Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of local revenue and expenditure budget of Morowali District in the period of 2011-2015. This research is quantitative descriptive. This study uses: (1) analysis performance of the local revenue consisting of variance revenue analysis, regional financial ratio analysis, (2) analysis of local expenditure performance includes: variance analysis of local expenditure, analysis of local expenditure activity, and analysis of local expenditure efficiency. The analysis shows that the performance of Morowali District?s local revenue and expenditure budget is poor due to: (1) variance revenue analysis is rated poorly because it has a negative difference; (2) analysis of local financial ratio shows that: (a) the degree of decentralization is very low, (b) independence ratio is very low with a pattern of instructive relationships, (c) dependence ratio has a high level of dependency and (d) effectiveness ratio is considered ineffective. Meanwhile the analysis of the performance of local expenditure shows: (1) variance expenditure analysis is considered good because it has a positive difference (2) activity ratio of expenditure is rated good while capital expenditure is considered less fit because Morowali District prioritizes its budget for operational expenditure than capital expenditures (3) efficiency analysis of expenditure is rated efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to know the factors of Consumer Loyalty KFC Hasanuddin in Palu City. Independent variables used in this study are Value (price and quality) (X1), Image (reputation of the brand) (X2), Convenience and ease to get goods or services (X3), Satisfaction perceived by consumer (X4) (X5), Warranty and Guarantee (X6) While the dependent variable is Consumer Loyalty (Y) .This research type is quantitative.The method of this research is descriptive causal.The samples used in this research are as many as 105 respondents with the form of sampling using technique purposive sampling The method of data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis method.The results of this study indicate that Factors Value, Image, Comfort And Convenience, Satisfaction, Service, Warranty And Guarantee Affecting Consumer Loyalty (Study At KFC Hasanuddin In Palu City) simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to KFC Hasanuddin in Pa City lu. Partially Factor-Factor Value, Image, Convenience And Convenience, Satisfaction, Service, Warranty And Guarantee Affect Consumer loyalty significantly influence consumer loyalty to KFC Hasanuddin in Palu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to simultaneously and partially determine and analyze the effect of accessibility and destination image toward the revisit to Tambing Lake. The variables of this research are accessibility (X1) and destination image (X2). While the dependent variable is the revisit (Y). This study used the research method of causal descriptive, with the sample size of 70 people. The sampling of this research used incidental sampling technique. The data analysis method in this research used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that: 1). Accessibility and destination image simultaneously have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 2). Accessibility partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 3). Destination image partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on the repurchase of GOSH products in Palu City with brand trust as a variable between. Exogenous variables used in this research are Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2), while endogenous variable is Brand Trust (Y) and Repurchase (Z). This type of research is quantitative. The method of this research is descriptive causal. The samples used in this study were as many as 96 respondents with the form of sampling using the technique of Purposive Sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is the method of analysis PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that the price has a significant effect on brand trust (t-statistics 2,66), but the price has no significant effect on repurchase (t-statistic value 1,74). While brand trust has significant effect on repurchase (t-statistic value 7,71), likewise with product quality significantly influence brand trust (t-statistic value 4,71), but product quality has no significant effect on repurchase (value t-statistics 0.93).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas Kamonji in Palu. The sample used is 90 respondents, with sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the service quality variable consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously had a significant effect on patient satisfaction at Kamonji Puskesmas in Palu. While partially physical proof, kahandalan, responsiveness, assurance and empathy also have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at Puskesmas Kamonji in Palu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Motivation and Discipline Work simultaneously or partially affect the performance of employees at the village office in the District Mantikulore Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a research that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 99 employees and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05. This means that the variables of Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance variable. (2) based on the regression test results obtained motivation variable has significance level t sig. 0.033 <? 0.05. It means that partially motivation variable has significant effect to employee performance variable. (3) based on regression test results obtained by motivation variable has significance level t sig. 0,000> ? 0.05. It means that partially variable of Work Discipline have significant effect to employee performance variable.

Abstract

Sample in study consists of 11 companies that were selected by purposive sampling method. Data collecting technique is documentary analysis using the data of annual reports of food and beverage companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 ? 2014. Method of data analysis uses panel data and multiple linear regressions with software Eviews version 7. The results show that six independent variables studied simultaneously influence the company value with sig. probability 0.000011 and F-count <0.05. The t-tests indicate that the Times Interest Earned Ratio, Long term- Debt to Equity Ratio, ROA, NPM and ROE have no significant influence on the company value: X2 = 0.2845, X3 = 0.1626, X4 = 0.0576, 0.2678 = X5, X6 = 0.6344, 0.05 ? ?. Debt Ratio has significantinfluence on company value, with the value X1 = 0.0192 ? 0.05. R2 value is 0.483863 and simultaneously, six independent variables studied influence the dependent variable (the value of the company) of 48.38%, while the remaining 51.62% influenced by other variables that are not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously or partially affect the Performance of employees at the Office District Parigi City. This study uses quantitative research which aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with the sample of all employees at the Parigi City District Office amounting to 39 people and data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded bawha: (1) berdasarka regression test results obtained Sig. F of 0.000 <?0.05 which can be interpreted that the variable Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously significant to the performance of employees. (2) based on the regression test results obtained variable Job satisfaction has a significance level t sig. 0,003 <? 0,05 can be interpreted that job satisfaction variable partially have an effect on signifikan to employee performance. (3) based on regression test results obtained variable Organizational commitment has significance level t sig. 0,033<? 0,05 can be interpreted that variable of Commitment of organization partially have an effect on signifikan to employee performance.

Abstract

Basically, the purpose of production management is directed to create production efficiency and effectiveness to improve the results and contribute to the maximum profit achievement of the company. One of the problems in production management that influences the efficiency and effectiveness of production is layout arrangement of production facilities. This research is conducted through direct observation in Banana Chips Company ?Cahaya Indi? located in Donggala District. The type of research is quantitative using line balancing method and travel chart. The result of the line balancing method shows the efficiency of banana chips production process is 90,73% with idle time of 9,27%. While the result of travel chart method indicates a new layout design of banana chips production facility at Cahaya Indi is more effective with material flow load of 198,83 from the initial layout of 259,93

Abstract

This research intends to identify and to analyze the effect of product quality and customer value of customer of Es Mahkota in Palu City, the effectof product quality of customer of Es Mahkota in Palu City. This quantitave research show relation between variables. Population of this research is the customer of Es Mahkota in Palu City that has consumed the product for three to four times. 90 samples as respondent was taken through purposive sample. Data were collected using questionnarie and analyzed through multiple linear regression using the application of SPSS release 20. The result of this research revealed that product quality and customer value affects the loyality of cuetomer of Es Mahkota in Palu City, product quality affects the loyality of customer of Es Mahkota in palu City, and customer value affects the loyality of customer of Es Mahkota in Palu City.
