the target in both parameters showed 19,6% respondents, 11,8% respondents achieve the target on BMI but failed to achieve the target on blood pressure, 41,2% respondents achieve the target blood pressure but failed to achieve the target on BMI, 27,4% respondents failed to achieve the target on both parameters. It can be concluded that level of controlling DM based on parameters of BMI and blood pressure in the outpatients department of internal medicine at RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru was not reached the target.Key words : Diabetes mellitus,

ABSTRACTEvery doctors in Indonesia ought to have values and norms held by Kode Etik Kedokteran Indonesia (KODEKI). These values applied when giving health services to patient moreover after Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) program has been implemented since 1st January 2014. This causes general practitioners to work more especially in the primary health facilities or fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama (fktp). This program has been implemented all over Indonesia which includes Bengkalis Regency. The aim of the research was to determine implementation of KODEKI values in JKN era in Bengkalis Regency. Design used in this research was exploration method with qualitative approach. Informants were selected using snowball sampling who met inclusion criteria and were willing to be interviewed. There were 4 informants selected. Researcher did direct interview with the informants using guidelines of question and the data were recorded using audio recorder. The result showed that all of the informants possess altruism, responsibility, professional idealism, accountability, scientific integrity and social integrity. Thus, it can be concluded that general practitioners in Bengkalis Regency hold true to KODEKI values in JKN era. In additional to the answers of the informants, this result was supported by daily attitudes shown by the doctors towards society.Keywords : KODEKI values, JKN, Bengkalis Regency

ABSTRACTAdolescents are one of vulnerable groups to negative issues regarding health and nutrition. Nutritional problems suffered by many adolescents are caused by vorius factors, one of which is body image. This research was conducted with the cross-sectional design in which samples were selected with a quota sampling method. Body image was assessed by questionnare BSQ-34. Based on this study of 136 sampless were obtained 68,38% of responden were not satisfied with the sight of their body image and of responden were on normal nutritional status. From the result of the analysis carried out there was significant differences between body image based on the nutritional status (p = 0,020). So, there was a significant differences (p <0,05) among body image basedon the nutritional status of students of SMPN 13 Pekanbaru Sail Districts Pekanbaru City.Keywords : adolescents, body image, the nutritional status

ABSTRACTThe successfulness of a doctor in giving health services are based on how they applied Indonesian Medical Codes of Ethics or Kode Etik Kedokteran Indonesia (KODEKI) everyday. In January 1st 2014, Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional or National Health Coverage (NHC) started and applied gatekeeper concept for the general practitioner in primary healthcare facilities. By this program, the general practitioners have to give services for the patients that have grown in number in FKTP (primary healthcare facility) maximally. This program has been applied in Indonesia including in Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this research was to know the implementation of KODEKI in NHC’s era in Rokan Hilir Regency. This research used the design of exploration method with qualitative approach. The sample was selected by using snowball sampling method. There were four general practitioners who suited the inclusion’s criterias and willing to be interviewed. The interview was done by the researcher with question’s lists and was recorded by audio recorder. The result of this research showed that the general practitioners in NHC’S era in Rokan Hilir Regency possess altruism, responsibility, professional idealism, accountability, scientific integrity, and social integrity. The results was not only seen from the informants’statements but also their attitude while giving services in publicKeywords : KODEKI values, NHC, Rokan Hilir Regency.

ABSTRACTTuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which remains a global health threat. In Indonesia pulmonary TB is still a serious health problem with incidence rates are quite high. Pulmonary TB can be contained and prevented if people have knowledge and a good attitude so as to produce the appropriate control measures. The purpose of this study is to describe the knowledge and attitudes of TB patients in order to control efforts of TB in Puskesmas Sidomulyo Pekanbaru.The study was conducted in June 2016. This is a descriptive obeservational study with crosecctional approach. The instrument used was a questionnaire about knowledge, attitudes, and actions. The number of respondents is 31 patients of TB who were registered on the form of TB 06 in Puskesmas Sidomulyo Kota Pekanbaru and it has meet inclusion criteria of study. Results showed that sex characteristic of patients were predominantly male as many as 23 people (74,2%) and the most productive among patients aged 18-40 years as many as 20 people (64,5%). Characteristics by education level showed as many as 19 patients (61,3 %) was high school graduates and 90,3% had undergone treatment > 2 months. The result showed that respondents who have a quite good level of knowledge about tuberculosis as many as 12 people (38,7 %). Based on the attitudes showed that a positive attitude as many as 27 people (87%) and quite good level of actions as many as 4 people (13%).Keyword: Attitude,Action, Knowledge,Tuberculosis
