Abstract

 The Engel Granger Test is a method to indicate the possibility of a short-term and long-term relationship between economic variables as required by economic theory. In the concept of cointegration, two variables non-stationary will be cointegrated when the combination is linear as well. The purpose of this study is to apply the test cointegration and test of Engel Granger causality to see whether there is a relationship of short-term and long-term interest rate, exchange rate, and stock market returns in Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after crisis Monetary Indonesia. This research used time series data of interest rate, exchange rate, and stock market return. The result showed that there is long-term equilibrium relationship between stock return variables, interest rates and exchange rate on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The stock return has a short-term and long-term impact on the exchange rate in the Indonesian capital market. The development of the exchange rate before economic crisis of 1993-1997 showed a relatively stable condition. However, since the end of 1997 until the year 2015 showed a relatively unstable condition, increased and decreased. Similarly, the development of stock returns and savings interest rates increased and decreased over time. In other words the movement of these three data indicates high volatility, making it difficult to predict the movement of these variables.Keywords: cointegration, causality of engel granger, time series, interest rate,                   exchange rate, and stock market return

Abstract

 Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan indusri kakao khususnya dari  usaha perkebunan rakyat di Sulawesi barat  yang berdaya saing  dan memperbaiki pendapatan petani. Sebanyak 120  orang petani dan  pedagang kakao sebagai sampel responden. Hasil Indeks kepentingan relatif (RII) berada di atas (0,5) threshold.. Kinerja rantai pasok dan integrasi dalam pencapaian keunggulan bersaing Signifikan di antara mereka adalah antara integrasi pemasok (IPK) dan integrasi pelanggan (IP) value = 0,629 menunjukkan hubungan positif yang kuat. Hubungan antara peningkatan kinerja dan internal yang integrasi dan antara keunggulan bersaing dan integrasi internal berdua negatif. Tiga aspek integrasi rantai pasokan (II, IP, dan IPK) bersama-sama, menyebabkan peningkatan kinerja.Kata kunci : integrasi,  rantai pasok, kinerja, daya saing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee performance at PT. Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Metro, so it can be obtained the actual experience of the problems faced by PT. Bank Danamon Metro Unit and can be used as consideration to address the problems faced by PT. Bank Danamon Metro Unit. In this study, data analysis tool used is validity, reliability, simple linear regression, and t test. Methods of data collection was obtained from primary data sourced directly from employees working at PT. Bank Danamon Metro units totaling 35 people. From the results, a simple regression equation Y = 28,466 + 0,549X. Constant value (a) is 28,466 means if the value of variable X has not changed one unit, it will affect employee motivation of 28,466 units. Organizational culture variable coefficient value is 0,549, meaning that whenever there is a change of 1 unit, then it will affect the motivation of employees amounted to 0,549 units. From the results, the results of the t test of 8.128 indicates that the variable performance of employees affected by organizational climate variables.Keywords: Organizational Climate and Performance.

Abstract

Employee contributions to the organization are very dominant, because employees are producing work for the organization, ie, each job in the organization is always carried out by employees. Success or failure of an organization depends largely on the human element that doing so is necessary to fringe benefits to employees in accordance with the nature and circumstances. Some of the problems seen in the private university,include uneven incentives for each employee. The provisions on incentives is still no clarity, this can happen because there are no binding regulations on the definition or provision of incentives. Another problem is the lack of employee commitment to the company. Research to be conducted research kind of explanation (explanation) or explanatory research that uses the same data, explain causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing, with respondents as many as 64 people. Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan: pengaruh talent management dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 198 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan talent management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Self efficacy berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja  karyawan.Kata Kunci :    talent management, self efficacy dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepribadian proaktif terhadap kreativitas karyawan serta menguji efek pemoderasi kepemimpinan transformasional dan autonomi kerja. Sebanyak 212 kuesioner disebarkan kepada mahasiswa kelas eksekutif Magister Manajemen Universitas Gadjah Mada (MM UGM) di kampus Yogyakarta dan Jakarta. Kuesioner yang kembali sebanyak 181, namun hanya 140 kuesioner yang dapat diolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian proaktif berpengaruh positif pada kreativitas karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak signifikan memoderasi pengaruh positif  kepribadian proaktif pada kreativitas. Selanjutnya, autonomi kerja memperkuat pengaruh positif kepribadian proaktif pada kreativitas karyawan. Implikasi untuk teori dan praktek manajemen juga dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Kepribadian proaktif, kreativitas karyawan, kepemimpinan transformasional, autonomi kerja, moderated regression analysis.
