Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of attribute product on purchase decision of HondaScoopy motorcycles of students in Tadulako University. The type of study is descriptive causal.Sample consists of 96 respondents who selected by applying purposive sampling technique. Dataanalysis is multiple linear regressions. The results show that product attributes consist of brand,product quality, product features, product design, service, warranty, and price simultaneously havesignificant influence on purchasing decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students in TadulakoUniversity; brand partially has significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopymotorcycles of students in Tadulako University; product quality partially has significant influence onpurchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students in Tadulako University; product featurespartially have significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students inTadulako University; design partially has significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopymotorcycles of students in Tadulako University; service partially has non-significant influence onpurchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students in Tadulako University; warrantypartially has significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students inTadulako University; price partially has significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopymotorcycle of students in Tadulako University.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the combination of optimal portfolios on plantation sub-sector and banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which is undertaken by looking at the level of the expected return and risk (standard deviation) generated by a combination of the portfolio each year. The main issue raised in this research is how the combination of the optimal portfolio can be formed from plantation sub-sector and banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. The research applied Coefficient of Variation (CV) as a research method to determine the probability of shares in each sub-sector for each company combined, as well as efficient portfolio, so that the optimal portfolio can be formed easily. The results show that the determination of the portfolio using the optimal portfolio yield probability SMAR shares of 0.05 or 5% and the probability of SDRA shares of 0.95 or 95% to portfolio risk by 0.460 and the expected return of the portfolio amounted to 0.393. The portfolio combination that is not optimal produces probability GZCO shares amounting to -0.19% and the probability of SDRA shares of 1.19% to portfolio risk and return expectations of 0.472 at 0.569.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of price perceptions and brand image on the interest in purchasing Yamaha NMAX in Palu City. Type of stduy is explanatory. Population consist of people in Palu City who have known and interested, but do not yet have Yamaha NMAX products. Sampling technique is purposive sampling, with total samples of 90 people. Data collection using questionnaire which then processed by using regression analysis tool with SPSS for Windows Release 16.0. Method of analysis is multiple regression analysis. The result shows that price perceptions have positive and significant influence on the interest of poeople purchasing Yamaha NMAX in Palu City, with significance level t-sig. of (0,05 ? 0.041) with regression coefficient equals to 0.154. Brand image has positive and significant influence on the interest of buying Yamaha NMAX in Palu City, with significance level t sig. of (0,05 ? 0.000) with regression coefficient value equals to 0.464.

Abstract

Independent variables used in this study are brand image and brand trust, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The type of research used in this research is descriptive causal method. Samples used in this study were as many as 97 respondents with the form of sampling using techniques Purposive Sampling and Accidental Sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is path analysis method. Result of research indicate that brand image influence to customer satisfaction, brand trust influence to customer satisfaction, brand image does not influence to brand loyalty, brand trust influence to brand loyalty and customer satisfaction influence to brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously, training and work environment on performance; knowing the effect partially, training on performance; knowing the effect partially, the work environment on performance; and knowing the influence of the two independent variables (training and work environment), which are more dominant influence on performance. The population in this study were all employees as many as 77 people. Sampling is done by using a saturated sample (census), that is, the entire population is sampled. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that, (1) simultaneously, training and working environment have a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Service Office of Cooperative Central Sulawasi Provincial SMEs; (2) partially, training has a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants of the Central UMKM Cooperative Service of the Province of Central Sulawesi; (3) partially, the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants of the Central UMKM Cooperative Service of the Province of Central Sulawesi; (4) the work environment is more dominant and has a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants of the Central UMKM Cooperative Service of the Province of Central Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial influence of tangibles (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on customer satisfaction (Y) in Garuda Airlines agent in Palu City. The type of research is descriptive-causal. Sampling technique is purposive sampling method. The results show that the dimensions of service quality consisting of physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction of buying tickets at Garuda Airline service agents. Partially, all the dimension of service quality have significant influence on the customer satisfaction of buying tickets at The Garuda airline service agent in Palu City.

Abstract

This study aims to study the effect of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The sample in this study amounted to 100 customers who bought 3Second products in Palu City. Sampling is done by using Purposive Sampling and Accidental Sampling. This research uses path analysis tool to test hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that brand image and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. This study also shows that to maintain customer loyalty, 3Second should improve the quality of its services and brand image in order to increase customer satisfaction that will impact on high customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the maintenance of production machinery conducted PT. Haycarb Palu Partners and find out whether the policies carried out are efficient. To achieve these objectives, using statistical and mathematical quantitative methods as a tool to help decide the maintenance policy to be taken at a certain time period. The results showed that, using preventive maintenance policy on bucket elevators and rotary screnes, the lowest preventive maintenance cost (minimum) for the bucket elevators machine occurred in the 10th month of Rp.2.994. 200, -, and for the rotary screnes machine the lowest preventive maintenance cost (minimum) at month 9 is Rp.1.398.080.-. Measurement of technical efficiency, maintenance cost policy for bucket elevators machine at month six that is equal to Rp.3.675.500, -, and for maintenance cost during the year is Rp.7.351.000, -. As for rotary screnes machine maintenance cost in the sixth month that is Rp.1.589.387 and for maintenance cost for a year of Rp.3.178.774, -, then PT. Haycarb Palu Partners can implement preventive maintenance that can save costs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine simultaneous and partial influence of dividend policy, profitability, and growth of corporate assets on the value of companies in the Manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is a quantitative descriptive. Sample consists of 11 companies in manufacturing industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange with research period of 5 years starting from 2012 until 2016. The study uses panel data regression with fixed effect model. The result shows that dividend policy, profitability, and growth of company asset simultaneously have significant influence on company value with R square value of 0.9588 means that dividend policy, profitability, and growth of company asset is 95,88% and the rest of 4,12 % influenced by other variables that are not examined. Partially, dividend policy and growth of company asset have non- significant influence on company?s value while profitability has significant influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of quality of service that consists of physical evidence (X1), empathy (X2), reliability (X3), responsiveness (X4) and assurance (X5) on consumer satisfaction using services "Home Laundry" in South Palu Sub-district, both simultaneously and partially. The type of study is causal-descriptive. The population consists of all consumers who use the services of "Home Laundry" in South Palu Sub-district. Sampling technique is purposive sampling with a sample size of 60 people. The analytical tool is multiple linear regressions analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the quality of service consists of physical evidence (X1), empathy (X2), reliability (X3), responsiveness (X4) and assurance (X5) simultaneously have significant influence on consumers? satisfaction in using the services of "Home Laundry" in South Palu, with significant values of 0.000> 0.05. Partial test finds that the quality of service consists of physical evidence (X1) = 0.011, empathy (X2) = 0.001, reliability (X3) = 0.001, responsiveness (X4) = 0.000 and assurance (X5) = 0.010 significantly have partial influence on customer satisfaction in using the services of "Home Laundry" in South Palu Sub-district.
