Abstract

This research talks about the Influence of Competence and Master's SatisfactionPerformance of High School Teachers in Bakorwil I Region of East Java. The populationof research is 1012 high school teachers. By using the Slovin formula with a tolerance of5%, the sample size was 287 respondents. Test model with Least Square Estimate estimation (GLS), structural equation model(SEM) analysis, proportional random sampling method and Amos 22 software, on 287respondents. The test results show the model (fit) seen from the GFI, AGFI, TLI, CFI,RMSEA and CMIN / DF values, respectively 0.942, 0.913, 0.964, 0.981, 0.064 and 1.588are all within the expected value range. The model is acceptable. The results showed that: 1). Teacher competence has a significant effect on teacher'ssatisfaction. 2). Teacher competence has a significant effect on teacher performance. 3).Teacher satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance.4). Teachercompetence has an indirectly significant influence on teacher performance throughteacher's satisfaction. Keywords: teacher competence, satisfaction, teacher performance

Abstract

This research talks about the environment of craftsmen, Managerial Capacity andFunding Decision for Small Scale Enterprises in East Java. The population of the studywas 3,711 craftsmen in East Java. Using Slovin formula with a tolerance of 5%, the samplesize was 392 respondents. Test model with Generalized Least Square Estimation (GLS), structural equationmodel (SEM) analysis, proportional random sampling method and Amos 22 software aid,in 392 respondents. The test results show the model (fit) seen from the value of GFI, AGFI,TLI, CFI, RMSEA and CMIN / DF, each of 0.927, 0.914, 0.965, 0.968, 0.072 and 1.284 areall within the expected range of values so that the model can be accepted. The results showed that: 1). There is a direct influence of the craftsman's Environmenton the managerial capacity of the craftsmen by 0.720. 2). There is a direct influence of thecraftsman's Environment on the craftsman's financing decision of 0.679. 3). There is adirect influence of the managerial capacity of the craftsmen on the craftsman's financingdecision of 0.324. 4). There is an indirect influence of the craftsman's Environment on thefinancing decision of the craftsman through the managerial capacity of 0.233. Major indirect linkage between environmental variables of craftsmen and financingvariables of small craft businesses through managerial capacity variables. This indicatesthat the managerial capacity of small craft business will increase, with the management ofthe business environment of the good craftsmen in East Java Province. Abstract

This study talks about the Effect of Total Quality Managemet Factors on Improvingthe Quality of Secondary School Education in Surabaya. The research population is allteachers of Senior High School who have worked for 5 years at least. A sample of 150Teachers.Result of research: 1). From result of test "F" that variable = X1 = quality dimension; X2= Focus on learners; X3 = Leadership; X4 = Sustainability Improvement and X5 = HumanResource Management simultaneously influence Educational Quality Improvement, this issupported by the value of R Square (R²) of 0.752 and F = 9.589 with Sig = 0.001 <= 0.05.2). From the result of t test (partial test), it can be concluded that from the 5 variables thathave partial influence is the Variable The quality dimension has the effect of 20.1% to theimprovement of the Quality of Education, and has the contribution value on the change ofEducation Quality improvement equal to = 4.1%. Variable X3 = Leadership has influenceof 33.1% to the improvement of Education Quality, and has contribution value on changeof Education Quality improvement = 11.0% with value of Sig 0.000 <= 0.05. TheContinuous Improvement Variable has an influence of 18.4% on the improvement ofEducation Quality h, and has contribution value on the change of Education Qualityimprovement in Surabaya State High School equal to = 0.034% with value of sig 0.000 <=0.05.Keywords: Total Quality Managemet, Quality Improvement of Education.

Abstract

Livestock activity is one of the sub activities in agriculture, where with the increase ofthe welfare of the community, the activities in the field of livestock are also increasing as aconsequence of the increase of people's income. Meat as one source of protein is needed bythe community, while chicken meat is still a prima donna community in meeting the needsof meat because in addition to the relatively cheap price, good taste, also from the aspectof relative health does not contain lots of cholesterol, therefore Animal feed company, iscurrently racing to market its production. Marketing mix as attribute inherent to a product that is used as consumer appeal, sothat marketing mix must be communicated well to consumer through various media ofinformation to influence consumer. The impact for consumer marketing mix informationwill be a stimulus in making the decision to buy. From the results of the test of the model in this study, using random sampling,structural equation model (SEM) analysis, and software assistance Amos Version 22, in201 respondents, able to explain the relationship between marketing mix (product, price,promotion and distribution) Purchase of livestock feed, in the area of Jombang regency.In this study, obtained value of Coefficient of Determination (R2) of 0.816, this indicatesthat, by executing the marketing mix well, it will push upthe decision of livestock feedpurchase of 81.6%. Another thing to be gained from is: that the promotion factor of the marketing mixbecomes the most dominant factor influence on purchasing decisions, amounting to 44.8%.Keywords: marketing mix, purchase decision

Abstract

Kenjeran Beach in Surabaya is one of the areas that has potential in the sector offishery is large enough. Fisheries on the coast of Kenjeran Surabaya include marinefisheries, public waters. Therefore the utilization of fish resources optimized rationally soas to improve the welfare for the fishermen's income. This study talks about the Effect of Economic Morale and Degree of Entrepreneurshipon Fisherman Household Economic Behavior at Kenjeran Beach Surabaya East Java.The population of this research is 624 fishermen in Kenjeran SurabayaThe determination of the number of samples based on a simple random method with Slovinformula with dispersion of 5% resulted in a total sample of 244 peopleFrom the results of model testing in this study, with estimation of Generalized Least SquareEstimation (GLS), structural equation model analysis (SEM), proportional randomsampling method and software assistance Amos 22, on 244 respondents. The resultsshowed that: 1). Economic morals affect the degree of entrepreneurship of fishermen inKenjeran Surabaya. 2). Economic morals affect the behavior of fishermen economy inKenjeran Surabaya. 3). The fisherman entrepreneurship significantly influences thebehavior of fishermen economy in Kenjeran Surabaya. 4). Economic morals have anindirect effect on economic behavior through fishing entrepreneurship in KenjeranSurabaya.Key words: Moral economy of fisherman, entrepreneurship of fisherman, economic behavior
