Abstract

AbstrakPenelitin ini memiliki beberapa tujuan, yaitu 1) untuk mengetahui pola perilaku masyarakat dan peran aktor lokal dan strategi untuk mewujudkan kehidupan toleransi di Desa Pancasila, 2) untuk mengetahui kendala dalam menerapkan praktik toleransi di Desa Pancasila serta solusi dari kendala tersebut, dan 3) untuk mengetahui implikasinya terhadap ketahanan ideologi.Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, lokasi penelitian berada di Desa Wonorejo, Kecamatnan Banyuputih, Kabupaten Bondowoso, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan 1) wawancara mendalam (Kepala Desa dan Kepala Dusun serta 2 tokoh masyarakat), 2) dokumentasi (foto dan dokumen terkait), dan 3) observasi (peneliti melakukan pengamatan secara langsung di Desa Pancasila. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis data interaktif yang terdiri dari beberpaa komponen yaitu pengambilan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) aktor lokal yang terlibat ialah peran aktor lokasl (pemerintah desa dan tokoh masyarkat) selalu mengakomodir masyarakat untuk selalu bersikap saling menghormati dan meghargai antar perbedaan yang ada khususnya agama dan etnis, sehingga masyarakat selalu berusaha untuk mengedepankan toleransi di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, 2) kendala yang dihadapi ialah a) munculnya sikap skeptis dalam beribadah, b) adanya konflik di keluarga terkait perbedaan agama dan c) terbatasnya upacara perayaan keagamaan. Solusi untuk mengatasi kendala, yaitu dengan dialog dan mengedepankan sikap keterbukaan di dalam keluarga untuk menerima perbedaan agama, dan 3) Masyarakat di Desa Pancasila mengimplementasikan nilai religius, kemanusiaan, persatuan, demokratis, dan keadilan, sehingga berimplikasi pada ketahanan ideologi yang tangguh

Abstract

ABSTRACT Riau Islands Province has a large potential of fishery resources but has not been utilized optimally to increase regional economic growth, in addition to the problem of territorial boundaries in the South Natuna Sea between Indonesia and Vietnam and China, as well as a decrease in the number of Indonesian fishing fleets operating in the province. The Riau Archipelago is faced with the proliferation of foreign fishing vessels looking for fish in the region. The purpose of this study is to find and analyze the effect of domestic investment, fishery business credit, fishery exports and the number of fishing fleets on the performance of the fisheries sub-sector in the Riau Islands Province. In this research, the natural logarithm equation (Ln) model is used, with explanatory research analysis research methods or hypothesis research through explanations of causal relationships between variables, while the research design uses panel data analysis cross section 7 cities/districts and time series for 6 years from 2015 to 2020 in the Riau Islands Province using quantitative inferential statistics. The result show that the variables of domestic investment, fishery business credit, fishery exports and the number of fishing fleets simultaneously have a significant effect, also partially have a significant and positive effect on the performance of the fisheries sub-sector in the Riau Islands Province. Abstract

ABSTRAKAsia Tenggara khawatir atas strategi nuklir yang akan mengakibatkan adanya perlombaan senjata, meningkatkan potensi resiko konflik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang berdasarkan kepada studi objek maupun situasi dan peneliti sebagai sarana utama dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara triangulasi (kombinasi) dan diskusi dengan narasumber serta menggunakan Teori Neorealisme. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengenal serta menganalisa lebih jauh kemungkinan tentang bagaimana dampak dari perjanjian AUKUS pada kawasan regional Asia Tenggara dan bagaimana sikap yang harus diambil di masa kini maupun di masa depan demi pertahanan dan keamanan regional Asia Tenggara serta implementasinya terhadap ketahanan wilayah Indonesia berdasarkan konsep yang ada pada konsep ketahanan nasional demi pertahanan dan keamanan Indonesia.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proyeksi kekuatan Perjanjian AUKUS yang akan mengancam keamanan serta stabilitas di kawasan Asia Tenggara. Perjanjian AUKUS dapat melemahkan ASEAN untuk melestarikan kawasan bebas nuklir demi perdamaian dan keamanan internasional dengan adanya perjanjian AUKUS ini menjadikan Traktat Zona Bebas Senjata Nuklir Asia Tenggara menjadi tidak terealisasikan serta penulis memberikan rekomendasi dan proyeksi tentang bagaimana sikap yang harus diambil oleh Indonesia terkait dengan Perjanjian AUKUS di dunia internasional.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKesenian Tari Dolalak merupakan kesenian asli Kabupaten Purworejo hasil alkuturasi budaya barat dan budaya timur. Kesenian ini adalah warisan budaya peninggalan sejak jaman Belanda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui alasan kesenian Tari Dolalak dapat dijadikan sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya, mengetahui bentuk pelestarian dan pengembangan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta strategi untuk menjadikan Tari Dolalak sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sampel diperoleh dari masyarakat yang terlibat langsung dalam pelestarian dan pengembangan kesenian Tari Dolalak yang meliputi Kepala Dinas Pariwisata dan Budaya Kabupaten Purworejo, pamong budaya, sanggar tari, kelompok kesenian Tari Dolalak, serta pelaku seni. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan pengisian kuisioner. Kevalidan data diuji dengan Teknik triangulasi serta dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, serta analisis SWOT.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesenian Tari Dolalak dapat dijadikan sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya di Kabupaten Purworejo. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT Tari Dolalak berada pada kuadran I yang berarti kesenian tersebut sangat menguntungkan untuk dikembangkan terutama menggunakan strategi SO (streghts-opportunities).

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the role of Dohar Sista Arhanud in the maintenance of defense equipment and to analyze its implications for resilience of defense equipment. In this study, the theories used are role theory, bureaucratic theory, maintenance theory, readiness theory and resilience theory. This research method is a qualitative research with analytical descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation and literature. Analysis of the data used is data categorization, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.  The results of this study indicate that through the role played by Dohar Sista Arhanud in the maintenance of the main defense equipment, it has implications for increasing the operational readiness of the main defense equipment , increasing the age of use to create resilience of the main defense equipment. In the implementation of defense equipment maintenance, there are obstacles faced by Dohar Sista Arhanud in maintaining the defense equipment including aspects of personnel, infrastructure, budget, organization and duties as well as policy aspects. The defense equipment maintenance activities carried out have implications for the defense of the main defense system, which can be seen through two aspects, namely: (1) operational readiness of the defense equipment and (2) the resilience of the defense equipment after maintenance.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted in Biak Numfor Regency with the title Implementation of the role of regional command in assisting local governments and its implications for resilience with a focus on Moibaken and Suneri Villages, Biak Numfor Regency. The method used in this research is to use descriptive research with a qualitative approach that aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the role of the Regional Command in assisting local governments and its implications for food Resilience in Moibaken Village and Suneri Village, Biak Numfor Regency.observation), in-depth interviews, documentation,and library studies covering the role of regional commandos aimed at assisting local governments. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the role of the Regional Command in assisting local governments and its implications for food Resilience has not run optimally. to farmers. as a regulator, a regulation is needed that regulates food Resilience. Then as a dynamist in its role it needs to be optimized by efforts to mobilize all existing units or form a post on food Resilience which is not just a guide as has been so far, so that with experience and togetherness the soldiers can take quick steps and actions to achieve food self-sufficiency. The strategies carried out by the Government and the Regional Command in Biak Numfor Regency in improving food Resilience are 1) socialization, this seems not yet optimal. 2) supervision and control, showing that the role of the Regional Command in supervision is good, but in controlling it is not optimal. 3) Education. shows that his role as an educator has not gone well because it is due to a lack of coordination with the government and farmers, 4) coordination, this shows that it is not optimal, this is due to a lack of communication made to farmers to increase awareness of the importance of food Resilience by paying attention to aspects of production agriculture, human resources, and agricultural innovation

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to (1) analyze the factors that influence the role of Babinsa in flood disaster management efforts at Kodim 0501/Central Jakarta BS and (2) analyze the role of Babinsa in disaster management efforts and their response to regional resilience at Kodim 0501/Central Jakarta BS.This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative to analyze the factors that influence the role of babinsa and qualitative to analyze the role of babinsa. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected by questionnaires, interviews and observations. Secondary data was collected by literature study, documentation, and internet. The role of babinsa is described as it is without intending to make generally accepted conclusions.Babinsa's role in flood prevention is in line with the TNI's duties related to Military Operations Other than War (OMSP) and in accordance with the Babinsa Task Guidance Manual. Central Jakarta has high regional resilience to flooding according to Babinsa at Kodim 0501/Central Jakarta BS. The factors that influence the role of Babinsa simultaneously or partially in flood prevention at Kodim 0501/Central Jakarta BS are education, rank and the amount of training. Babinsa's role in flood management carried out during pre-disaster, during disaster, and post-disaster has positive implications for regional resilience, especially in Central Jakarta.
