Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of attribute product on purchase decision of HondaScoopy motorcycles of students in Tadulako University. The type of study is descriptive causal.Sample consists of 96 respondents who selected by applying purposive sampling technique. Dataanalysis is multiple linear regressions. The results show that product attributes consist of brand,product quality, product features, product design, service, warranty, and price simultaneously havesignificant influence on purchasing decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students in TadulakoUniversity; brand partially has significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopymotorcycles of students in Tadulako University; product quality partially has significant influence onpurchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students in Tadulako University; product featurespartially have significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students inTadulako University; design partially has significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopymotorcycles of students in Tadulako University; service partially has non-significant influence onpurchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students in Tadulako University; warrantypartially has significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopy motorcycles of students inTadulako University; price partially has significant influence on purchase decision of Honda Scoopymotorcycle of students in Tadulako University.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are: (1) to determine the influence of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on customers? satisfaction in the Office of State Property and Auction (KPKNL) Palu, (2) to determine the influence of physical evidence on customers? satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu (3) to determine the influence of reliability on customers? satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu, (4) to determine the influence of responsiveness on customers? satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu (5) to determine the influence of assurance on customers? satisfaction in the KPKNL Palu, (6) to determine the influence of empathy on customer satisfaction in the KPKNL Palu. By using associative research approach, this study examines a sample of 39 customers. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that: (1) physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously have significant influence on customer satisfaction; (2) partially, physical evidence variable, reliability and responsiveness have non- significant influence on customer satisfaction; (3) assurance and empathy partially have significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study intends to determine and analyze simultaneous influence of non-financial compensation, work discipline, and motivation on the performance of employees in the Ministry of Religious; determine and analyze partial influence of non-financial compensation on the performance of employees in the Ministry of Religious; determine and analyze partial influence of work discipline on the performance of employees in the Ministry of Religious; determine and analyze partial influence of motivation on the performance of employees in the Ministry of Religious. Regression test results obtain sig. F value of 0.000 < 0.05, which can be interpreted that work discipline and motivation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; significance level of t-value of non-financial compensation of 0.798>0.05 can be interpreted that non-financial compensation partially has non-significant influence on employee performance; the significance level t-sig. of 0,007< 0,05 means that work discipline partially has significant influence on employee performance; the significance level t-sig. of 0.034 < 0.05 can be interpreted that motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous influence of individual capability and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama; to analyze partial influence of individual capability and motivation on employees? performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama. This study uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 32 employees. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The results of hypothesis testing show that: sig. F value of 0.000 <0.05 means that individual capability and motivation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; the value of significance level t sig. 0,000 <? 0.05 shows that individual capability partially has significant influence on employee performance; also, motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance with the significance level of t sig. 0,000 <? 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of consumer satisfaction on repurchase behavior in Bang Kopitiam Café and Resto in Palu City. The type of research is quantitative. The population in this study involves consumers who have visited Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto at least 2 times. Sampling technique is accidental method, with sample of 90 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis tool is multiple linear regressions method. The result shows that consumer satisfaction simultaneously and partially influence repurchase behavior of consumers in Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto Palu City.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze: (1) the influence of brand image and commitment on repurchasing Wardah lipstick in Palu City, (2) the influence of brand image on repurchasing Wardah lipstick in Palu City,(3) the influence of commitment on repurchasing Wardah lipstick in Palu City. The type of research is causality to show the relationship between variables. The population of this research consists of all consumers who have used Wardah lipstick in Palu City. Sampling method used is purposive sampling, with total sample of 100 respondents. Retrieving data using online questionnaires have tested for validity and reliability. The analytical method using analysis regression. The results show that (1) brand image and commitment simultaneously have significant influence on repurchasing Wardah lipstick in Palu City, (2) brand image partially has significant influence on repurchasing Wardah lipstick in Palu City, (3) commitment partially has significant influence on repurchasing Wardah lipstick in Palu City.

Abstract

The study intends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of Return On Asset (X1), Earning Per Share (X2) and Price Earning Ratio (X3) on return share of manufacturing company sub sector cigarettes industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data used is secondary data that is gathered from Indonesia Stock Exchange Website. Technique of data analysis is multiple linear regressions, which is proceeded with E-Views program version 9. The result of study confirms that partially, Return On Asset (ROA) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have non-significant influence on Return Share in manufacturing company sub sector cigarrettes industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2012-2016 while Earning Per Share (EPS) has significant influence on Return Share. Simultaneously, Return On Asset (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) show significant influence on Return Share in manufacturing company sub sector cigarrettes industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016 by 20,2328%.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze: (1) the influence of product quality and brand image to consumer's decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water at Faculty of Economics in Tadulako This research aims to: 1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of product quality and brand image on consumers? decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University; (2) determine and analyze the influence of product quality on consumers? decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University;(3)determine and analyze the influence of brand image on consumers? decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University. The type of research is quantitative. The Population consists of students in The Faculty of Economics who bought AQUA brand mineral water. Sampling technique is purposive to select 100 respondents. Data collection is questionnaires. Method of analysis is multiple linear regressions. The result indicates that: (1) product quality and brand image simultaneously influence consumer's decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University; (2) product quality has partial influence on consumer decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University; (3) brand image has partial influence on consumer decision to buy mineral water of AQUA brand in Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University.

Abstract

Leadership gives its own color in organizational management. Leadership style that suits the character of the organization will contribute in the effectiveness of decision making and policy making. The college as Center of Excellent is required to be able for answer the challenges of environmental change with creating graduates who have qualities that match the demand of the labor market. Servant leadership leadership style is seen as one of the leadership styles that are able to fulfill that goal. Therefore, this study is intended to analyze the character servant leadership that is owned by the ranks of university leaders. This research was conducted by survey method to several public and private universities in Palu City to see the implications of leadership perception. The results of this study indicate that the leadership of several universities in Palu City has servant leadership character on various aspects such as trying to build relationships, maintaining group cohesiveness, and appreciating spiritual development, self-introspection, appreciating the development of professionalism, listening to others, individual persuasion, persuasive approach, striving for vision, prioritizing problem solving, believing in institutions to improve living standards, believing that members have intrinsic value, and generally being able to understand the needs of others, but in particular leaders have not fully understood the specific needs every member of the organization in the college he leads

Abstract

The study aims to: (1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of work motivation and compensation on employees? performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (2) determine and analyze partial influence of work motivation on employees? performance at PT. Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (3) determine and analyze partial influence of compensation on employees? performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City. This research uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 42 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The results show that (1) the sig. F value of 0.002 < 0.05 means that work motivation and compensation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; (2) the sig. t value of 0.013<? 0.05 means that work motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance. (3) the sig. t value of 0.821>? 0.05 means that compensation has non-significant influence on employee performance.
