Persaingan dunia industri manufaktur di ASEAN semakin terbuka lebar sejak dibukanya MEA. Hal ini menuntut para pelaku bisnis dalam negeri untuk dapat mengembangkan serta menjaga keberlanjutan bisnisnya  sebagai  penyeimbang dari  penetrasi komoditas negara  lain. Khususnya bagi industri yang bergerak di sektor makanan. Dominasi bahan baku impor beserta harga yang cenderung fluktuatif harus mampu diimbangi oleh sistem produksi yang efektif dan efisien pada industri lokal. Salah satu cara untuk menciptakan efisiensi pada sistem produksi adalah dengan merencanakan sistem tata letak  yang baik agar  waktu yang digunakan untuk produksi efisien. Objek yang digunakan untuk diteliti adalah salah satu industri makanan yang berada di Malang dan memiliki tingkat produksi dalam volume yang tinggi. Dengan menerapkan metode penelitian berbasis operasional, yaitu line balancing, penelitian ini diharapkan mampu mengetahui tingkat efisiensi suatu sistem produksi yang berhubungan dengan pola pengaturan tata letak (layout) yang dijalankan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini tergolong jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penggunaan metode analisis line balancing bertujuan untuk mengetahui keseimbangan proses di setiap tugas maupun stasiun kerja pada suatu lintasan produksi sehingga dapat diketahui tingkat efisiensi yang dihasilkan. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah mengetahui bentuk diagram presedensi, jumlah stasiun kerja minimum, cycle time, idle time, balance delay, serta efisiensi stasiun kerja dan lintasan produksi.Kata Kunci: layout, sistem produksi, line balancing, efisiensi.

This  study  aims  to  examine  and  analyze  the  influence  of  the implementation of servicescape against the revisit intention with the pleasure feeling emotion as a mediation variable ( A study at The Bagong Adventure Museum Tubuh). This explanatory research explains causal relation between the variables through hypothesis testing.This study uses 120 samples taken from the population of visitors  of Wisata Edukasi The Bagong Adventure Museum Tubuh. The samples are selected using purposive sampling technique. The sample should be at least 17 years age, have visited Wisata Edukasi The Bagong Adventure Museum Tubuh at least once. Analysis Method using PLS SEM with SmartPLS software 3.2.6.  The research instrument  test  includes  test  outer  model,  inner model test, and hypothesis test. The direct hypothesis test uses t-test while the hypothesis does not directly use the sobel test.The result of this study shows that, servicescape positively and significantly affect the pleasure feeling emotion of the visitors of Wisata Edukasi The Bagong Adventure Museum Tubuh. Pleasure feeling emotion does not have a positive and  significant effect on the  revisit intention of the visitor of Wisata Edukasi The Bagong Adventure Museum Tubuh. Servicescape positively and significantly affect the revisit intention of the visitors of Wisata Edukasi The Bagong Adventure Museum Tubuh. As for the indirect influence of servicescape to the revisit intention through the pleasure feeling emotion shows positive and significant results.KEYWORDS: Servicescape, Pleasure Feeling Emotion, Revisit Intention

Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuitingkat efisiensi teknis bank umum swasta nasional devisa selama periode 2006 - 2015 serta variabel-variabel apa saja yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitianinimenggunakanteknikanalisis data kuantitatifdenganmetodeDEA untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi bank, serta menggunakan regresi data panel untuk mengetahui variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi tingkat efisiensi.Penelitianini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efisiensi bank umum swasta nasional di Indonesia bervariasi mulai dari yang telah beroperasi dengan efisien sampai dengan yang beroperasi kurang efisien.Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel ukuran bank, tingkat kesehatan bank (CAR), dan tingkat risiko (NPL) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat efisiensi bank. Sedangkan variabel tingkat profitabilitas (ROA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat efisiensi bank.Kata Kunci:Efisiensi teknis,DEA,BUSN Devisa, ukuran bank, tingkat kesehatan, tingkat risiko, tingkat profitabilitas.

The development of retail businesses in meeting the various preference for goods and services, has raised various forms of retail business/retail business (retail business). One form of retail business of large-scale modern privately run and continues to thrive is a department store. One strategy that can be applied in shaping consumer perceptions against a department store image strategy is through a shop/store image. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the image of the store against the decision of the purchase at a local Supermarket was unfortunate. This research is explanatory research research. This research was conducted at the Loka Supermarket Malang. This research using a sample of as many as 100 consumer respondents Loka Supermarket. Hypothesis test is performed using a test t. data analysis using Multiple Linear regression analysis and SPSS software assisted by 20 to facilitate research. From the results of testing the hypothesis that has been done can be inferred that the variable image stores the positive effect against consumer purchasing decisions with Unfortunate Supermarket Loka indicator merchandise (product), promotion (promotion), comfort (convenience), on-site convenience store (store facilities) and service store (store service). Thus it takes special attention to formation of the image of the store in creating a good image or impression so that consumers have dared to do the purchasing decisions at retail. From hypothesis testing, obtained an influential shop facilities that most dominant against the purchasing decision.Keywords: Image Store, Stores Facilities, Purchasing DecisionsÂ

Financial performance in a company describes the ability of a company to manage its capital to generate profit for the welfare of investors. Financial performance in this study is measured by the profitability ratios of Earning Per Share. This study aims to determine the effect of leverage as measured by Debt To Asset Ratio, capital structure as measured by Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio and institutional ownership to the company's financial performance as measured by Earning Per Share. The model used to analyze the effect of these variables is multiple linear regression using SPSS that meets the criteria of classical assumption test. The sample used in this study amounts to 2 companies that meet the criteria. The results of this study indicate that the leverage measured by Debt to Asset Ratio has no significant effect on Earning Per Share, the capital structure measured by Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio has significant effect on Earning Per Share and institutional ownership significantly influence EPS. The dominant test results show that the variable Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio dominant influence on financial performance as measured by Earning Per Share.Keywords : Leverage , Capital structure, Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio (LDER), Institutional Ownership, Financial Performance, Earning Per Share (EPS)

This research is motivated by the development of guest house in Malang which is flourish with various kinds of guest house that emerge with potential that can be developed to advance the guest house industry in Malang. The purpose of this study is to find out how the condition of guest house competition and competitive strategy in facing the competition guest house in Malang. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study based on the concept of five-force analysis by Michael Porter showed that the competition guest house in Malang is high along with rapid growth accompanied by the potential threats of other products and services such as hotels, apartments, and daily-dorm-rooms-that-can-be-rented with a high purchasing oppurtunities. Furthemore in this study found that the differentiations are weak and ineffective use of oppurtunities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh celebrity endorser dalam iklan terhadap purchase intention pada Oppo F1s Selfie Expert pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Brawijaya yang dimediasi oleh brand image. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 140 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa FEB-UB yang sudah pernah melihat iklan Oppo F1s Selfie Expert. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan software smartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorser dalam iklan apabila ditingkatkan, maka akan meningkatkan purchase intention. Variabel celebrity endorser dalam iklan apabila ditingkatkan, maka akan meningkatkan brand image. Variabel brand image apabila ditingkatkan, maka akan meningkatkan purchase intention. Variabel celebrity endorser dalam iklan melalui brand image memberikan dampak positif pada purchase intention.Kata Kunci: celebrity endorser, brand image, purchase intention

This study aims at determining the influence of trust, ease,quality of information and price perception on consumer’s decisions to selection online transport service model study on users of GrabCar online transportation services. This explanatory research explains the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. This study uses a sample of 120 respondents taken from the population of GrabCar (an online transportation service) users, which were selected using purposive sampling technique. The criteria of the respondents are people who are at least 18 years old and have used GrabCar's service. The data were analyzed using  multiple linear regression. The results of subsequent analysis prove that trust, ease, information quality and price perception have a positive effect on consumer’s selection to uses GrabCar’s service, with the ease of having the greatest  influence in the selection of  GrabCar's  online transport service model.Keywords:  Trust,  ease,  quality  of  information,  price  perceptions, selection  to  use GrabCar's service model.

Operational activities in the process requires proper planning in order to achieve the company’s established goals. One component in the company’s operations that require planning to support its operational activities is inventory. PT. Cakra Guna Cipta Malang as a company producing cigarettes needs tobacco as raw material for its production. Procurement by the company results in too many ordering frequencies causing a large total inventory cost. The purpose of this research is to see how the difference in total inventory cost calculation after the application of EOQ method. This research uses winter’s method forecasting to calculate the estimated needs of tobacco in the next period. This research also calculates the optimal supply quantity in procuring tobacco, re-order point, and safety stock needed to anticipate fluctuations in demand for tobacco raw materials needs.Keywords : Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder Point (ROP), Safety Stock, Forecasting Winter’s Method.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja pada produktivitas karyawan secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan PDAM Kota Malang.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research untuk mengetahui tinggi rendahnya stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sample sebanyak 193 karyawan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, dan uji heterokedastisitas, kemudian untuk pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji F dan uji t. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner.Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produktivitas. Lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh secara parsial pada penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian hipotesis juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja jadi perusahaan harus menjaga tingkat stres kerja yang ada dan meningkatkan lingkungan kerja agar produktivitas kerja semakin meningkat.Kata kunci: Stres kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja.
