Abstract

ABSTRACT:School ofNU Tarbiyah (STITNU) Pacitan is one of the colleges located in the town ofPacitan, STITNU Pacitan in KRS is still a conventional charging, data management KRS and KHS are currently using Microsoft Office applications Excel. Academics are still experiencing many problems including lack of awareness of students to fill out and some have not KRS KRS fill. So that institutions and students need information systems to facilitate data management KRS, KHS and improve services Academic STITNU Pacitan.The purpose of the research to produce information systems KRS Produce and KHS on line are built using the programming language PHP and uses MySQL database processing, applying the Academic Information System on line and improve services in STITNU Pacitan. The method used in the preparation of reports Thesis writers is, studies literature, direct observation survey in the research and analyze issues, interviews with resource persons directly concerned, System Analysis, System Design, System Development, Testing, Implementation System. The results of this study is on-line Information System Use existing Akademink to improve services and solve existing problems in STITNU Pacitan.Keywords: Academic Information SystemsABSTRAKSI: Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Nahdlatul Ulama (STITNU) Pacitan merupakan salah satu dari perguruan tinggi yang terdapat di kota Pacitan, STITNU Pacitan dalam pengisian KRS masih bersifat konvensional, pengelolaan data KRS dan KHS pada saat ini masih mengunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office Excel. Akademik juga masih mengalami banyak masalah diantaranya, kurangnya kesadaran mahasiswa untuk mengisi KRS bahkan ada yang tidak mengisi KRS. Sehingga lembaga dan mahasiswa membutuhkan sistem informasi untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data KRS, KHS dan meningkatkan pelayanan Akademik STITNU Pacitan.Tujuan dari Penelitian untuk menghasilkan Menghasilkan sistem informasi KRS dan KHS on line yang dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan pengolah database MySQL, menerapkan Sistem Informasi Akademik on line dan meningkatkan pelayanan pada STITNU Pacitan. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penyusunan laporan Skripsi ini adalah, Studi Kepustakaan, Observasi survey langsung di tempat penelitian dan menganalisa permasalahan, Wawancara secara langsung dengan nara sumber yang bersangkutan, Analisis Sistem, Perancangan Sistem, Pembangunan Sistem, Uji Coba, Implementasi Sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem Informasi Akademink on line gunak untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada STITNU Pacitan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Akademik

Abstract

Abstraction − Pharmacies “ Jati Farma “ is the only store in the Distris Arjosari. Precisely at the edge of the highway Pacitan – Ponorogo km 10, and adjacent to the market Arjosari. With a very strategic location, makes it easier for residents to reach the place. With increasingly sophisticated technological advances, today there are very many and almost all drug store (pharmacies) that use the convensional way to do the tasks related to the pharmacy. One is a pharmacy in the Distric Arjosari Teak Farma. These pharmacies have problem with the recording of transaction to convensional. Therefor needed a system that can overcome it. Software used to manufacture this system is Visual Basic 6.0, MySql odbc connector, xampp as the server and MySql as the database. The purpose of this study was to make the drug registration system (purchase-sale) that is computerized. The benefit is to facilitate the process of data recording the drug, be it buying or selling. The method used is the literature, obervations, interviews and analysis. Of making these system, hopes to ease the task of assistant pharmacist and pharmacies to make the performance more effectively and efficiently. Keyword : Information System, Information System Pharmacies   Abstraksi – Apotek “Jati Farma” merupakan satu-satunya toko obat yang ada di Kecamatan Arjosari. Tepatnya di pinggir jalan raya Pacitan-Ponorogo Km.10, dan berdekatan dengan pasar Arjosari. Dengan lokasinya yang sangat strategis tersebut, memudahkan para warga untuk menjangkau tempatnya. Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin canggih, sekarang ini masih banyak sekali bahkan hampir semua toko obat (apotek) yang menggunakan cara konvensional untuk mengerjakan tugas-tugas yang berkaitan dengan apotek. Salah satunya adalah Apotek Jati Farma di Kecamatan Arjosari. Apotek ini memiliki permasalahan pada pencatatan transaksi yang bersifat konvensional. Karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengatasi hal tersebut. Software yang digunakan untuk pembuatan sistem ini adalah Visual Basic 6.0, Mysql connector odbc, xampp sebagai servernya dan MySql untuk databasenya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem pencatatan obat (pembelian-penjualan) yang bersifat komputerisasi. Manfaatnya adalah agar memudahkan proses pencatatan data obat, baik itu pembelian ataupun penjualan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kepustakaan, observasi, wawancara dan analisis. Dari pembuatan sistem ini, harapannya bisa meringankan tugas asisten apoteker dan membuat kinerja apotek menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Sistem Informasi Apotek
