Inventory is an important component which supports the business activities of a company. The current era of global right competition right now requires companies to control inventory effectively and efficiently which can have an impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Depo Gypsum as one of the UKM in Sukoharjo has problems associated with gypsum inventory control. The Company has not had a clear standard in determining the order quantity of gypsum, furthermore the company does not have a minimum standard inventory quantity to reorder.The purpose of this study is to determine the raw material inventory control processes with the company's actual conditions and the effect of applying the EOQ method to the total cost of gypsum inventory. The data collection is conducted through observation and interviews directly to the company. Data collected were analyzed using the formula EOQ, ROP, order frequency, and Total Cost (TC).The results showed that by applying the EOQ, the company can determine the order quantity of gypsum is most economical. This study also provides a minimum standard inventory quantity gypsum to reorder through ROP.Key Words : Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Order Quantity, Re-Order Point (ROP), Total Cost

The research is administered at Sakinah Islamic Hospital Mojokerto, aiming to analyze the influence of the organizational culture and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior of the nurses. This explanatory research explains the causal relation among the variables through hypothesis testing. The research samples are all regular nurses in Sakinah Islamic Hospital Mojokerto, consisting of 129 people in total. The data are collected through questionnaires measured by Likert’s scale and analyzed descriptively using multiple linear regression method, by F test, t test, and dominant test. The results of the analysis show that the organizational culture (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) have simultaneous effect on organizational citizenship behaviour (Y). The results of T test confirm that the organizational culture (X1) has positive and significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior ( (Y). The results of T test also illustrate that organizational commitment (X2) has significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior (Y). Finally, the results also show that organizational commitment (X2) has the most dominant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of the nurses in Sakinah Islamic Hospital Mojokerto.Keywords: Work Environment, Work Stress, Morale of Employees.

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh konsep  CRM (Customer Relationship Management) yang terdiri dari variabel orientasi pelanggan, dan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Pengguna Agen Travel Online Traveloka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabelnya melalui pengujian hipotesis.Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 130 responden pengguna agen travel online Traveloka di Indonesia yang pernah melakukan pembelian. dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji t dan analisis determinasi. Analisis data menggunakan Asumsi klasik dan Regresi linear berganda dan dibantu oleh software SPSS Statistic 21 untuk memudahkan penelitian.Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel Orientasi  Pelanggan,  dan  Manajemen  Pengetahuan  berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pengguna Traveloka. Variabel paling dominan pada penelitian ini  adalah  variabel  Orientasi Pelanggan.  Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,513 yang berarti bahwa elemen Customer Relationship Management yang terdiri dari variabel Orientasi Pelanggan, dan Manajemen Pengetahuan, menjelaskan pengaruh sebesar 52,1% terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pengguna Traveloka. sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar kedua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : CRM, Orientasi Pelanggan,  Manajemen Pengetahuan, Loyalitas Pelanggan

The role of digital marketing is one of the appropriate marketing strategies for the tourism sector. The use digital marketing for tourism should be with tourism products that can attract consumers to visit. Visitors who are satisfied with tourism products will transact others. The purpose of this study was to analyzing the influence of digital marketing, tourism product and word of mouth on the tourist visit decision in Klayar Beach. The research uses 130 samples using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used was multiple linear regression with SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The result of this study show that digital marketing variable has significant influence on the tourist visit decision with a significance of 0,000. Tourist product variable also have significant influence on the tourist visit decision with a significance of 0,000. Word of mouth variable has significant influence also to the tourist visit decision with significance value equal to 0,045.Keywords: Digital Marketing, Tourism Product, Word of Mouth and Visit Decision.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kinerja keuangan PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk serta untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan tingkat kinerja keuangan PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk sebelum dan sesudah transaksi akuisisi ditinjau dari rasio keuangan. Kinerja keuangan perusahaan diukur menggunakan alat analisis dan evaluasi terhadap laporan keuangan. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan adalah menggunakan rasio keuangan, antara lain: rasio likuiditas, rasio aktivitas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio profitabilitas, dan rasio pasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, dengan data yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk periode tahun 2009-2015.Analisis menggunakan data sekunder yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang diukur berdasarkan rasio aktivitas (rasio perputaran persediaan), rasio solvabilitas (rasio hutang terhadap aktiva dan rasio hutang terhadap ekuitas), rasio nilai pasar (laba per lembar saham) mengalami kenaikan namun perusahaan juga mengalami penurunan kinerja keuangan yang diukur berdasarkan rasio likuiditas (rasio lancar dan rasio cepat), rasio aktivitas (rasio perputaran total aktiva), rasio profitabilitas (margin laba kotor dan margin laba bersih) dibandingkan sebelum perusahaan melakukan transaksi akuisisi. hal ini berarti terdapat perbedaan kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang dilihat dari analisis trend dalam penelitian sebelum dan sesudah terjadinya transaksi akuisisi.Kata Kunci : Kinerja Keuangan, Akuisisi, Rasio Keuangan.Â

The research aims to determine the effect of performance assessment and career development on employee work satisfaction through equal employment opportunity at PT PG Rajawali I. This study uses all population members as the samples and obtains 75 valid samples. Path analysis is utilized here to identify the extent to which the dependent variables directly or indirectly affect the independent variable through the intervening variable. The research instrument is assessed in terms of its validity and reliability, the hypotheses are tested by t-test, and the classical assumption by normality test. The result of the hypothesis test shows that performance assessment and career development variables have indirect impact on employee’s work satisfaction through equal employment opportunity. This suggests that employee’s work satisfaction at PT PG Rajawali I is likely to increase when the performance assessment and career development are well-implemented through equal employment opportunity. Out of all measured variables, career development gives the most dominant influence on the employee’s work-satisfaction at PT PG Rajawali I.Keywords: Performance Assessment, Career Development, Equal Employment Opportunity, Work Satisfaction, Human Resource Management.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel  pengembangan karir dan reward secara simultan maupun parsial, serta untuk mengetahui variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Lamongan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory (penjelasan) atau dikenal sebagai pengujian hipotesis untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan reward terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data, teknik yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 86 karyawan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Untuk pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji F, uji t, dan uji dominan. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan reward secara simultan berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan. Selain itu didapat hasil untuk pengembangan karir dan reward berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial pula terhadap kinerja  karyawan.  Dari  kedua  variabel  bebas  tersebut  yang memiliki  pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu variabel pengembangan karir. Kemudian dilihat dari nilai Adjusted R Square menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh antar variabel sebesar 0.531 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara pengembangan karir dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 53,1% sedangkan sisanya 46,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci : Pengembangan karir, Reward, Kinerja

Television advertising is one of the promotional media used by companies in their effort of reaching their consumers. Measurement on the effectiveness of advertisement is used to determine whether the advertisement is good or not. One of the methods in measuring the effectiveness of an advertisementis EPIC Model. The increasingly high mobile phone competition requires companies to launch high quality advertisement so that,when the advertisement has been viewed by consumers, the consumers will be attracted to the product and their purchasing decision will be influenced.This study aims atdetermining the effectiveness of Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 advertisement version of "Bantu Joni SekaranguntukPindahkeSmartphone Beneran" in affectingcustomer’spurchasing decision using EPIC Model. The location of the research is Faculty of Economics and Business inBrawijaya University Malang. The methods used in this study are questionnaires,interviews, and literature studies that support the problem-solving theory. The results show that there are four critical dimensions, namely empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication, that simultaneously influence purchasing decision, in whichempathy is the most dominantdimension.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of electronic word of mouth on Instagram (a social media) on the image of tourism destination and the intention to travel to Lombok Island. The population of this study is Indonesian tourist who are active users of Instagram who have never visit Lombok Island. The sample of this study was selected  through purposive  sampling technique.  Online  survey  was  conducted on  a sample of 160 respondents. The data were analyzed through descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) using 3.0 SmartPLS.The result of this study indicates that electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on improving the image of tourism destination and creating the intention to travel and that image of tourism destination has a positive effect on creating the intention to travel.Keywords : Electronic Word of Mouth, Image of Tourism Destination, Intention to Travel

In this global era, companies are required to increase their efficiency and effectiveness in their production process in order to increase their competitiveness. Today, companies requires to have accuracy in calculating their production cost. UD. Fahmi , a company producing and selling sambal pecel, has not calculated their cost of goods manufactured based on the accounting standards. The failure has created inaccuracy in the determination of cost of goods manufactured, causing the selling price either too high or too low. This descriptive research is a case study that uses quantitative data, where the sources are secondary data. Collected from interviews and documentation, the data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the observation, it is evident that there is a  gap in UD.  Fahmi because  the  business has not calculated their  cost of goods manufactured correctly, so they fail to identify and group their costs accurately. Different results were derived from both calculations, i.e . full costing method and the company’s method. The cost of goods manufactured obtained from full costing method is lower than that obtained from the company’s method.
