Abstract

This study aims to describe the motivation Employee Work Motivation Analysis in Tadulako University. Theories used as the basis of analysis is the motivation theory of Maslow, comprising Aspects of physiological needs are, safety needs, social needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization. Method of research used was descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques by observation, interview, and documentation. Selection technique of informants is purposively as five people. Results showed that the work motivation of employees in the Postgraduate Program Tadulako some still expressed is less good and others expressed well, this is reflected in five aspects were examined still were still not very good, that is, 1) aspects of basic physiological needs, 2) aspects of need for security, 3) aspect of social needs whereas, 4) aspects of the needs of awards, and the 5) the aspect actualization needs is good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Motor Vehicle Tax Relief Policy in the Office of Regional Revenue Office of Central Sulawesi Province. The main theory used in this study are those of Edward III on four factors influencing policy implementation is communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This type of research uses a qualitative approach to survey techniques. Informants in this study of three people who choose with purposive sampling. The results showed the implementation of the Motor Vehicle Tax Relief Policy in the Office of Regional Revenue Office of Central Sulawesi Province which consists of four indicators of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Of the four sub indicators are still no indicators that still need to be improved, namely sub-indicators of physical facilities, the implementor of policies and attitudes that lead to policy-makers on the creation of good results.

Abstract

This research intends to explore and analyze simultaneous and partial influence  of work discipline,leadership style, and work satisfaction on teachers’ performance in SMAN 7 Palu. Sample of this study consists of 42 teachers and its data analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The results show that work discipline, leadership style, and work satisfaction simultaneously have significant influence on teachers’performance in SMAN 7 Palu.  Partially,Work discipline has significant influence on teachers’ performance in SMAN  7 Palu: Leadership style has significant influence on teachers’ performance in SMAN 7 Palu; Work satisfaction has significant influence on teaches’ performance  in SMAN 7 Palu. The value of adjusted R –squer of 0,611 indicates that 61,10 % of teachers’ performance in SMAN 7 Palu is affected by work discipline, leadership style, and work satisfaction. While 38.90%  affected by other variables that are not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of training, teaching experience and compensation on teachers’ professionalism in SMK Negeri 3 Palu. Also, this study intends to analyze professionalism differences among teachers who in charge for normative, adaptive and productive subjects in SMK Negeri 3 Palu. Type of the research is explanative and it uses census-sampling method with multiple linear regressions analysis. The result indicates that training, teaching experience and compensation simultaneously and partially influence teachers’ professionalism in SMK Negeri 3 Palu. Also, there are no differences on professionalism among teachers who teach normative, adaptive and productive subjects in SMK Negeri 3 Palu.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the impact of the construction of the CPI Housing toward the potentitial growing of new trade ventures and the potential increase of value of land sales in the year of 2016-2020 located in the residential area of ​​the CPI. The research sample is designated as 30 respondents, consisting of 10 residential occupants, 10 merchants and 10 landowners. Data were collected by questionnaire distribution techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. And then, the data were analyzed descriptively, using qualitative and quantitative approaches, where this research was described in detail and clearly. To answer the first question, it is used statistical tests non parametric ie Two Related Samples Tests (with the Wilcoxon test) and qualitative analysis that is Crosstabs and to answer the second problem it is used statistical parametric tests ie Paired Samples T Test and for method of population growth it is used Geometry models that has been modified according to the needs of this research. Results of this study concluded that: 1) the construction of CPI housing resulted in the increase of traders’ income and it impctas on the growth potential of new businesses in the residential area. 2) CPI Housing construction also gives positive impact on the increase in land selling value and the potential increase of land selling is three (3) areas which are located in and around the CPI residential area, they are the Dayodara area inside the residential complex, Dayodara area outside the residential complex, and Poboya area.

Abstract

This Research Target is to analyse and know the compilation effectiveness Plan The Budget Job ( RKA) at Office On Duty Earnings of Middle Area Provinsi Sulawesi.  This Research Type is research qualitative with the informan selected by the four of people. Data collecting use the technique interview and documentation. Technique analyse the data used by that is (1) Editing Data (2) Data Subdividing (3) Interpretation Mean the Data and (4) Withdrawal of Conclusion and Suggestion. Analyse the effectiveness by comparing budget and realization multiplied by]100 %. Result of Research Menunjukan (1) Compilation Plan The Budget Job ( RKA) in office On Duty Earnings of Middle Area Provinsi Sulawesi of]period 2010 - 2014 can be told by to have a criterion very effective. (2) Factors influencing Compilation Plan The Budget Job (RKA) in office On Duty Earnings of Middle Area Provinsi Sulawesi that is: (1) Resistor Factor, covering: (a) Not yet the existence of equality of mission and perception aparat from third institution that is Dispenda, Service of Raharja and Police. (b) The limited resource aparat of either through amount and also kualitas.(c) Not yet its[his] maximal is system of data and information in the field of management of finance of area earnings. Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) to analyze the aspects of internal and external environment are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the development of fishing tourism in the sub district of Dolo in Sigi District; (2) to establish a Development Strategy that should be taken to delveloping fishing tourism in the sub-district of Dolo in Sigi district so that they could establised as the more advance of touris development. The data of this study is derived from primary and secondary data. The primary data was obtained from the responses of 60 people as the units of analysis of this study include: 44 visitors of fishing tourism sites, 9 businesses of fishing tourism site and 7 staf of lokal officials. Meanwhile, the secondary data sources were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Department of Culture and Tourism of Sigi District and the Department of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of Sigi District, and literatures related to this study that will help to provide a general idea of ​​the condition of the fishing tourism development. Based on the SWOT analysis shows that the proper and relevan strategy which can be used to develop fishing tourism in Sigi District is Strength-Opportunities by optimizing the power to obtain more advantages in their opportunities, through strategic action plans as follows: (a ) Developing the potential of natural resources with the high demand of fishing pond businesss; (b) Establishing cooperation and good relations with fellow entrepreneurs of fishing pond through the low competition and rivalry; (c) Prioritising regional development sector of tourism with the basic source of income for local government; (d) Facilitating an easy access for raw materials such as seed, feed and medicines through the availability of facilities and infrastructure that is adequate in the development of the fishing pond in the Sub-District Dolo; (e) The number of workers with an indication of the growth of the fishing pond business; and (f) Provide strong motivation to run their business through the availability of facilities and infrastructure which are adequate in the development of the fishing pond.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause the motorcycle gang to commit crimes in the city of Palu and effort penanggunalangannya and motorcycle gang behavior as a form of delinquency of criminological perspective. This research was conducted in the city of Palu with empirical legal research methods. Data collection through field study is to conduct interviews and circulate koesiner. Data analysis technique used qualitative analysis. The results showed that the factors causing the motorcycle gang to commit crimes in the city of Palu due to the low level of education, as well as the age of the perpetrators are still juvenile, social environment adolescents unfavorable conditions less harmonious family and the lack of supervision from parents, in addition to the influence of mass media which is often menanyangkan violence. Efforts to control the crimes committed by motorcycle gangs carried out with effort pre-emptive such as the planting of values ​​and norms that both the adolescents, establishing a harmonious relationship between the fellow members of your family and choose the social environment is good, preventive measures such as the activation of positive activities for young people, raid and counseling to schools and efforts of repressive sanctions and the provision of guidance. While the behavior of a motorcycle gang in the city of Palu as a form of delinquency among others to disturb public order, action mugging and persecution.

Abstract

The main focus of this research is transformational leadership of regional secretary. This research aims to find out the transformational leadership and supporting and barrier factors of the leadership of regional secretary of Parigi Moutong Regency. Theory used was transformational leadership theory from Bernard M. Bass who formulated it into four aspects as main condition of the successfulness of transformational leadership process, namely individual concern,intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation and idealized influence. This research employed a qualitative research. The informant was officials of regional secretariat area determined purposifely in sampling. The data collections were observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis was data reduction,data display and drawing conclusion (verification). The research result reveals that transformational leadership of regional secretary had not been fully done as the theory determined because there were there aspects were not effective. Only aspect of inspirational motivation gives good response towards the transformational leadership. It was shown by the implementation of activities which in every part always presented repeatedly through meetings, morning and afternoom gathering and ceremonies.

Abstract

The purpose ofthis studyis to determine the effectiveness of Appraisal Team Land On Widening activities to wards Airport Road at Kasiguncu Poso districtand the obstacles during this project.This research located at the District Kasiguncu Kab. Poso, Central Sulawesi. The informant as much ass people chosen by purposive sampling. The Data collection by interview, observation and documentation. Technique analyze data through data reduction, data display, anddraw conclusions. The results shows that the Land Appraisal Team have worked well. Based on thein dicator of the ability to adjust, each member of the Appraisal Team Land canadapt well in the team's own internalenvir on mentand the communities thatare directly related to land acquisition activities high way to Kasiguncu Airport. Woke cooperation and good communication among teams, and community leader skey to the success of reaching every stage of land acquisition. The constraintsen countered the suitability of the price of land compensation with local financial capacityand the absence of Appraisal team under the decreeof the Ministerof Finance who will be expected to work objective lybased on the mandate of Ac tNo. 2of 2012 on land acquisition for public purposes.
