Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan: pengaruh talent management dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 198 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan talent management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Self efficacy berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja  karyawan.Kata Kunci :    talent management, self efficacy dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan: pengaruh talent management dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mengetahui (1) pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kompetensi, dan budaya organisasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare (2) variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survey yang dilaksanakan di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare pada bulan Mei 2021 hingga Juli 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Ujung yang berjumlah 52 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus), yaitu semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kompetensi dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pegawai (2) motivasi, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kompetensi, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare (3) motivasi merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare This study aims to analyze and determine (1) the effect of motivation, work environment, communication, competence, and organizational culture simultaneously and partially toward employee job satisfaction at the District Office in Ujung Kota Parepare (2) the most dominant variable that affects employee job satisfaction at the District Office in Ujung City of Parepare. This study approach used a survey approach which was applied at the Ujung Subdistrict Office of Parepare City from May 2021 to July 2021. The population in this study were employees of the Ujung Subdistrict Office by 52 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census), that is, all the population in this study were being sampled. Analysis of the data used was a Multiple Regression Analysis. The results show that (1) motivation has a partial and significant effect on employee satisfaction, communication, competence and organizational culture has no partial effect on employee satisfaction (2) simultaneously motivation, communication, competence, and organizational culture have a partial and significant effect on employee satisfaction toward employee job satisfaction in the Ujung Kota Parepare Subdistrict Office (3) motivation is the most dominant variable affects the employee satisfaction in the Ujung Kota Parepare Subdistrict Office environment.

Abstract

Lipukasi Village, Barru Regency has enormous potential for marine and pond fish. Fishermen find it difficult to increase their income because they have to immediately sell their cultivation results to fish auctions with low bargaining power. The price of live fish is very low when fish are abundant, so farmers suffer losses because it is not worth the costs incurred for cultivation. The knowledge and skills of cultivating families are still low towards independent entrepreneurs, especially in increasing the added value of products and family income by diversifying food from fishery products. The characteristics of fish that are easily damaged and rotten cause farmers to have a dependence on immediately selling their cultivated products alive or fresh. This dependence can be overcome by carrying out the production process of processed food made from fish which can increase the durability and added value of products, especially fish which cannot be sold in fresh form. The development of independent entrepreneurs, especially fish processed food diversification, can increase the bargaining value and income of farming families. In an effort to increase income, the main obstacle faced by farmers and their families in conducting fish-based processed food entrepreneurship is not knowing and being skilled in processing standardized food, as well as doing fish processing and preservation business properly and in a variety according to market needs. The income of pond farmers can be increased by transferring technology, namely cultivating using biofloc, processing fish into processed fish products that are good and safe for consumption, including fish sausages, fish floss, and others. The results of this tavern are in the form of training, making biofloc, fish processing and self-employment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of millennial employees, (2) the effect of rewards on the performance of millennial employees, (3) the effect of punishment on the performance of millennial employees, and (4) the influence of interpersonal communication, reward, and punishment on the performance of millennial employees. The research was conducted at the BPRS Niaga Madani Office for 2 (two) months, from March to April 2022. The population used in this study were all 32 millennial employees of the BPRS Niaga Madani Office. Due to the relatively small number of samples (less than 100 people) and easily accessible by researchers, a saturated sample was determined. The results of the study conclude that (1) interpersonal communication has no significant effect on the performance of millennial employees, (2) rewards have no significant effect on the performance of millennial employees, (3) punishment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of millennial employees, and (4) interpersonal communication, reward, and punishment have an effect on positive and significant impact on the performance of the millennial employees of the BPRS Niaga Madani Office.

Abstract

This study is intended to examine the effect of discipline, motivation, local wisdom, and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. This research is in the form of an explanation pattern approach that uses primary data and secondary data collected using interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study was echelon Officials in the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Parepare City Government, consisting of echelon II, III, and IV officials with a total of 532 people. The research sample amounted to 84 people generated through the Slovin formulation. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis (applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Smart PLS Version 3.0 program). The results showed that discipline, motivation, local wisdom, and work environment had a positive and significant direct influence on job satisfaction. Discipline, motivation, local wisdom, and work environment positively and significantly affect employee performance. The impact of job satisfaction as an intervening variable cannot strengthen the relationship between discipline and employee performance. The impact of job satisfaction as an intervening variable can enhance the relationship between motivation, local wisdom, and work environment on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: Pengaruh Sertifikasi, Iklim Kerja, Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di Gugus SD Negeri 45 Tombolo Kecamatan Gantarangkeke Kabupaten Bantaeng. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Mei sampai Juni 2020. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru di gugus SD Negeri 45 Tombolo Kecamatan Gantarangkeke Kabupaten Bantaeng yang berjumlah 44 orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sampel total yaitu keseluruhan populasi yang berjumlah 44 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa :1) Terdapat pengaruh positif sertifikasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru di Gugus SD Negeri 45 Tombolo Kecamatan Gantarangkeke Kabupaten Bantaeng. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif Kondisi Ekonomi Orangtua terhadap Terhadap Kinerja Guru di Gugus SD Negeri 45 Tombolo Kecamatan Gantarangkeke Kabupaten Bantaen. 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif Motivasi Orangtua terhadap Prestasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru di Gugus SD Negeri 45 Tombolo Kecamatan Gantarangkeke Kabupaten Bantaeng. 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif Sertifikasi, Iklim Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru di Gugus SD Negeri 45 Tombolo Kecamatan Gantarangkeke Kabupaten Bantaeng. Abstract

Komunikasi dalam organisasi sangat penting untuk kelancaran fungsi organisasi. Komunikasi merupakan alat dengan mana orang berusaha untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi dan tujuan dan akhirnya tujuan inti umum keuntungan dan kemajuan. Pada dasarnya, hubungan tumbuh dari komunikasi, dan fungsi dan kelangsungan hidup organisasi didasarkan pada hubungan yang efektif antara individu dan kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Universitas Dipanegara sebanyak 30 orang. Metode penentuan sampel secara full sampling. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi interpsonal dalam dimensi keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, rasa positif dan kesetaraan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.

Abstract

Queue problems are often encountered in everyday life, especially when making transactions at banks. Customers need a lot of time to get a service, so there are many customer complaints related to queues that drain time and energy. Therefore, an increase in service is needed to provide satisfaction and convenience to customers in transactions. By using the Multilevel Feedback Queue algorithm and the Multi-Channel Single Phase method, scheduling by entering processes into several queues, the scheduling algorithm allows a process to move from one queue to another. The Android and desktop mobile interconnect queue application was built as a solution to the problem. The desktop platform for services to customers who come directly (offline) to the Bank is to take a queue number at the bank while tellers and customer service function make calls. Meanwhile, mobile android is for customers who register online, namely by taking a queue number online anytime and anywhere, then customers can see the queue number being served. The research objective is to build a queuing application that can facilitate customers in making transactions, especially getting queue numbers online, minimizing waiting time at queue outlets, and automatically calculating the average service time. The research results are in the form of desktop applications that automatically generate queue numbers of android and with one source of queue arrivals.

Abstract

Arsip merupakan dokumen yang berisi catatan serta informasi penting mengenai suatu organisasi, lembaga, maupun perusahaan. Karena pentingnya sebuah arsip, maka instansi atau perusahaan perlu melakukan sistem pengarsipan dengan maksimal. Pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, model pengarsipan yang dilakukan yaitu masih menggunakan cara lama, dimana arsip – arsip tersebut hanya disimpan pada file document yang ada dikomputer. Model ini tentunya kurang maksimal karena akan membutuhkan waktu yang banyak Ketika dilakukan pencarian. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka peneliti merasa perlu untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi yang menerapkan algoritma Knuth Morris Pratt pada fitur pencarian berkas arsip. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan sampel data daftar judul berkas arsip. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi algoritma Knuth Morris Pratt dapat meningkatkan kinerja sistem pencarian dengan waktu pencarian yang lebih cepat dan akurasi pencarian yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode pencarian sebelumnya. Peneliti mengharapkan agar nantinya penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang ingin melakukan penelitian serupa
