This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall.Keywords: Service quality, price, consumen satisfaction

This study aims to analyse impact of foreign ownership to value of non-financial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.The independent variables consist of Total Foreign Ownership, Foreign Institution Ownership, and Foreign Company Ownership. The variables control consist of size, age, dummy director. Variable dependent is Company Value, using Tobins'Q ratio. The research sample is 72 companies with purposive sampling sampling technique. Period of data is 5 years, from 2014-2018. Data panel regression using as data analysis method. The results showed that Total Foreign Ownership and Foreign Institution Ownership positively and still significantly at level of <15%. While Foreign Company Ownership has a positive but insignificant relationship to the value company. Size, Age, dummy director is not influence to value company.

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of the quality of services towards customer satisfaction workshop of Cahaya Terang. This type of descriptive research is causal, using the technique of sampling method of accidental sampling. Data collection was done by disseminating a questionnaire to 90 people or respondents who coincidentally met in the workshop of CahayaTerang. Primary Data obtained from the results of the responses of the respondents through questionnaires, observation and dissemination.Analysis tools are used multiple linear regression analysis to test the variable with the help of the program SPSS Version 16.0. The results showed that the quality of service of influence simultaneously towards customer satisfaction. Physical evidence of the influential variables are partial and significantly to customer satisfaction. Variable reliability effect partially but not significant toward customer satisfaction. The variable responsiveness effect partially but not significant toward customer satisfaction. Influential guarantee partially variable and significantly to customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the Effect of Satisfaction, Trust and Commitment on Customer Loyalty in Bensu Geprek Chicken in the City of Palu. This type of research is causal research. The independent variables are satisfaction (X1), trust (X2), commitment (X3). While the dependent variable is customer loyalty (Y). Data collection methods used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a sample size of 40 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 21 for windows software.The results showed that the variables of satisfaction, trust, and commitment have significant results. So it can be concluded that satisfaction, trust and commitment can positively influence customer loyalty at Geprek Bensu in Palu City.

The Central Sulawesi government is now starting to increase tourism potential in each of its regions to increase local revenue. In tourism the most spent expenditure is food and beverage where there are several places that tourists can visit to enjoy culinary tourism, one of which is the Talise Beach Pavilion tourist area that provides traditional culinary tours. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of traditional traditional culinary imagery on purchasing decisions in the tourist area of Talise Beach Pavilion. This type of research is quantitative. Medote research is descriptive causal. The sample used is as many as 60 respondents with the sampling form using incidental sampling techniques. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the dimensions of the image which consist of strength, uniqueness, and excellence simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of Sig F = 0,000 and have a large influence of 40.6%. As well as partially the image dimensions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions

This study aims to find out how the organizational climate and the implementation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), as well as the factors that influence both aspects of the KSP Bina Sejahtera. This research is a type of qualitative research that is descriptive. Data sources come from observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis of Milles and Hubberman, where data is collected, presented, reduced, and drawn conclusions. The results show that a good organizational climate and the application of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) are very important for the progress of an organization because it has influence on increasing maximum performance. In addition, the organizational climate influences the creation of OCB actions carried out by employees, because the organizational climate is an initial condition that triggers OCB. When the organizational climate is good, the members of the organization will always support the work beyond the obligations they should and will always support the goals of the organization.

This study ainst o determine and analyze the effeck of compensation and work discliplineon employee performance of at PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Palu. The population in this studyt were all employees of PT. Hadji Kalla Palu Branch, amounting to 46 employees, the entire population made as respondents (census). This study usesdescriptive descriptive data analysis with a quantitative approach that uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The result of this study day that compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla Palu Branch.

This study aims to describe the factors that consumers consider using the "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Service in Palu City. The problems raised in this study are what factors are considered by consumers using the services of the "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Shop in Palu City. The sample of this study were 96 respondents, namely consumers who use the services of "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Shop in Palu City. This study uses explorative research type, using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and literature study. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The results of factor analysis that consumers consider using the "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Service in Palu City concludes that there are 4 (four) factors that consumers consider using the "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Service in Palu City. The four factors are the factors of people and service, place factors, proximity factors, and characteristic factors. Overall, the four factors mentioned, have been empirically proven are the factors that are considered by consumers using the Motorbike's "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Service in the City of Palu

This study aims to determine how the implementation of quality control using statistical aids is useful in an effort to control the level of product damage in the company. Quality control analysis is carried out using statistical tools in the form of check sheets and p control maps. Check sheets are used to present data to make it easier to understand data for the purposes of subsequent analysis. P control maps are used to monitor damaged products whether they are still in control or not.The results of the P control chart analysis show that the process has been carried out well. This can be seen in the final product quality control chart with the final number of CL values showing 0.0049, UCL 0.0091, LCL 0.0007 with a proportion of 0.0050 defects which means that the quality control process is within controlled limits because the value of the defect proportion is smaller than the UCL value

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend and leverage policy on firm value in manufacturing sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with good corporate governance as moderating variable for the 2013-2017 period. The population in this study amounted to 130 companies. The research sample of 17 companies using purposive sampling techniques. The analytical tool used is panel data regression with moderate regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that dividend policy (DPR) and leverage (DER) simultaneously had positive and significant effect on firm value (Q). Partial testing shows that dividend policy and leverage have positive and significant effect on firm value. Whereas GCG (KM) as moderating weakens the relationship between dividend policy on firm value and leverage on firm value.
