Jurnal ini sudah terbit sejak tahun 2002 dengan frekuensi dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu bulan Juni dan Desember. Marwah merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah antar peminat dan pemerhati kajian gender, perempuan dan Islam. Dengan tujuan mengangkat harkat dan martabat perempuan dan terpublikasinya bahan bacaan/rujukan tentang kajian-kajian perempuan.

Abstract

Families with any community is a group of social bonds in the domestic family life. The parents, especially the father as the head of the family and the mother as the head of household, are the main actors in the dyeing process of coaching, education, growth and development of children’s personality. Ideal personality of children relies heavily on the efforts of both parents as early as possible so that children are able to understand a wide range of recognition, social experience through guidance, exercises and education, particularly through the development process of religious well.With morale through spiritual, is a guarantee for the kids there will be hope of an Islamic character or personality of noble character.

Abstract

Integrated learning is an approach to learning that links several aspects of both the intra-subject and between subjects. With the approach of the students will acquire knowledge and skills in their entirety so that learning becomes meaningful to students. Provide meaningful learning in integrated learning means that studentswill be able to understand the concepts they learned through direct experience and concrete links between the concept of intra-subject and between subjects. Integrated learning as a concept is an approach to learning that involves some subjects to providemeaningful learning experiences for children. Integrated learning approach that is believed to be as practice-oriented learning in accordance with the needs of today’s children. With integrated learning students are expected to have the ability to identify, collect, assess and use information around them significantly.

Abstract

One aspect of child development that parents are to be developed is language skills. Because language skills are very important in human life, especially to convey wishes, ideas, and problems encountered in everyday life. Language is the ability to communicate with other, in which the thoughts and feelings expressed in the form of symbols or symbols to express the sense of something. Language is an essential factor that distinguishes man from animals. With human language can position itself as civilized creatures and develop its culture. Language skills in children will develop in accordance with the developmental age. However, the development and progress of language would be better if accompanied by coaching and guidance from parents.Many things can be done in the parent language development in early childhood as pioneered and laid the foundation on child language,motor exercises, habit, maintain and supervise the children and prevent child language disrespectful language, develop language skills through play, and communicate actively in family.

Abstract

Math is taughtwith the aimto prepare students to be able to usemathematics andmathematicalmindset in everyday life. In studying mathematics,many students bothmen and women considermathematics as a boring subject. Based on this, the gender aspect in learning mathematics become educators concern. Gender differences not only result in differences in mathematical ability, but also a way of gaining knowledge of mathematics. Some of the notion that women are not quite managed to learn math than men. In addition, women almost never have a thorough interest in theoretical questions such as the male. Women are more interested in practical matters than the theoretical. But on the other hand, not a few female students who have success in math skills. Writing this article aims to analyze some of the results of research on gender differences in mathematics learning. The methodology used is a literature study. This study found evidence of differences in the strategies used boys and girls, even to solve the spatial.

Abstract

Education reform aims to be effective and efficient in achieving national education goals. In Laws and Regulations seen the desire of the Indonesian government to empower the people of Indonesia through the provision of superior education. The government clearly has put content standards, processes, competence of graduates, educators and education personnel, facilities and infrastructure,management, finance, and educational assessment.Over a period of more than five decades since Indonesia is free fromcolonialism, Islamic education can be said to have not been able to contribute anything to the progress of the nation, in addition to not being able to complain when required role in addressing the problems of this nation’s morals and mentality. Islamic education and Islamic boarding school either unwittingly still stuck on dichotomous orientation. The indication, the Islamic educational institutions is the transformation of knowledge and religious values was so strong that it is almost forgotten reality of the labor market.

Abstract

It is undeniable that gender inequality still occurs especially in the developing world. This inequity occurs in various fields of human life, among others in the fields of education, social, and economic. Gender inequality that occursmainly in the field of education is influenced by various factors: cultural factors, patriarchy, sociology and psychology. The imbalance also affects the life of the nation and the state. To that end, this study discusses the factors that cause the occurrence of gender inequality and the impact that would occur if gender inequalities allowed to drag and solutions that are expected to be applied so that gender inequality can be reduced or even eliminated.

Abstract

Di era informasi saat inir ini telah banyak media baik cetak maupun elektronik yang menyeret wanita untuk melepaskan identitas yang sebenarnya memiliki akar yang luhur. Mereka mudah membuka auratnya demi popularitas dan keuntungan materi, sehigga mengorbankan nilaii-nilai agama, khususnya tentang etika dan aturan berbusana muslimah. Bukan hal yang aneh, apabila kita menyaksikan yang tanpa merasa bersalah memamerkan kecantikannya dengan mengobral auratnya, mempertontonkan lekuk-lekuk tubuhnya bahkan ada yang sampaikan menjajakannya demi meraih sebuah popularitas. Tulisan ini mencoba mengungkap hadis yang berkaian tentang tema tersebut.
