Jurnal Sosial Budaya ini merupakan media yang memuat kajian-kajian ilmiah dalam bentuk hasil riset dalam bidang ilmu sosial/humaniora, seperti pernaskahan, pranata-sosial dan sejarah untuk membangun dan membangkitkan kembali kejayaan Tamaddun Melayu dalam kawasan regional Asia Tenggara. Jurnal Sosial Budaya diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan Juli dan Desember yang berusaha menempatkan hasil penelitian para peneliti, akademisi, pemerhati dalam keilmuan terkait. Jurnal Sosial Budaya juga memberi perhatian bagi publikasi hasil penelitian interdisipliner berbagai pihak yang memiliki perhatian serius untuk merancang, dan merajut tatanan dunia baru Tamadun Melayu.

Abstract

affect the level of social capital owned continuum employee and lecturer in the Faculty of Educatuion and Teaching Of State Islamic university of Suska Riau. The subjects were employees and lecturer in the Faculty of Of State Islamic university of Suska Riau. While the object of this study is the level of social capital owned continuum employee and lecturer in the Faculty of Educatuion and Teaching Of State Islamic university of Suska Riau. The study population was all employees structural (administration) and functional as many as 44 people (lecturers) as many as 158 people. The sampling method consisted of two ways, namely for employees structural variables using total sampling method and for the functional variables (lecturer) using purposive indicate that the level of social capital continuum structurally categories and cognitive categories that are owned by the employee and lecturer at the Faculty of Educatuion and Teaching of State Islamic university of capital category with a percentage of 79.90%, as it ranges between 76% - 100%.

Abstract

Evaluation of the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) in college has been implemented by a working group within the Directorate of Academic. State Islamic University implementation of internal audit college. State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau has conducted in each department/study program. Along with the development of State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif of science. It is appropriate this problem is mitigated by the use of information systems. Abstract

This article is the result of research evaluation Science Development policies Islamic paradigm. Islamic science development policy paradigm is the main mission of the college conversion to Islam original status of the State Islamic Institute into the State Islamic University (UIN) of Suska Riau. Because the image is viewed of the State Islamic Institute still stuck on the dichotomy of science, even focusing on the religious sciences only by ignoring the science world. Then proposed a new mission “ Integrating Science with Islam “. This of the development policy paradigm of Islamic science as the main mission of conversion of the State Islamic Institute to State Islamic University of Suska Riau is still lagging behind other elements of progress very policy implementation, in accordance with the method of policy implementation model development research conducted the trials in the Faculty of Education and Teaching, and Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences. The result, some of the models that were developed as a model top down, Buttom Up, and Hybridge, Hybridge conducted in the presence of the faculty is not yet a model, a guide, or guide the development of science in the Islamic paradigm faculty in general and religious faculty.

Abstract

Energy conservation in buildings is a serious attention in Indonesia, including as one of the focus in the Roadmap Research, Development, and Application of Science and Technology Field of New and Renewable Energy Sources from the Ministry of Research and Technology. This study aims to determine the thermal calculator PMV” provided by Luma Sense Technologies to get the value of PMV-PPD and thermal comfort employee feels comfortable with the PMV value of 0.7 (slightly warm) and PPD value of 16.89 (mean 16.89% of people feel uncomfortable in the room), but when the air conditioner off at 12.00 am, the PMV value rose to 2.76 (Hot) and PPD 96.57 (mean 96.57% of people feel uncomfortable). As for the condition of the hall with AC On the value of PMV = 1.8 (warm), PPD value of 67.89 (mean 67.89% of people feel uncomfortable), and so the AC off at 12.00 pm, the PMV value rose to 3.1 (Hot) with PPD 99, 5 (mean everyone does not feel of State Islamic University of Suska Riau at Islamic center relies heavily on the use of air conditioning, so the AC Off the thermal comfort is reduced drastically, especially in the middle of the day and hot weather during the term of the study. Based on the analysis and discussion of design concepts found most appropriate to the condition of the building with the addition of the IC is the insulation of the building, with one of the alternative types of polyurethane foam insulation is spray applied a simple and practical and appropriate for buildings that have been standing.

Abstract

In theory and practice, knowledge management (knowledge management) is part of the strategy implementation process. Knowledge management is a systematic action to identify, document, and distribute all Solving). The involvement of administrative management knowledge, both top level, middle, or bottom becomes a very important thing. Well in detecting the problem, generating solutions, evaluating the decision to apply the knowledge that has been tested as a product and service in the implementation of strategy. This activity can be used to make the issues become clearer and under proper supervision. Despite the heavy dotted knowledge management to “technology“, in this case the role of “man“ needs to be taken into account in order to complete the process of knowledge management integrating various angles between technology, human strategies through four areas to view. However, the hypothesis of cause and effect of the method can be used as a basis for understanding knowledge management and implementation.
