A phenomenological qualitative approach was used, and data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The training program was well-planned, employing the andragogy approach, and focused on managerial aspects, including teamwork, module development, and LAP challenges. The evaluation showed improved LAP management skills, but some areas for improvement were identified.

Innovation in the Entrepreneurial Skills Education (PKW) program is urgently needed. For this reason, an appropriate strategy is required so that the PKW program can align with the times. This study aims to find a strategy model for developing innovation in the PKW program organized by PKBM Sipatuwo Deceng in Parepare City for 2020–2022. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study design. In collecting data, 10 participants were interviewed intensively and in-depth for approximately 3 months, offline and online. The collected data were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques developed by Miles & Huberman. Based on the review and analysis, this study revealed several findings. First, the PKW program was developed by mobilizing community participation through social action during the COVID-19 pandemic. Second, the strategy for developing the PKW program innovation is based on a gradual cycle. Starting with project discussions, case studies, feedback, and forming working groups. Third, the weaknesses were identified, recommending that financial literacy and strengthening the character of participants become essential parts of future PKW programs. Overall, the PKW program development strategy implemented by PKBM Siaptuwo Deceng was quite successful and had a real impact.

The results of this study indicate that local community empowerment influences the digital transformation of preserving culture and tourism in Lempongsari Village. These results were obtained after going through several simple linear regression tests: normality, linearity, and heteroscedasticity. In addition, this study also uses the Likert scale test, and the results show that in the community empowerment variable, the highest score is in the high category with a total of 92.6%, and the rest is in the very high category with a total of 7.4%. Meanwhile, in the digital transformation variable, the highest score is the high category, with a total of 97%, and the rest is the medium category, with a total of 7%. Abstract

This study aimed to develop a partnership model between Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions and families based on blended learning and to test the partnership model's effectiveness in stimulating children's development. The research and development (R&D) method is used in this research. This study develops a blended learning-based partnership model between the Institute and the family and tests the model's effectiveness in stimulating children's development. The research subjects were principals, teachers, administrators, and parents at TPA Melati Dharma Wanita Persatuan UM. The results showed that the factual partnership model becomes a reference in developing the school's partnership model with parents through the blended learning method. This factual model includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the school's partnership program with parents. Through the blended learning method, the school partnership model with parents can help TPA Melati UM develop and implement a school partnership program with parents, which must be adapted to school conditions. It is the objective of School-Based Quality Improvement Management (Manajemen Peningkatan Mutu Berbasis Sekolah-MPMBS). Factors that influence the effectiveness of the blended learning model include the basic requirements of the model, the profile, roles and characteristics of the school, and monitoring and evaluation.
