Abstract

The house is a primary requirement for the fulfillment of human well-being as food and clothing. However, it turns out the need for housing is often hampered by lack of funds owned by consumers who crave own their own home. Thus, through the development of mortgage ogled as the main alternative housing finance. Mortgages is the ability to execute a purchase or hold a loan with a promise, payment will be executed at the agreed time period. This is one of the emerging credit. In extending mortgages, banks here must be selective in assessing the feasibility of the proposed by the debtor bank's assessment was conducted in order to avoid losses due to the return of loans disbursed. Thus in doing the lending bank must make an assessment based lending procedures and internal controls in order to avoid bank bad credit. It is also to be planned strategically for mortgages in the brass, especially mortgage Juanda Regency. As a business developer in the field of home ownership that must be taken into account is about sorting the data consumer in the home loan application process. Both in terms of the validity of the data and supported by field monitoring. From there, the author get the idea, how to design a management application homeownership in juanda regency which prioritizes the analysis of credit risk management. Which in essence how to manage existing credit processes to minimize credit risks that often arise. Starting from customer identity data collection in truth, filing mortgage, Customer Survey income, up to the management of the mortgage payment installments, thus minimizing credit risks exist. In designing this application, the authors use a Web-based programming languages, PHP and MySQL.. Key words : KPR, Credit Risk, PHP dan MySQL

Abstract

Planning and scheduling of project activities are very important because they can be used as the base for implementing the project in order to finish the projects by the optimal time. The level of the estimated project duration is determined by the level of the estimated duration of each activity in the project. Therefore, analysis of the optimization project duration is needed to know how long a project is completed and for the possibility of accelerating project duration. One popular technique in scheduling is a network planning. Network planning is one of the models that is widely used in the project implementation, which can provide information about the activities in the network diagram. Critical path method with activity on arch model is one of the techniques in network planning. Critical path is a path of critical activities concerning in project scheduling, because the project is late or does not depend on the activities in the critical path. However, in determining the critical path, it is always found the complicated calculations, so in this paper the author will make a software using the critical path method with activity on arch model which will help simplifying the calculation of the critical path and to build network diagram. By using the software, it is hoped that it can help analizing project scheduling. So that it becomes easier for calculating the critical activities of the project and we can see the duration of activities, such as result of forward pass and backward pass. This software is capable to present a network diagram of the project.

Abstract

After evaluating and does research in process of management of education data and kependidikan and reporting processes, still there is difficulty in data input and not effective of data reporting processes, and has not his(its computerized some important parts found on management of educator data and kependidikan. Needs existence of a good computerization system and facilitates work done with minimization of mistake happened and eliminates paper ( paperless ). The Application Of Educator data processing and kependidikan is a system integrating key parts. This system can present data from educator energy data process and does process kependidikan of like management of rank data, sertifikasi, and hour(clock teachs. Process of report that is quickly and accurate for leader and reporting to management indirectly can be done based on period which has been determined by user and also leader.Keyword : Computerization, Paperless, Application

Abstract

CRM become one of the main factor in maintaining relation between company/organization with the member/customer. School is an educational institution that has many member (student). The implementation of CRM become the front line in keeping the communication between the school and the student, also the student’s parents, as it held in SMA Negeri 1 Cibingbin. However there are problems in implementing CRM. The problems occured because CRM operation in the school operated in conventional way which is based on paper. The using of paper in CRM implementation become less effective. There are many way to communicate, one of them is by using SMS. SMS also can be integrated to a system through a gateway.SMS gateway is a platform which provides mechanism of sending and receiving SMS form mobile device. Communication between school and student also student’s parent can be held through SMS gateway. With the using of SMS gateway could give a solution to solve the problem in CRM operation. Student and student’s parent could get the information that they want to know directly and specifically.Keyword : sms, gateway, service, php, mysql
