Every effort is definitely required capital as well as agricultural businesses. In reality still discovered farmers obtaining loan from formal financial institutions and farmers still like borrowing a loan from informal financial institutions with high interest. The main reason farmers can not borrowing a loan from formal institution because of a few of conditions the cannot fulfill like a legitimate document for their field. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengurangan subsidi bahan bakar minyak (BBM), kenaikan harga minyak (ICP) dan inflasi terhadap PDB Riil.penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Objek penelitian adalah Indonesia dalam jangka waktu 15 tahun.Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa variabelpengurangan subsidi BBM, kenaikan harga minyak (ICP) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDB Riil. Sedangkan inflasi berpengaruh berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap variabel PDB Riil. Kata kunci :Pengurangan subsidi BBM, harga minyak (ICP), inflasi dan PDB Riil

Pembangunan nasional di negara-negara berkembang pada umumnya lebih terfokus pada pembangunan ekonomi yang memprioritaskan upaya pembangunan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan yang menyentuh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalis produktivitas kerja tiap sektor terhadap perekonomian daerah di Provinsi DIY. Penelitian ini menggunakan data pada tahun 2007-2012. Jenis penilitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis data yang digunakan metode analisis Location Quotient, Analisis Shift Share dan Tipologi Wilayah. Hasil analisis Location Quotient yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian, sektor pertambangan dan penggalian, sektor industri pengolahan serta sektor jasa-jasa merupakan sektor basis yang dominan di DIY. Dari hasil analisis Shift Share menunjukkan tidak semua sektor basis di kabupaten/kota di Provinsi DIY mempunyai keunggulan kompetitif ataupun spesialisasi. Demikian sebaliknya tidak semua yang mempunya keunggulan kompetitif dan spesialisasi belum tentu sebagai sektor basis. Berdasarkan Tipologi Klassen, Kota Yogyakarta termasuk dalam Tipologi Daerah Cepat Maju dan Cepat Tumbuh. Sedangkan Kabupaten Bantul termasuk dalam Tipologi Daerah Berkembang Cepat. Tiga kabupaten lainnya yaitu Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Gunung Kidul dan Sleman termasuk dalam Tipologi Daerah Relatif Tertinggal. Kata Kunci: Sektor Potensial, Pengembangan Wilayah.

Latar belakang penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan segmentasi pengguna internet di wilayah Malang berdasarkan karakteristik Demografi, Gaya Hidup, Perilaku dan Preferensinya serta mengetahui segmentasi pasar yang paling potensial sebagai target market pada pengguna internet di wilayah Malang. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskrispsikan segmen pengguna internet yang ada di kota Malang Khususnya di tiga warnet yaitu Prima Nett, Dinoyo Nett, Colour Nett. Focus penelitian ini terdapat pada data yang diperoleh dari kuisioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden pengguna atau pengunjung warnet serta pengumpulan data-data yang dilakukan dengan cara mencatat informasi yang diperoleh dari pengguna warnet dan melakukan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik atau penjaga ketiga warnet tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa sebagian besar responden pengguna internet pada warnet tersebut adalah laki-laki yang mayoritasnya mereka adalah pelajar serta mahasiswa sehingga aktivitas yang mereka lakukan adalah mencari artikel-artikel yang bertemakan pendidikan serta artikel-artikel yang terbaru tentang informasi atau berita mengenai wawasan kehidupan namun ada juga sebagian responden yang melakukan transaksi bisnis pada media internet tersebut Beberapa solusi yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam melakukan strategi pemasaran yaitu dengan menyajikan situs-situs yang bertemakan anak muda dengan nuansa elegan serta background yang terang dan menyajikan artikel yang menyangkut tentang dunia laki-laki yang berpendidikan serta memberikan fasilitas yang menarik tentang media social yang kemudian fasilitas tersebut mudah dalam mengaksesnya.Kata Kunci : Segmentasi Pasar Pengguna Internet berdasarkan karakteristik Demografi, Gaya hidup, Perilaku dan Preferensinya Â

Financial problems often occurs particularly to college student whose doesn’t live with their parents anymore (board). This college student usually receive allowance each month from their parents. Generally, the acceptance period once a month potentially cause error in consumption patterns if there is no planning and financial discipline in spending. To be able to avoid the financial problems everyone needs to learn personal financial planning. The main objective of this research paper is to reveal and understand the students’ strategies to achieve their personal financial goals. The research setting are the canteens at Brawijaya University. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The data uses in this study is primary data, which obtained by observation at the study site and depth interviews to the students of Brawijaya University. The result show that the strategy to achieve student financial goal is determined by application of appropiate plan of actions with the personal financial situation and goals, this plan of actions are to maintain or expand the current sitation or perform a new innovation to create something new. The implication of this research is personal financial planning is expected to be reference for students to achieve their financial goals. Preparation and application of personal financial planning is intended to facilitate the avhievement of students’ personal financial goals. The purpose of financial planning is not just a set routine of income and expenses, but also can be used to achieve financial goals that are specific. This study aims to examine the key factors affecting growth opportunity on manufacture companies which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study examined factors such as profitability, debt policy and manajerial ownership as their dependent variable and firm growth opportunity as dependent variable. Sample from this study consist of manufacture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study is secondary data with sample selection using purposive sampling method. Analysis tools used in this study is multiple regression analysis with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study show profitability and dept policy have positive significant effect on firm growth oportunity. Manajerial ownership has negative significant effect on firm growth opportunity. Key words : profitability, debt policy, manajerial ownership, growth opportunity.

The purpose of this study is to explore how to setting the sale prices and operational management which applied at Padang restaurant where the owner is Minangkabau ethnicity or mix Minangkabau ethnicity. The study is conducted with etnomethodology. The study show three uniqueness on price setting which applied on Padang restaurant (1) Production cost, where one of them is really considered by owner of Padang restaurant, that is spice. (2) Payroll, where some Padang restaurant using mato system on their payroll. (3) Zakat, applied on price setting in Padang restaurant and as duty for every moslem. Based on 3 uniqueness show Minangkabau special setting the price is Minangkabau price setting. This research discusses the influence between corporate governance mechanisms with company’s financial performance. The measurement method using multiple linier regression analysis to determine the corporate governance gave positive influence on the financial performance of the company or not. The sample used is a company banking that has registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The indicators of corporate governance mechanisms in this study is to measure the influence of corporate governance on company financial performance, the mechanisms are : the board of commissioners, board of directors, board of independent commisioners, audit committee with Cash Flow Return on Assets is used to measure the financial performance on the company’s operations. The sample used in this research were 37 companies that consistently registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2011 to 2013. The data samples taken from the company’s financial statement (annual report) that have been published and Indonesian Stock Exchange Corner in Faculty of Economic and Business, University of Brawijaya. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The result of this research indicate that the board of directors has a positive influence on the company’s financial performance. Meanwhile, the board of commissioners, board of independent commissioner, and committee audit has a not positive influence on the company’s financial performance. This research identifies the influence of marketing communication mix on consumer purchase decision to buy Yamaha Mio series in Kediri Regency. In marketing communication mix, there are five variables namely advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, public relation, and direct marketing. By employing appropriate method, this study aims at observing consumer consideration on consumer purchase decision to buy Yamaha Mio series in Kediri regency. This research used explanatory approach as research method. The data in this research was obtained from interview, observation, and questionnaire. Sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling by employing 105 respondents. Likert measurement scale was employed to measure consumer’s answer. The results show that marketing communication mix partially and simultaneously have significant influence on consumer purchase decision to buy Yamaha Mio series in Kediri regency. Based on multiple linear regressions, it is known that advertising variable has dominant influence on consumer purchase decision to buy Yamaha Mio series in Kediri regency with the amount of regression coefficient 0.365. In conclusion, company must add promotion media to increase consumer attention to use Yamaha Mio series and Yamaha should prepare their promotion activity well before carried out in order to appropriate to the target market. Yamaha also should add more budget on advertising because based on this study has dominant effect to consumer purchase decision.Keyword: Marketing Communication Mix, Consumer Purchase Decision, Yamaha Mio series

The aim of this research are to To analyze the factors that influence the demand of red chili partially and simultaneously and to analyze the elasticities demand of red chili.The approach of reasearch used quantitative, with research method using multiple linier regression. While the data used are primary and secondary which taken from direct survey, related institutions, and official government website.The result shows that partially the variables of price of red chili, price of substitution good, price of complementary good, and the number of population are not significant to the demand of red chili in Blimbing District, while the variables of spicy culinary restaurant’s income and number of spicy culinary restaurant are significant to the demand of red chili in Blimbing District. Moreover, simultaneously the variables of price of red chili, price of substitution good, price of complementary good, the number of population, spicy culinary restaurant’s income, and number of spicy culinary restaurant are significant to the demand of red chili in Blimbing District. Whereas the variables of spicy culinary restaurant’s income have the income elasticity value as amount 0.182 and the income elasticity for the number of spicy culinary restaurant as amount 0.323.
