This study aims to determine efetivitas group counseling in improving conflict management students. This type of research used in this research is action research in guidance and counseling (PTBK). The research was conducted at SMK N 5 Yogyakarta, at Jl. Walnuts 71 Rt 21 Rw 07 Muja Muju Umbulharjo Yogyakarta. When the study was conducted in the first semester of the academic year 2014/2015, with research subjects timber A class XI student of SMK N 5 Yogyakarta TA. 2014/2015, amounting to 8 students. Tenik sampling using purposive sampling and data analysis techniques used to examine differences between the mean pretest and posttest after the action using t-test formula. The results of this research that there is an increase conflict management capacity at the student based on the pretest and posttest that shows that before the given action in the form of group counseling services in the medium category with the number 6 frequency by 75% and the high category with a number of second frequency by 25%. Once given the actions that are in the high category with a number of frequency of 4 by 50% and very high category with a frequency of 4 by 50%. Information from this research for teachers BK can be used as a basis for development of group counseling services to help increase conflict management capacity within each student. The results of this study may also be useful for parents, principals, deputy principal of student field, homeroom and subject teachers as information in an effort to improve students ability of conflict management.

The study aims to reveal the students perception of the implementation of personal guidance services by teacher guidance and counseling in schools. This type of research is quantitative descriptive study. Samples in this study amounted to 105 class XI student of SMK Negeri 1 Yogyakarta taken by using proportional random sampling. Collecting data using questionnaires students perception of the implementation of private tutoring services. Mechanical data analysts use a simple calculation with a grouping of three criteria: good, average and less. The results showed that the students perception of the implementation of private tutoring services as many as 78 (74.3%) in both categories, 27 (25.7%) in the medium category, and 0 (0%) in the poor category. The results of data analysis can be concluded that students perceptions of personal counseling service implementation class XI student of SMK Negeri 1 Yogyakarta with either category. Information from this research can be considered for guidance and counseling teachers in the development of service quality as well as the personal guidance for the development of personal guidance services program for vocational students.

The learning achievement is an aspect that must be considered by the student, because it can affect career planning. Seeing this, the students are expected to have a maximum learning achievement. Reality is still a lot of students who have grades below a minimum completeness criteria (KKM). This study aims to determine the relationship between learning achievement in the career planning class XI student of SMAN 2 Bantul Academic Year 2014/2015. This research is a correlation, the variables of this study is twofold learning achievement variable (X) and career planning variable (Y). The population in this study is a class XI student of SMAN 2 Bantul Academic Year 2014/2015. The sample in this study a class XI student with the number of 37 students, pengembilan sample by random (random sampling). The collection of data on achievement variable learn to use data documentation, that the data value of report cards, and on career planning variables using a questionnaire. This validity test analysis using product moment formula, the analysis of the reliability test using Cronbach alpha formula, while data analysis using product moment formula. The results of this analysis demonstrate the value of the analysis of the correlation coefficient (r) between the variables of learning achievement of students with career planning amounted to 0.597 and p value 0.0000. Value of the determinant (r2) of 35.7%, so this shows that learning achievement contributes a positive and significant impact on student career planning, it can thus be concluded that: there is a positive and significant relationship between achievement of learning with career planning in class XI SMAN 2 Bantul Academic Year 2014/2015.

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy with cheating behavior in class X SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta in Academic Year 2014/2015. This research is a correlation. The population in this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta in Academic Year 2014/2015. Subjects numbered 65 students out of a population of 260 students, making the subject of research carried out by random sampling technique. Instruments in this study using a questionnaire. The results of this study showed that self-efficacy against cheating behavior in class X SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta coined the roles of 21.3% and the remaining 78.7% of cheating behavior is caused by other variables outside of self-efficacy as procrastination, peer pressure, and pressure from parents. This study to conclude that there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy with cheating behavior in class X SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta academic year 2014/2015. Information from this research can serve as a basic reference program development guidance and counseling services to help students develop self-efficacy in minimizing the cheating behavior.

This study aimed to describe the perception of students on teacher performance counseling certified educators (the field of guidance and counseling). the method in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The research was conducted in SMP N 1 Banguntapan, with a population of students of class IX in SMP N 1 Banguntapan with the number of 30 students. Instruments in this study using a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using grouping criteria, moderate, and less. The results obtained in this study concluded that students perceptions of teacher performance guidance and counseling in both categories on the basis of the data categories of each aspect, among others: aspects of personal competence with the number of 14 students (47%), aspects of social competence with number 25 students (83%), and aspects of professional competence by the number of 23 students (77%). This study may provide information to teachers BK to improve performance related to personal competence, social, and professional, so it can be a teacher BK capable of carrying out its duties and responsibilities in providing guidance and counseling services in schools optimally.

One of the tasks the development of high school teenagers are prepared to face the world of work or career. This study aims to improve students career planning through career guidance with the use of media modules in class XII IPA 2 MAN Wonokromo Bantul academic year 2013/2014. This research is action research. The subjects were taken in this study using purposive sampling as many as 12 students who have a low level of career planning. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and observation. Analysis of the data used using the formula t-test to see the differences between the mean pretest and posttest mean. The research shows students career planning class XII IPA 2 can be enhanced through the use of media career guidance module seen from the significant difference from the average prior to career guidance at 105.25 and after a mean of 122.50 and career guidance. It can be concluded "there is increasing career guidance, career planning through the use of media modules in class XII IPA 2 MAN Wonokromo Bantul academic year 2013/2014. The results of this study can be used as reference material for teachers bmbingan and counseling programming and media development of career counseling services to improve students career planning.
