Abstract

Abstract – Co-Operation is activity performed within an organization with aim to isnt it his member. Stabilization of idealism in co-operation is all important shares for organizational life. Through stabilization of this idealism, is strived all members have strong confidence to essence existence of co-operation. Three element becoming healthy indication or him activity of co-operation for example, ad for bouncing, ad for organization, and healthy of effort. As for the problem of is there is no adequate saving and loan information system him to realize accuracy, security and safety of data which was him owning. This research aim to to improve efficiency work in Mitra Mandiri Co-Operation Saving And Loan Partner, specially bursar so that to be easier in record-keeping of co-operation member transaction and also give timely and accurate report. Method data collecting which used in this research use bibliography study, method interview and observation method. While cycle development of information system conceptually is systems analysis, and scheme of desain system, development and pemrograman of system, system implementation and test-drive. Old system which still conventional meet various problems and constraint, this research is expected can improve efficiency and effectiveness activity of saving and loan in Mitra Mandiri co-operation. Keyword : Information System, Co-Operation. Abstraksi – Koperasi adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam suatu organisasi yang bertujuan mensejahterakan anggotanya.Pemantapan idealisme dalam koperasi merupakan bagian yang terpenting bagi kehidupan berorganisasi.Melalui pemantapan idealisme ini, diupayakan agar para anggota memiliki keyakinan yang kuat terhadap hakekat keberadaan koperasi. Tiga unsur yang menjadi indikasi sehat atau tidaknya kegiatan koperasi antara lain, sehat mental, sehat organisasi, dan sehat usaha. Adapun masalahnya adalah belum adanya sistem informasi simpan pinjam yang memadai untuk mewujudkan keakuratan, keamanan dan keselamatan data-data yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Mitra Mandiri, khususnya bendahara agar lebih mudah dalam pencatatan transaksi-transaksi anggota koperasi serta memberikan laporan yang akurat dan tepat waktu. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan, metode wawancara dan metode observasi.Sedangkan siklus pengembangan sistem informasi secara konseptual adalah analisis sistem, perancangan dan desain sistem, pembangunan dan pemrograman sistem, uji coba dan implementasi sistem. Sistem lama yang masih konvensional menemui berbagai kendala dan permasalahan, penelitian ini menghasilkan system informasi yang dapat membantu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kegiatan simpan pinjam di koperasi Mitra Mandiri.
