Abstract

Today fighter for women’s rights increasingly critical in addressing every thing related to women. As has been known that the more criticism addressed to the traditions of the Prophet, the Prophet is accused of marginalizing the position of women in the presence of men, the Prophet accused of traditions that hatred of women (misogynist). One tradition that really should be dissected is the source of slander women narrated by Imam Nasa’iy and Ibn Majah. Speculation has grown in interpreting these traditions. As if women become mastermind in every error and problems on this earth. Based on this study proved the hadith Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah valid with narrators tsiqah and mutual acceptance and giving history and sanad and can be used as evidence. The purpose of this tradition is the spouse of women for men can be a test or trial for a man, when can be ignored on other obligations

Abstract

Appreciation and good religious experience has a considerable influence on the physical andmental health and can improve psychological wellbeing. Psychological wellbeing is an important requirement.These needs can be obtained by instilling religious and moral values one of which is to forgive. This study tries toexplore the subjective quality of life associated with psychological well-being of women prisoners in prisons II BPekanbaru in relation to forgiveness.Research data collection using a scale of forgiveness and psychological wellbeing with forgiveness scalevalidity of test results ranged 0.271 to 0.763. While the scale of psychological wellbeing validity of the test resultsobtained 0.261 to 0, 674. Based on the obtained reliability test forgiveness scale reliability coefficient of 0.829 and0.817 scale of psychological wellbeing. Normal distribution of data and linear correlation coefficient r obtained at0.387 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.001). Contributions forgiveness of psychological wellbeing by15%. Thus the proposed hypothesis there is a relationship between forgiveness (Forgiveness) with psychologicalwellbeing in women inmates is accepted. Forgiveness related to welfare by changing the mind, emotions andbehaviors negative to a positive response

Abstract

This article discusses the winner of the election of women as a gender perspective studies and studies fading patriarchal culture in the province of East Java. The purpose of the study is; (1). Explores the political motives of candidates, kandidasi process, support election management bodies and CSOs, and the issue of gender equality in the nomination, and political context that allows the emergence of female kandidasi process. (2). Get an overview of the political profile candidates, kandidasi process, the role and support of election management bodies and the CSO, and the issue of gender equality in the nomination, and political context in the kandidasi process. (3). Interpret the presence of women in the election. The results of this study indicate that changes in the local political order decentralization followed by the application of the system of regional head election (election) directly, the more open structure of opportunity for women from various backgrounds to exist in the political space. If the existence of women in kandidasi lawmakers have increased, not the case in the election candidates are still relatively new

Abstract

Biological differences between men and women have in the implementation of social and cultural life. There has been a gender gap due to the multiplicity of interpretations of the notion of gender itself. In-depth research is needed to determine the cause of the gap, let alone Islam declared the doctrine that leads to gender bias. Based on the discussion in this paper is declared Gender division of roles and responsibilities between women and men as a result of socio-cultural construction of society, which can be changed according to the demands of the changing times. Abstract

The involvement of women in formal politics in Indonesia began to be taken into account since the enactment of the Electoral Law No. 12 In 2003, on the General Election. In Act specified 30% representation of women from all political parties in the parliamentary candidates in national and local level. In Riau Province, the representation of women in parliament has increased. but have not been able to meet the 30% quota for women. This is due to the attitude of the political parties have tended masculine. Undertake research to uncover the commitment of political parties to the nomination of women as members of the legislature in an attempt realization of law no. 12 of 2003 in the province of Riau. This study is a qualitative study, obtained by interview and observation to the board of DPD Golkar, PAN, PKS and the female candidates of political parties elected to the Legislative Council Pekanbaru period 2009-2014. The findings show the phenomenon of “halfhearted” of the party leadership to implement article 65, paragraph 1 of Law No. 12 in 2003 and are not genderresponsive policies, most party leaders still view women as “second class citizens” who do not deserve to sit in the first sequence number representing the party

Abstract

This studyaims to determinethe participation of women as legislative candidates on political partiesin the legislative Pelalawan and the factor sthatled tothe relatively low participation of womenwhorun for the legislative elections Pelalawan the districtin 2009.The results showed still low participation of womenin politics, name lythenomination of candidates forthe legislative elections of 2009 participantsin Pelalawan this looksratio of the numberof womencandidates for legislative members who are still less than30% quotaas set outin theLaw12in 2004in the electionof2009.In addition,data on the numberof candidatesinthe 2009 election legislators in Pelalawan as 479 people, only 137 people who are female candidates, while 342 people are male candidates. It is still under the provisions of30% quotafor female representation.So that the low participation of women it can be as certained that thenumberof womenwhohave theopportunitytobe involved inpublic policy-makingis alsoverylimited.This study used adescriptive analysis to describe the full reality of the fulfillment of thequota of 30% representation of womeninlegislative candidacyinthe 2009 electionin Pelalawan which has been describedin LawNo.12of 2012pasal65. From the research, based on theanswersof informantsabout the levelof for male education to which womenwho are candidates forthe legislativemajorityarehigh school graduates. Then basedonthe experienceof informantsanswerstating organization owned organization experienceis still low. Some claimedrecentlyin apolitical party and even there that has not beencompletelyenteredin the management ofpolitical parties. Recruitment systemis not yet fullyimplementedeitherbecause it is based informal system so thatwomenare not representedin the legislature, and consequently30% quota for womenin the legislatureis not reached, resulting in the aspirationsof womeninparliamentPelalawannot accommodated properly, then the patriarchalsocioculturalsystemstillview womenare lessable toplay a role inpolitical office, so that women are marginalizedin terms of bothformal and informal
