Abstract

King’s Good is business unit engaged in the sale of material japan foodstuff are located in the city of East Java, Sidoarjo. In daily activities King’s Good is still applying the manual system and not at all contained there in accounting processes. This causes the transaction process is slow and less accurate when compared to using a computerized system. Therefore King’s Good requires a computerized accounting information systems, hoping to overcome the problems encountered. Accounting information system is expected to help shop owners in the records of all transactions carried out and process them into useful reports for the owner for future store development.The design of the system design using Data Flow Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram. Program using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as database, and using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 .NET as programming language. The scope of the program that created the master database to include master supplier, customer, item, price, and units. The transaction includes the purchase and sale transactions, as well as journaling is automatically.From the results of the questionnaire, overall applications have been made in accordance with company requirements. Produced accurate reports in accordance with the manual calculation. In addition the program design and ease of use between the menu is well regarded by most users.

Abstract

Maple Leaf Centre library still use manual way to borrow and return books. Maple Leaf Centre library has a software-based desktop application, but it is not used because it does not fit the needs of the library. In searching catalog system, user get difficulty to get information about library collection. In addition to the need to catalog search system, it is necessary also means proper circulation to facilitate the circulation of books and improve the quality of the library. In this final project, I’m developed the website of Library Information Systems.The design is developed by using Power Designer 15. Interface website is created by Macromedia Dreamweaver 8. The software is created by Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySql for database server. Library Information System Applications for Maple Leaf Centre has been implemented include the manufacture admin and generate reports. That feature have been made include procurement module, collections processing, circulation (lending transaction, return transaction, extension transaction, reservation transaction and fines payment transactions), member area, and FAQ.

Abstract

Slimmy and Beauty Spa is a company which involve and offer a Modern Spa Business. Main target especially woman - middle up class in Surabaya Area. The speciality which differentiate Slimmy & Beauty Spa from other competitor is a "Home Spa" offer. This service give benefit to client which need Therapist visit there place and make them to enjoy this Spa service at their home comfort. Customer only need to make a call and this service could be arranged at their home immediately.The visual website set up was expected to provide all basic information regarding all product offering in their Spa, all Spa services availabe, and also special exclusive package for customers satisfaction. In this curcumstance, so many competitor also offer and provide official website, so this suggestion for on line reservation should be a good and one step ahead of other competition, which offered by writer.Base On quessionaire, almost 90% website result was prepared as per owner needs and special inquiry. This report was accurate and based on actual manual calculation. Additionally, this website design is prepared for friendly user or easy used for administration staff which access it.

Abstract

Toko Optik Royal adalah toko yang menjual berbagai macam jenis dan merk kacamata. Kacamata itu meliputi frame dan juga lensanya, selain itu juga menjual softlens Dalam menjalankan usahanya saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual, semua pencatatan transaksi maupun data-datanya menggunakan kertas atau buku. Hal tersebut menyebabkan banyak terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan data-data transaksi sehingga data-data yang dihasilkan tidak akurat. Kesalahan data-data tersebut terjadi karena human error. Selain masih rawannya terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan data, sistem yang manual sangat merepotkan bila ingin melakukan pencarian data tertentu dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Karena menggunakan media kertas, sistem manual tersebut mempunyai kekurangan yang datanya mudah hilang. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu perancangan dan pembuatan sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola data sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi berupa laporan dalam waktu yang cepat dan terorganisir dengan baik.Pada Skripsi ini, proses perancangan dan pembuatan program dimulai dengan mempelajari dan menganalisis sistem perusahaan saat ini, kemudian menyusun dan membuat document flow, DFD, ERD, dan tabel-tabel yang dibutuhkan serta mendesain form-form yang akan digunakan. Setelah itu, membuat program yang terdiri dari pencatatan master database, sistem pembelian, penjualan, mutasi stok, dan laporan-laporan yang diperlukan. Aplikasi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan database adalah Microsoft SQL Server 2005, untuk bahasa pemrograman menggunakan Visual Basic 6.0, dan untuk laporannya menggunakan crystal report versi 8.5.Aplikasi yang sudah dibuat meliputi master data, sistem penjualan, pembelian, mutasi stok, kartu stok, penghitungan hpp dan laba rugi, serta pembuatan laporan-laporan.

Abstract

Petra Christian University Library, nowadays is using an information system to support the activities and services in the library. The information system provide services which able to be used by the user independently. However, some services are still required the help of the library’s staff. One of those services is order collection. The collection search service is not supporting storage of search results too, which needed by the user. By using widely used smartphone, an application is designed to overcome the weakness of the old information system and providing new services to the user.This application provides library collection search service where the selected search result can be saved in the cart. The other sevices are online journal access, favourite, reference note, rating, order collection, and comment. This application is designed to work on smartphone with Android operating system.Based on the testing result, this application is working properly on smartphone with Android operating system version 2.3 or Gingerbread in portrait orientation.

Abstract

Jamur Mas is a store which sell and buy goods of daily needs. This store has some problems, which are counting of profit and loss, inventory and account receivable and account payable list. Problems that occur are in the recording, where all the recording is still done manually, this recording has a big risk.To answer these problems, then made an application, this application is developed and made with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.Net and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as a data storage. This application has some features which are buying and selling process, inventory and financial statement. This financial statement is including account payable statement, inventory statement, selling statement, buying statement, also profit and loss statement.Conclusion of this application, and from the results of the testing system can develop Jamur Mas Stores’s business as well, and then that can be making it easier for owners to conduct checks on the transactions that occurred and the stock of goods.

Abstract

Utilization as a surveillance camera (CCTV) still has many weaknesses. The camera just record it, so it still takes control of guard constantly. With these limitations it needed an additional capability to boost surveillance cameras work. One of the additional capabilities that can be used is the motion detection which helps signal the event of unusual movements were caught on camera.Detection of object motion can be used to capture movements recorded from a CCTV. Detection process starts by reading each video frame, from frame - frame segmentation process will be carried out so that objects that are obtained from the video. After that, the object - the object stored will be processed using the kernel method - based on detecting movement going from object - the object.The end result is a software application that can signal the moving objects from the video. The software was tested with some video with different conditions - different. If the object in the video is too big or too small tracking process will be inaccurate.

Abstract

Alumni Informatic department are increasing every year, so it need a tool to communicate each other. The website for alumni there is currently available only contains info such as www.kanitra.org dan sportfolio.petra.ac.id/alumni. Alumni do not have a feature to communicate with fellow alumni. Hence we need a website that has a good feature that can be used for alumni to communicate each other. This thesis begins with the process of creating web applications from design using flowchart and entity relationship diagram, after that proceed with the creating of an application using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) as a programming language and MySQL for its database. Features that will be made are member profile, job vacancy, advertisements, file sharing, search, chat, etc.Features that has been made is the member profile, news, events, job vacancy, chat, commercials, promos, file sharing, Facebook comment box. But some of these features have some drawbacks such as Facebook comment box could only share a comment on the user’s Facebook profile, can not comment on the group of alumni. But the website can send data such as news, event, ads, job vacancy to the Facebook group of alumni.

Abstract

A store which is engaged in the production of bread, Hans Bakery Shop currently has no system to calculate the cost of production. In the absence of cost calculations, then the store can not know how these productions. And there is no record of raw materials and how materials are issued at the time of production.             Based on the background of the problems that the designed system to calculate the Cost of Production to overcome these problems. The process of system design applications through several stages, the first survey of production systems, analyzing data and designing systems using the Data Flow Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram. Database created by using Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Applications created with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. NET.Results obtained from the application that has been made, among others, can save raw materials, bread recipes, customer data, transaction ordering raw materials, sales transactions, sales order transactions, the report card stock, and so on.From the test results, a program created to process administrative data on Hans Bakery shop to produce a report that has been able to meet the needs of stores that run more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Utilization of the internet to access information via the website culinary widely applied. Various culinary website presented in a good packaged culinary information in order to culinary connoisseur can easily accesses the information. However, sometimes the lack of information on the website fail to fully support the ease of location searching.The purpose of this research about website application is to provides a place for the culinary connoisseur in accessing culinary information, particularly in Surabaya with the help of a map as a culinary signpost towards the desired spot. This application is built using the programming language PHP, Adobe Dreamweaver, and MySQL Database.From the results of the implementation and testing of a website that acts as a container of information for culinary lovers, it can be concluded that the system of culinary information retrieval has been able to function well and and got a positive response from the respondents that already testing the application.
