Abstract

This study was conducted to understand the Public Private Partnership (PPP) in Cepu Block oil and gas sector in Bojonegoro, the role of local government in Cooperation Contract Cepu Block, as well as ownership of Participating Interest (PI) of local government in the cooperation contract. Cepu Block is the working area of  the oil and gas, located in Bojonegoro East Java and Blora Central Java. This research used the case study method. The instruments that used in data collection are documentation, interviews, and direct observation. The results showed a cooperation contract in KKS Cepu Block using a Production Sharing Contract (PSC). In cooperation contract, the role of local government as accelerators, regulators, and mediators, as well as  local government will get a Participating Interest (PI) and revenue sharing. PI is managed by provincial enterprises and will be accepted by the local government after all  the working capital incurred by the partners has been returned and estimated that the local government Bojonegoro receiving PI in 2016 when peak production is reached. Abstract

Cireng merupakan salah satu jenis makanan ringan dari daerah Bandung. Nama “Cireng” berasal dari kata “aci digoreng”, karena makanan ini berbahan dasar tepung tapioka atau “aci” dalam bahasa Sunda. Cireng pada awalnya hanya makanan sederhana berbentuk bulat dan digoreng, namun seiring berjalannya waktu cireng terus mengalami inovasi. “Cireng Bandung Isi” adalah salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi Cireng Isi di kota Bandung sejak 2006, meskipun sejak Oktober 2009 rumah produksi telah berpindah ke Jakarta. Semakin banyak pesaing yang muncul, maka semakin banyak pula rasa yang ditawarkan oleh makanan ringan cireng isi ini. Semakin meningkatnya permintaan akan makanan cireng isi ini membuat para produsen berlomba untuk melakukan berbagai inovasi . Identifikasi sumber-sumber dan potensi keunggulan kompetitif dapat dilakukan dengan menganalisis serangkaian kegiatan usaha atau yang biasa disebut analisis rantai nilai (value chain analysis). Analisis rantai nilai merupakan suatu alat analisis untuk mengetahui posisi perusahaan dalam rantai yang membentuk nilai suatu produk dan membantu perusahaan untuk terfokus pada rencana strategi yang dipilih dan berusahauntuk meraih keunggulan kompetitif . Keunggulan bersaing dapat berasal dari banyak aktifitas berlainan yang dilakukan oleh setiap unit usaha dalam mendesain, memproduksi, memasarkan, menyerahkan, dan mendukung produknya (Porter, 1998). Keunggulan bersaing memanfaatkan keunggulan dari sisi sumber daya dan kapabilitas perusahaan. Keunggulan atau kelemahan sumber daya inilah yang pada akhirnya akan menentukan kinerja perusahaan dan posisi perusahaan di dalam persaingan (Endriawan, 2000). Proses analisis akan dilakukan pada rantai nilai dalam aktifitas primer Cireng Bandung Isi, karena aktifitas primer merupakan dasar sebuah industri untuk memelihara dan membangun kepercayaan konsumen yang berkelanjutan, sehingga Cireng Bandung Isi dapat menghadapi persaingan.Aktifitas primer adalah penciptaan fisik produk dan penjualannya serta transfer ke pembeli dan juga bantuan purna jual. Titik tekan dalam penelitian ini adalah fokus pada identifikasi potensi penciptaan nilai, yaitu proses rantai nilai pada aktifitas primer produksi Cireng Bandung Isi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether  fundamental factors proxied by variables WCTO, ROE, DER, DPR, Sales Growth, and technical factors proxied by Beta affect firm value represented by PBV.  The population in this research is a  manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2009-2012.  Sampling  methode using purposive sampling and acquired 36 companies  were selected as sample. The analysis technique used is multiple regression, the classical assumption, hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the partial regression coefficients and F-statistics to test the simultaneous effect on the level of significance of less than 5%, and Standardized Coefficients Beta Test to determine the independent variables that The most dominant effect on the dependent variable. The results of this research indicated that simultaneously (f-test), the average individual fundamental factors WCTO, ROE, DER, DPR, Sales Growth, and technical factors Beta affect the average PBV with R2 64.6%.  Partial test (t-test)showed that the average ROE and Sales Growth has positive  significant  influence  to the average PBV, while other average individual fundamentals factors WCTO, DER, DPR, and technical factors Beta did not influence the average PBV. Based on Standardized Coefficients Beta Test, the average ROE dominant  influence  the average PBV among other independent variables. Keywords: Working Capital Turn Over   (WCTO), Debt Equity Ratio  (DER), Return on Equty  (ROE),  Dividen Payout Ratio  (DPR),  Sales Growth  dan Beta, serta Price of Book Value (PBV).
