Abstract

The purpose of this research is to empirically demonstrate the influence of the implementation of tax audit and tax penalties application on corporate tax payers compliance at KPP regional offices in Bandar Lampung. The variables in this research consisted of the dependent variable corporate taxpayers compliance (Y) and the independent of variables, tax audit (X1) and tax penalties (X2).The population of this research is functional tax officials and tax inspectors listed in KPP regional offices in Bandar Lampung as 48 tax employees. The sample was taken by purposive sampling method that was as 45 tax officials. Method of data collection was structured questionnaires, and method of analysis of this research is multiple regression. The validity test were performed using an analysis of product moment and calculations using SPSS version 20.The results of this research are that the implementation of tax audit and application, tax penalties have an effect on corporate taxpayers compliance at KPP regional offices in Bandar LampungKeywords:tax audit, tax penalties, corporate taxpayers compliance

Abstract

Design of characteristic messagehave an effect on changing the public attitudes if to be done according to their trust. Target and main theme of campaign present the characteristic message whichis adapted by the trust of public receiver. This research analyze the characteristic message in environmental health campaign to create healthy life attitude as influence of expected campaign, namely persuationto specific public : the Posyandu Activators .This Research is based on the perspective of receiver, namely have focus at the influence of healthy life attitude. The methodologies applied are quantitative approach that are supported by qualitative data. The characteristic message is designed by The Office of Public Health Service (DinasKesehatan ) Kota Bandar Lampung. Hypothesis Test use the path analisys of 283 respondentas research sample. Abstract

This study developed a research framework for the understanding of organizational socialization and affective commitment at the individual level by using the self-assessment (self-report). This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational socialization on affective commitment to the suitability of the variable pemediasi. Data collected as many as 135 respondents were obtained from educative and administrative employees who work at Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta. From the data obtained, the data analysis using regression model pemediasi through a simple regression analysis and regression.The results of this study indicate that organizational socialization positive and significant effect on affective commitment. From the results of this study can be reported that the organizational socialization positive and significant effect on the suitability value. Other findings from this study indicate that the suitability of the positive and significant effect on affective commitment. In addition, the results of this study also showed that the suitability of the mediating effect of organizational socialization on affective commitment.Keywords: organizational socialization, affective commitment, socializing influence on affective commitment, the suitability of the

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the function of leadership in the placement of employees at PT. Human Tech Indonesia, certainly needed a variety of instruments, ranging from infrastructure to the human resources, as well as the character of a leader. The character of a leader and a leader function itself is one of the main factors in the management of an organization, whether public or private. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, where researchers collecting data obtained from sources are researched through observation, interviews, and documentation related to the title of the study. From the research, it is known that employees at PT. Human Tech Indonesia has been able to describe the policy given by the leadership in the form of a positive response to the duties and responsibilities given to them.Keywords: Overly protective, Expert, and Relevant

Abstract

Currently the population of Bandar Lampung changes and growth over time which causes a shift in the population age structure of the young into adulthood. Projections can help predict when Bandar Lampung population of productive age with the smallest ratio of dependency load-called demographic bonus. Opportunities from the demographic bonus can be seen from the structure of the population in Bandar Lampung, including a young population structure. It can be seen from the large number of young people (0-14 years), although the number of births has decreased when compared with five years ago and life expectancy is increasing is characterized by an increasing number of elderly. Contribution of research to be achieved is 1) Lampung city government could control the number of births so that when the number of births is decreasing, population growth slowed from a young age population of productive age. With a population that must be borne by little, the city of Bandar Lampung obtain a window of opportunity to push its economy more quickly. This can only be achieved if the government can create social and economic policies right. 2) To promote economic growth in the city of Bandar Lampung, the government needs to suppress the rate of population growth. One of them with a re-run family planning program. 3) The increase in the productive age of the demographic bonus will increase the income of the productive age group so that the middle class population in Bandar Lampung increased. This bias is obtained by using the techniques of data collection through survey by distributing questionnaires to people in 20 Sub City Lampung processed data through path analysis that can measure the opportunities and threats bonus Demographics in improving the quality of human resources to promote economic development in Bandar Lampung.Keywords: Bonus Demographics, Human Sumberday Quality, Economic Development

Abstract

This article presents literature study based on the capital market that is derived from various sources of books, study the papers from 10 international journals that published between the years 1997-2012, identify gaps on the existing literature and indicate the future research for researchers. This article provides the study of the literature with comprehensive and makes a critical analysis of the insider trading in the stock market. Abstract

The complaint provided by the customer in the use of the product or service is a feedback on the quality of products or services used by customers. The more complaints provided by the customer requires extra attention for any company that received complaints for repair in the manufacture of products or services. Student complaints with the service provided is important because increased revenues resulted in the displacement of students getting higher. Fakor physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) in the handling of complaints is important that students feel the complaint was well received. Trust and commitment to student education service users to be very important to maintain the image of universities in society.Services in education is an essential element for the creation of a conducive academic atmosphere for the implementation of a successful learning process. In educational institutions excellent service to students is one of the factors that need to be considered well to maintain smooth student study. The purpose of this study to find out how how empathy psychological influence on the trust and commitment of students with explanatory research method by conducting a survey to students in private universities in Bandar Lampung.Results from this study is the physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) have positive influence and significant impact on the trust and commitment of students, which is given by the supervisor of academic, education personnel, as well as other lecturers provide confidence and commitment to the students that the complaint was handled well and menndapatkan appropriate solutions. The most dominant variable is a variable that affects empathy.Keywords: Complaints, Confidence, Commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study the behavior of stock prices at LQ45 based on the behavior of stock prices at LQ45 itself in the period 2013 until 2015. The sample in this study is a company incorporated at LQ 45 index from 2013 until 2015. The basic model of the data used is time series data. Time series data often indicates conditions are not stationary at the current level, but often shows a stationary through diferensi process. Then, the data will be analyzed using Model Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA / Box-Jenkins). Based on the test results showed that the stock price data at LQ45 in a random and white noise, so there is no dependence on the companys stock price changes at LQ 45 index.Key words : Efficient Market, Random Walk, White Noise

Abstract

The science of knowledge develops because of the discussion and sharing among scientists. Therefore, knowledge sharing is one of important factor in improving student knowledge. The level of understanding of students, especially in practical classes will be more increased if the students share knowledge with the others students. Often the explanation lecturer missed because the student busy with their laptop or personal computer respectively. Therefore, the role of other students to help other students become essential to improve the students understanding.This research follow-up study of the Moon and Sensuse (2012) that have examined the factors that influence knowledge sharing. Months of research and Sensue (2012) simply states the hypothesis that individual factors have positive influence on knowledge sharing, but a proxy for measuring the individual factors (trust and motivation levels) have not been disclosed. Therefore, this researchpurposes to present a proxy that can be used to measure the trust level and the motivation level.Keywords: Knowledge sharing and accounting class, the trust of level, the motivation level.

Abstract

This study isbased on the Theory of Organizational Image Management by Joseph Eric Massey and apply the deduction-quantitative approach. The theory analysis is basiclyfocused to the dialogic interactions betweencompany organizationsand their stakeholders . In turn, the images wanted by the organizational parties will beco-created together with their stakeholders in the activity of interactive communications .Such matter can be studied at the activity of Corporate Social Responsibilty (CSR) realized by PT.
