This study aims to analyze birth certificate making service quality at the Departmen OfPopulation and Civil Registration Sigi Regency. The unit of analysis in this study was all employees off the Affice  of Population and Civil Registration Sigi.  Wich were around 30 people and the citizens as the  users of the birth certificate 5 people has been assiegned as the informant for this study in which the head Office of population and civil registration Sigi as the key informant. The number of informant will be added as needed if the information obtained is not achieved. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that  the quality of birth certificate service at the Departement of Population and Civil Registration Sigi Regencyconsists of four indicators. Firstly, the length of birth certificatemaking process has been carried out in predetermined time. Second indicatoris the management of processing a birth certificate is also straightforward by condition all requirements are met. Third indicator is the high accuracy of the birth certificate wish minimum errors. Last;y, the cost of care for those who experience a delay is low. The support factor are the education level, years of service, and human resources. Whreas the constraint factors are infrastructure, dci[line, leadership and job location.

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  1).  Untuk  mengetahui  dan  menganalisis  pengaruh  kompetensi,fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pasien pada Rawat inap kelas 3 RSUD Undata Palu 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh pengaruh kompetensi terhadap  kepuasan pasien pada Rawat inap kelas 3 RSUD Undata Palu 3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pasien pada Rawat inap kelas 3 RSUD Undata Palu; Penelitian ini adalah penelitian  deskriptif- verifikatif untuk mendeskripsikan hasil dari data yang diperoleh dengan melibatkan 91 orang responden dari 1000 orang responden dengan populai pasien rawat inap kelas 3 pada RSUD Unadat Palu. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel rumus“slovinâ€. Pengolahan data menggunakan program statiscal product and service solution (SPSS 16.0), setelah dilakukan uji statistik dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda maka hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1). Kompetensi, fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan  pasien  pada  Rawat  inap  kelas  3  RSUD  Undata  Palu  2) Kompetensi  berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien Pada Rawat inap kelas 3 RSUD Undata Palu 3) Fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien Pada Rawat inap kelas 3 RSUD Undata Palu.

The research aims are: 1) to find out the concurrent influence of Product Quality, Location and Physical Environment toward Repurchase on Harapan J2 Coffee Shop in Palu City; 2) to find out the influence of Product Quality toward Repurchase on Harapan J2 Coffee Shop in Palu City; 3) to find out the influence of Location toward Repurchase on Harapan J2 Coffee Shop in Palu City; 4) to find out the influence of Physical Environment toward Repurchase on Harapan J2 Coffee Shop in Palu City. The analysis methode utilized was multiple regression analysis with a sample size of 110 taken by porposive sampling. The objective of this research are (1) know and analyze simultaneous effect of service quality, sales force competency, and firms image on repurchase decision Service at PT. Mandala Multifinance Palu Branch, (2) know and analyze partially effects of service quality, sales force competency, and firms image on repurchase decision Service at PT. Mandala Multifinance Palu Branch. There are 98 respondents in this study that have been determined as the sample. Analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results show that: (1) service quality, sales force competency, and firms image performs simultaneously effect on repurchase decision Service at PT. Kusriyawanto. The effects of provincial government revenue and expenditure on economicgrowth before and after the regional autonomy were investigated. The methodology used is panel regression of 28 provinces in Indonesia during 1994-2010.  The empirical evidence showed that there is differences in economic growth before and after the regional autonomy were applied. From the revenue side, the regional autonomy has negative effect on economic growth. After the regional autonomy, the provincial GRDP were decrease by 0.11 percent. However, increased in tax, retribution, and non-tax revenue could increasethe GDRP which in turn increase economic growt. The empirical evidence also showed that the provincial dependency toward Central Government Transfer were decrease. From the expenditure side, the regional autonomy has positive effects on economic  growth.  After  the regional  autonomy,  the provincial  GRDP  were increase  by 0.20 percent. Expenditure on transportation such as for road etc has positive and significant effects on GDRP. While expenditure for education and health have no significant effects on GDRP.

The research aims to evaluate the policy of Hope Family Program Sigi Biromaru Sub districtof Sigi Regency. The research employed qualitative approach. The research question was how the evaluation of Hope Family Program Sigi Biromaru Sub district. The informants were determined through snowball technique by selecting 11 persons who considered know and understand the problem examined. The techniques of data analysis were editing, categorization, giving meaning and drawing conclusion.  The theory used was about Policy Evaluation Criteria from William N. Dunn covering  aspects  of  effectiveness,  efficiency,  adequacy,  equality, responsiveness,  and accuracy.  The research  revealed  that  the  evaluation  of  hope family  program  policy  in  Sigi Biromaru Sub district that using evaluation criteria of the theory applied had not been successful in obtaining the goal. The increasing of children activity of hope family program in education aspect, increasing nutrition status of the pregnant women in healthy aspect, parturition and children under five  years,  and  the  decreasing  of  poverty  rate from  531  of  very  poor  households  up to  497 households or it was 0.93%, however, the policy of hope family program could not be able to increase the economy condition of very poor households  because the respondents were still in troubled and hopeless position. The factors influencing the policy program in Sigi Biromaru Sub districts were the role of accompany and operator of Hope Family Program, coordination between related institution and budget support.

This study aims to identify and analyze the effects of fee based income and intellectual capital(value added capital employed, value added human capital and structural capital value added) on profitability at banking industries in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study employs 16 samples out of 33 banking industries which have been selected using purposive sampling method. Analysis method used in this study is multiple linier regression. The results shows that: (1) fee based income, value added capital employed, value added human capital, structural capital value added simultaneously perform significant effects on profitability at banking industries in Indonesia Stock Exchange, (2) fee based income performs positive but not significant effect on profitability at banking  industries  in Indonesia  Stock  Exchange,  (3)  value  added  capital  employed  performs positive and significant effect on profitability at banking industries in Indonesia Stock Exchange, (4) value added human capital performs positive and significant effect on profitability at banking industries in Indonesia Stock Exchange, (5) structural capital value added performs negative and not significant effect on profitability at banking industries in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This study aimed to understand and analyze the simultaneous effect of compensation, work discipline, and  work environment  on  employee’s performance at  Bina  Marga  Agency in  the Province of Central Sulawesi. It also analyzed partial effect of compensation on employee’s performance, work discipline on employee’s perfomance and work environment on employee’s perfomance at Bina Marga Agency in Central Sulawesi Province, The sample of the study was 115 employees which were scattered on each woork unit within Bina Marga Agency. Study utilized descriptive-verification reseacrh method with multiple linear regressions. Study results show that the variables namely compensation, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously have significant effect on employee’s performance. Each dependent variable has also significant effect on employee’s performance.

Construction  of transportation  infrastructure  have  a  close  relationship  with the  level  ofeconomic activities. This study aims to clarify the effect of the construction of Roads Ampera - Ganti to the socio-economic Change in the Village, District Banawa, Donggala, particularly in terms of income levels, consumption patterns and ownership of assets. The method used is the method of survey research instrument was a questionnaire distributed to 91 respondents who live in Ampera - Ganti  Roads. To get the amount of income and expenditure before and after the construction of Roads Ampera - Ganti, then the data were analyzed by cross-tabulation method and the hypothesis was tested by paired sample t-test. Furthermore, to determine the extent to which the relationship between the increase in income and consumption patterns of ownership of the assets of the analysis used Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient (PMCC) or (Pearson's r) of Karl Pearson. The results showed that after 2 years of establishment Roads Ampera - Ganti, an increase in people's income by 35.21% and the level of public expenditure also rose by 27.11%. The increase in revenue is also affected patterns of consumption and asset ownership but not significantly, even the relationship between the two variables based on the results of testing found low correlation coefficient value, ie respectively 0.323 and 0.255.

The objectives of this study is analyzing accountability of public service in managementIdentity Card at tatanga District Office and the obstructed factors. The method used in this study is qualitative research, to describe the phenomena based on the fact in the research focus. The population of this study is the stake holders of Tatanga District and the public service users. Sample selection used purposive technique by selecting 6 (six) informants. Technique of data collection in this study consisted of observation, interview and document. The result of the study showed that the accountability of public service in management Identity Card at the offfice of Tatanga District was less maximal. This was proved by 3 (three) indicators considered to be  a starting point, they are service reference, attention to the public and solution. Only 1 (one) indicator showed the accountability of service is the solution. It was given by the goverment of the Tatanga District for the public service users had been maximally implemented. While indicator of service reference and attention to the public had not got maximal categories yet. The factors that obstructed the accountability of public service in management Identity Card at Tatanga District offfice which is found in this study were unavailability of equipment to create ID card. Thus, the duty of the District government officials in service only confined to ID card. Then the people have to complete it to another district office or Civil Registration in Palu. Besides, the service provided from district government in management Identity Card still oriented on arrangement or simply impressed very normative, less committed to adjust servicing values or norms that exist in society in order to create a quality of service that is oriented on customer satisfaction.
