Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prosedur penyusunan anggaran operasional di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Malang. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh melalui pengumpulan  primer  dan  wawancara  langsung  dengan  karyawan  perusahaan. Data  yang berkaitan dengan prosedur penyusunan anggaran operasional dikumpulkan, diidentifikasi, dan dianalisis. Setelah   menganalisis   data,   penelitian   menunjukkan   bahwa   perusahaan   telah melaksanakan prosedur penyusunan anggaran operasional yang sesuai dengan Standar Operasional   Prosedur  (SOP).  Perusahaan  ini  juga   telah   menerapkan   tahapan   prosedur penyusunan  anggaran. Selain  itu,  anggaran  sebagai  fungsi  perencanaan  telah  dilaksanakan dengan baik yang meliputi: partisipasi, proses perencanaan anggaran, komunikasi rencana, serta penggunaan rencana dan standar. Namun demikian, ada hal yang perlu disempurnakan, seperti penetapan asumsi-asumsi yang lebih komprehensif dan prosedurnya sedikit berbelit-belit.Kata   kunci:   Anggaran,   Fungsi   Anggaran,   Fungsi   Perencanaan,   Prosedur Anggaran Operasional.

Abstract

This research aim is to know about internal factors and external factors which are influences for the Non-Performing Loan on Bank Negara Indonesia in period 2008-2015.This research was conducted with quota sampling. The data used in this study were obtained from the Banking Quarterly Report 2008-2015 and Bank Indonesia Quarterly Report. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Bank Size, Economic Growth, and Inflation to Non - Performing Loan (NPL) of Bank Negara Indonesia.Based on the test for normality, autocorrelation test, multicolinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, there were no deviations from goodness of fit. The result of the research simultanly shows that CAR, LDR, bank size, economic growth and inflation influence significantly against NPL. The result of the research partially shows that variables like CAR, bank size, economic growth and inflation infulence significant against NPL, while LDR influence not significant against NPL. The coefficient determinant (R2) of 93.3% shows that NPL can be explained by the variables of the research.Keywords: NPL, CAR, LDR, bank size, economic growth, inflation

Abstract

This research aims to explain whether micro and macro fundamental factors proxied by debt ratio, return on investment (ROI), earning per share (EPS), exchange rate, and interest rate influence stock return of the companies listed in Kompas100 index. Kompas100 index is considered attractive due to its tight liquidity and the capitalization which is about 70-80 % of the market capitalization. Total data were collected from 171 companies during the research period from 2013 to 2015. The secondary data was retrieved from Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and Bank Indonesia (BI) monetary publication. The data were then analyzed by using Quantitative Methods i.e., multiple regression analysis based on SPSS software platform. The result of this research indicates that debt ratio and exchange rate positively and significantly influence stock return; however, the other variables like return on investment (ROI), earning per share (EPS), and interest rate do not have any significant effect on stock return for companies listed in Kompas100 index. Beside that the research indicates that simultaneously all of independent variables affecting stock return and the dominant effect is on exchange rate IDR to USD. Keywords: Stock Return, Micro Fundamental Factor, Macro Fundamental Factor, Debt Ratio, Return on Investment, Earning per Share, Exchange Rate and Interest Rate.

Abstract

       Perkembangan pada sector retail pada dekade terakhir mengalami peningkatan. Ini ditopang melalui berbagi  strategi/teknik pemasaran yang digunakan retail tersebut yang yang salah satunya menjadi topic penelitian yaitu Visual Merchandising, visual Merchandising merupakan sebuah teknik mempresentasikan produk secara visual sehingga menarik perhatian konsumen.Visual Merchandising memiliki beberapa   fungsi yang salah satunya yaitu menstimulus Impulse Buying Behavior yang merupakan perilaku pembelian yang tidak terencanakan yang berasal dari stimulus panca indra dan berdasarkan keinginan . Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Visual merchandising terhadap Impulse Buying Behavior secara Simultan dan Parsial; dan mengetahui pengaruh dominan variabel bebas dari Visual merchandising yang mempengaruhi Impulse Buying Behavior. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan kuisioner dan wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria pelanggan 3Second yang berbelanja secara tidak terencana bejumlah sebanyak 140 orang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh simultan yang signifikan terhadap Visual Merchandising terhadap Impulse Buying Behavior. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh parsial adalah Promotional Signage, Merchandise Display, Mannequin Display , Store Front ,Window Display. Sedangkan Layout And Organization, Store Environment tidak memiliki pengaruh parsial. Promotional Signage merupakan varibel dominan yang mempengaruhi Impulse Buying Behavior.Kata Kunci : Visual Merchandising, Impulse Buying Behavior, 3Second, Fashion Retail.

Abstract

This  minor  thesis  is  purposes  to  examine  the  influence  of  rebranding  towards consumer behavior. There are six independent variables included in the rebranding namely, new brand and service proximity, stronger new and initial brand familiarity, stronger brand image, initial brand attachment, place attachment, and place convenience. The six independent variable were investigated to see the impact on change in service evaluation. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and the  research  instruments  were  tested  using  the  validity  test,  reliability  test,  and classical assumption test. The hypotheses used partial (T-test) and dominant test. Result of the data analysis from multiple regressions showed that the six variables have a significant effect partially to change in service evaluation. Overall, all independent variables are included in the regression equation to dependent variable which is equal to 50.7 %, while 49.3 % is contributed by other variables that are not included  in  this  equation.  From  the  test  result,  the  dominant  test  shows  that attachment to the service place variable has a dominant influence on change in service evaluation.Keywords: rebranding, customer reaction, service evaluation, proximity between the new brand and the service, brand familiarity, brand image, service place.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of world oil price fluctuation on economic growth as measured by gross domestic product (GDP).   This Study use quantitative panel data method. The data used is time series data in year 1979 until 2013 and cross section data in five ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Singapore). Type of data uses is secondary data as data which processed by source of data or related institutions such as World Bank and United States Energy Information Administration. Method of analysis used in this study is linear regression panel data analysis (pooled data) with Fixed Effect Model as an instrument to process the data by using Eviews 7.   The  results showed  that the world oil prices  and  a significant positive impact on economic growth  in  the five ASEAN countries.  The results also showed  that economic growth  in  ASEAN countries is also influenced by the rate of inflation, capital formation and population. Abstract

Strategy Formulation for Selecta Recreation Park based on Company’s Internal and External AnalysesEach company should understand internal and external conditions surrounding its establishment. Sharp competition in tourism industry had urged Selecta Recreation Park to formulate its competitive strategy to maintain business existence. The objective of this research is to understand internal and external conditions of Selecta Recreation Park based on IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation), to recognize the position of Seleta Recreation Park based on results of SWOT (Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats)analysis and IE (Internal-External) Matrix, and  to find out the proper strategy for Selecta Recreation Park that helps it to complete other tourism objects in Batu City. IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) analysis was used to recognize the most influential strengths and weakness to the company. EFE (External Factor Evaluation) analysis was performed to comprehend the most influential opportunities and threats to the company. Both analyses were using SWOT (Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats) Analysis and IE Matrix. IFE and EFE nalyses were processing the data, and had found that Selecta Recreation Park in the position of hold and maintaining. Matrix analysis of QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix)was then employed to determine the most appropriate strategy alternative for Selecta Recreation Park, and the analytical result indicate that the most interactive and the most appropriate strategy alternative strategy was product development strategy, which involved increasing product diversity and also bringing the innovation into products and facilities available to consumers.Keywords:     Selecta Recreation Park, Strategy Formulation, Internal and External Conditions

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of internal factors and external factors on problem loans at Village Credit Institutions ( LPD ) and Bank BRI in the district of Kintamani , Bangli , Bali . The author uses the non-performing loans as the dependent variable and enter the variable internal factors and external factors as independent variables The author uses quantitative research methods and using multiple linear regression analysis to see how big the effect that the test then the difference between LPD and Bank BRI .The results showed that the variables of internal factors and external factors significant and positive impact on non-performing loans in the Village Credit Institutions ( LPD ) and Bank BRI in the district of Kintamani , Bangli , Bali .Keyword : NPL , Factor Internal , External Factors

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia dari waktu ke waktu semakin membaik dengan ditandai meningkatnya konsumsi rumah tangga. Peningkatan konsumsi ini menyebabkan banyaknya pola perilaku pembelian impulsif masyarakat khususnya di Carrefour Kota Mojokerto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh shopping enjoyment tendency dan impulsive buying tendency terhadap Impulsive Buying Behaviour di Carrefour Kota Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survey dilakukan kepada 140 responden konsumen Carrefour Kota Mojokerto. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa impulsive buying tendency berpengaruh positif secara signifikan, sedangkan shopping enjoyment tendency berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Impulsive Buying Behaviour. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Impulsive Buying Behaviour yaitu impulsive buying tendency.Kata kunci: Shopping Enjoyment Tendency, Impulsive Buying Tendency, Impulsive Buying Behaviour.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor internal dan faktor-faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi harga saham Bank pemerintah di indonesia . peridoe 2010-2015.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Laporan keuangan bank pemerintah di Indonesia periode 2010-. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel unbalance untuk mengetahui pengaruh Inflasi dan Return On Assets ratio terhadap harga saham  pada Bank pemerintah di Indonesia.Berdasarkan uji ramsey reset dan uji hausman ditetapkan penggunaan model Fixed EffectModel.  Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial inflasi dan ROA berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Serta variabel inflasi (INFit) dan variabel return on assets (ROAit) mampu menjelaskan variabel dependennya, yakni harga saham (Yit) sebesar 74 persen. Sedangkan sebesar 26 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitan yang digunakan pada penelitianKata kunci: Inflasi, ROA, harga saham, bank pemerintah
