Abstract

Government’s official (PNS) of BPTP East Java plays an important role in government’s organizational development; therefore improvement of public service needs to be continued along with technology development. This study was aimed to describe training and education programs undergone by PNS of the BPPTP and their impact on job performance of the PNS, as a part of human resource management program run by the BPPTP. Research method used was qualitative approach, with research focus was to figure up the existing situation of the BPPTP employees to evaluate the implementation of education and trainings programs directed to BPPTP staff. Results of this study showed that training and education is still needed in for upgrading of the BPTP staff.Keywords: government’s official (PNS), Education,Training, Job Performance

Abstract

This research is intended to find ant organization climate (psychological dimension, structural dimension, social dimension and bureaucratic dimension) toward employee’s work satisfaction at PT. PLN Lhokseumawe branch. This research is also intended to find at dominant variable that influences employees’ work satisfaction at PT. PLN Lhokseumawe branch. This research is conducted at PT. PLN Lhokseumawe branch with population the whole employees’ with sample 66 employees’. The scope of the research is the influence of organization’s climate toward employee’s work satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Lhokseumawe branch. Based on the result, all variables have siqnificant influence toward employees’ work satisfaction at PT. PLN Lhokseumawe branch. This can be seen from the value Fhitung = 57.714, while Ftabel at the siqnificant level α = 5 % equals to 2.53. the value R – Square or coefitien is determined 0,791. this show that 79,1 % variable is explained by un investigated variable. Based on partial test, it is found that all investigated variable have siqnificant influence toward employees’ work satisfaction because in this research all variable qets thitung > ttabel an siqnificant level α = 5 %.Keywords: Organization climate, employee’s

Abstract

The performance of economic entities has been a research matter even in the ancient world. The human genius has been recognized as a vehicle for certain valueable capabilities and as the critical enabler of trnasforming processes. But it has not been considered as an intellectual capitalizator or intellectual asset. The field for intellectual capital and the related philosophy of knowledge management has a risen recently to an interesting research object world wide. Applies the Value Added Intellectual Coefficient method and Rate of Growth Intellectual Capital in order to analyze the dynamic effect of Indonesia commercail banks for the financial period 2005 quarter 1 untill 2008 quarter 4. Focuses in bnaking financial performance both for current period and the future. The research method is quantitative analysis and the sample size there are 22 banks by using purposive sampling method. The method of estimation is dynamic model on panel data. The result of the study are, as a whole all banks have relatively smaller capital employed efficiency than human and structural efficiencies. The long term effect has greater impact for Return on Asset and Solvency Ratio compare to the short term one. Average response time required for adjustment of Return on Asset is faster then Solvency Ratio.Key words: Value Added Intellectual Coefficient, Rate of Growth Intellectual Capital, Return on Asset, and Solvency Ratio

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze muzakki perception towards management of Zakah Managing Institution (ZMI). Primary data is obtained from common muzakkies and those distributing their zakah by means of the ZMI, the YDSF and the BMH. Analysis is conducted by using qualitative method. Reasearch results reveal that there are three kinds of muzakkies in relation with their assessment of ZMI management. They are (1) muzakkies assessing that ZMI management is good, sincere and professional so that muzakkies distribute their zakah by means of ZMI, and this is the same with what was conducted by Rasullullah SAW, the Prophet; (2) muzakkies trusting and assessing that ZMI management is professional and transparent enough, but distribute a share of their zakah by means of ZMI and for some reasons distribute the other share to mustahiks directly; and (3) muzakkies assessing ZMI management is neither transparent nor professional so that they do not trust the ZMI management, and prefer to distribute their zakah directly to the mustahik.Keywords: Zakah, Zakah managing institution (ZMI) , muzakki, mustahik

Abstract

This research focused on how the function of local government enable of neglected children become apart of the social development and how the government model can be suitable the social matters and society comprehensively. Besides, this research also try to find that execution of local government function regarding the optimalized the social development program, especialy the empowerment program for neglected children. Several programs from the government has been doing to empowered the prosperity of social development to enable the neglected children, such as adherence to order the principal of participation or to eficiency the budget planning from the central government to running the social program. This research recommend; (1) require to conduct the function of local government; (2) to optimalized the program, the local government have to arrange the good program regarding the neglected children; (3) the local government need to strenghthen the system of how to solve the social problem, especially the neglected children program and how to minimized them.Keywords : Government, Social Development, Empowerment

Abstract

The Growth of  profit depends on the financial condition or company financial performance. The better the company work performance, the bigger profit the company will get. This research is intended for knowing the influence of capital intellectual on company finanacial performance. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling from automotive company registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2002 - 2006 using secondary data. Analysis data is processed using double linear analysis then followed by hypothesis test. The result of the research shows that capital employee efficiency  has insignificant positive influence on financial performance, human capital efficiency has insignificant positive influence on financial performance, and structural capital efficiency  has insignificant negative influence on financial performance of automotive company registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia.Keyword: capital employee efficiency, human capital efficiency, financial performance
