Theoretically, the result of this research hopefully can give scientific contribution toward development of science, especially science of education, give suggestion to another school about evaluation of program for better quality of education, also by way of evaluation for secondary school of Sekolah Alam Bogor for being more effective internship program. The research use qualitative method. Data were got by doing interview, observation, and check list. The data were used for evaluating internship program of creative industry for more effective program implementation. Subject of this research are students and teachers who participated in internship program of creative industry also the owner of the place. Based on the data which were got, it can be concluded that internship program of creative industry can improve knowledge, skills, and positive attitude of students with supporters factors: monitoring of the principal, the role of the teacher, the role of the owner of internship place, and communication between the school and internship place.

The objective of this research is to obtain information on the effect of recruitment and motivation toward job performance of Military Personnel Submarine Unit in Eastern Fleet Command of Indonesian Navy. This research using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of research is 80 military personnel and sample involving 67 personnel as respondents were selected through simple random sampling. This research findings are (1) there is a positively direct effect recruitment on job performance. (2) there is a positively direct effect motivation on job performance (3) there is a positively direct effect recruitment on motivation. Therefore, the job performance of Submarine Unit military personnel can be improved through improvement of recruitment, and motivation.

The objective of the research is to find out the effect of reward and job involvement on teacherâ€™s task commitment. The research was conducted at elementary school in Kecamatan Menteng. The research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 67 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: (1) there is a positive direct effect of reward on task commitment ; (2) there is a positive direct of job involvement on task commitment ; (3) there is a positive direct of reward on job involvement.

The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of supervision and responsibilty on teacher productivity at private high schools in South Jakarta.The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach. The population of this research is 134 teachers from which a research sample of 100 teachers is selected by using simple random sampling technique. The data was obtained through questionnaires and then analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is conluded that: 1) supervision has a positive direct effect on productivity; 2) responsibility has positive direct effect on productivity; and 3) supervision has positive direct effect on responsibility. Therefore teacher productivity can be improved through improvements in supervision they receive and enhancement in their responsibility.

The research was conducted to teachers education office of DKI Jakarta. By using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis the number 52 employee as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the turnover intention have negative direct effect to job performance; (2) the absenteeism have negative direct effect to job performance; (3) the turnover intention have positif direct effect to absenteeism.The job performance can be improved through reduction of turnover intention and absenteeism

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work climate on teacher productivity State Junior High School in Palmerah Sub-district, West Jakarta. The method used ini this research is survey method with path analysis techniques. This study used a population of teachers State Junior High School in Palmerah Sub-district, West Jakarta much as 200 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is proportional random sampling methode. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: Firstly, there is the effect of transformational leadership on teacher productivity; Secondly, there is the effect of work climate on teacher productivity; Third, there is the effect of transformational leadership on work climate.

The objective of this research was to understand and to get picture of organizational communication, decision making and reward that used by School Principal at Canisius College Junior High School Jakarta. The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation, document study and recording. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that (1) the interpersonal communication system is a main communication system, social networking and electronic communication become the main support in developing the communication. The communication that occurs such as oral, written and nonverbal communication which is applied in Downward communication nor Upward communication, (2) Decision was taken as a programmed and nonprogrammed decisions. The programmed decisions is the main task of a school leader and the nonprogrammed decisions is the strategic policy that taken to achieving the goal of the school which refers to the schools vision and mission, (3) The awarding highly prioritized both the intrinsic reward and extrinsic reward so that the teachers, staff and students feel very appreciated. It will always provide the best work for the school.

A study of determining the influence of QWL and reward on the teachers productivity at state elementary school has been done which the samples were taken in district kebon jeruk west jakarta city. In this work a survey method with path analysis techniques was used by applying a questioner as a researched instrument. 152 responders were involved by sending their feedback within the questioner. Those responders were decided using simple random sampling among all teachers that working at the predetermined location. The results showing both QWL and reward perform significant effect on the teacherâ€™s productivity. Moreover there was a correlation between QWL and reward which one affects the other.

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of transformational leadership and interpersonal communication on lecturer affective commitment. It was quantitative research with survey method in STKIP Muhammadiyah Bone. The research was conducted to all lecturer of STKIP Muhammadiyah Bone by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis.The number 60 employees as sample was selected by using Slovin formula.The research conlude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on affective commitment . (2) There is a direct positive effect of interpersonal communication on affective commitment. (3) There is a direct positive of transformational leadership on interpersonal communication.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of leadership and supervision toward teacherâ€™s job performance senior high school at regency of Dogiyai Papua. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 75 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 63 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the leadership have positive direct effect to job performance; (2) the supervision have positive direct effect to job performance; (3) the leadership have positive direct effect to supervision. The job performance can be improved through improvement of of leadership and supervision.
