Abstract

This study is categorised as quantitative research with the number of respondents consisted of 74 villagers of Tanjung Karang in Donggala. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews with the questionnaire. Secondary data in this study was gathered from several government institutions, the management of Tanjung Karang site in Donggala, and literatures or other references in the form of journals. The two analytical methods were used in this study comprised by the AHP and multiple linear regression analysis. The AHP analysis of this research shows that the economic and social impact on the live of people around the area are significant.  The income criteria was chosen as high weight and more dominant influence on the lives of people within the Tanjung Karang tourism development. Meanwhile, there are several social impact occur around the area of Tanjung karang tourism development, such as, work profession was shifted, attitudes and behaviour are also shifted. There are several activities which may harm socioeconomic around the area, for example, road construction, expansion of the enclave and land encroachment is done illegally. The Multiple Linear Regression Analysis shows that the two variables significantly affect the income of the people in the area of Tanjung Karang site in Donggala, such as, the number of dependents, and long working area of ​​travel. The coefficient determines the trend in increase or decrease people's incomes while the distance variable to tourist sites has a positive effect but it was not significant on the people's income around the area. It is in line with the field conditions in which people are involved in economic activities in Tanjung Karang site that people who are in the tourist site.

Abstract

This research aimed at explaining descriptively about the communities perception of Tentena – Tonusu road quality increasing in accorance with economy activities, mainly on accesibilty, land value and productivity of community in North Pamona Sub-district of Poso Regency. The population of the research is community that live along side of the Tentena – Tonusu road that consist of 495 people, and there is 80 respondent that choosed by using purposive technical sampling. The research type is desctriptive with quantitative approach. Data collected through questionaire, interview and documentation. Data analyzed by percentation analysis. The research result shows that the degree of community accesibility and mobility is increased and influence significantly after the increasing of road. For  the increasing acces to interact with another area, so that the utility and value of land at road ring is also increased, 2). The impact of Tentena-Tonusu road quality increasing is influence significantly on the increasing of quantity and quality of agriculture commodity, 3). The increasing of community income in North Pamona sub-district because of the road quality increasing give a significance contribution to the degree of community welfare and then economy growth increasing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Work Motivation Government Personnel At the District Office Dapurang North Mamuju regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative approach derived from the results of in-depth interviews. The location of research at the District Office Dapurang North Mamuju regency. Research informant as much as 5 (five) employees with data sources include primary data and secondary data and data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis using descriptive data analysis model with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the motivation of employees, already well motivated employees work to serve the community in accordance with their respective duties because of a desire to meet the needs for achievement, need for power, and the company needed to be affiliated. Then the results of research in the field find the reality that job performance, promotion and collaboration with colleagues is a driver of employee motivation. However, some employees still lack motivation to gain power

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze simultaneuous effects of transformational leadership, work culture, and motivation on the performance of officials in the Regional Revenue Office. Also, it indends to determine and analyze partial effects of transformational leadership on the performance of official in The Regional Revenue Office; determine and analyze partial effects of work culture on the performance of official in The Regional Revenue Office; determine and analyze partial effects of motivation on the performance of official in The Regional Revenue Office. Population in this study consists of 107 officials in The Regional Revenue Office, who all selected as samples. Method of analysis is multiple linear regression. The results show that: transformational leadership, work culture, and motivation have simultaneous effects on officials’ performance with F-value of 46.701 on the significance level of 0.000; transformational leadership style have partial effect on officials’ performance with t-value of 6.308 on the significance level of 0.000; work culture has partial effect on officials’ performance with t-value 4.677 on the significance level 0.000; motivation has partial effect on officials’ performance with t-value 4.492 on the significance level 0.000.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) explore and analyze the influence of experiential marketing (sense, feel, think, act, relate) on customer statisfaction; 2) explore and analyze the influence of experiential marketing (sense, feel, think, act, relate) on consumer loyalty, 3) explore and analyze the influence of Customer Satisfaction on consumer loyalty. The research selects 220 customers who visited the restaurant at least 5 timers. Statistical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that: (1) experiential marketing (sense, feel, think, act, relate) significantly affects customers decision to visit Refresho Cafe and Resto statisfaction; 2) experiential marketing (sense, feel, think, act, relate) significantly affects consumer loyalty to revisit Refresho Cafe and Resto;3).Customer Satisfaction significantly affects customer loyalty

Abstract

This aims of this research the implementation of athletes performance improvement policy of Education and Training Center Students Sports at Department of Youth and Sports, Central Sulawesi of Edward III (1980:10)which covers; (1) Communication, (2) Resource, (3) Disposition, (4) Bureaucracy Structure.This research used qualitative approach with descriptive method. This research was carried out at the office of Education and Training Center Students Sports, Central Sulawesi with 7 (seven) informants chosen purposively.Techniques of the data collections are interviews, observations, and documentations. The data were analyzed by using Milles and Huberman Model (1992:20). The result of the research shows the implementation of athletes performance improvement policy of Education and Training Center Students Sports at Department of Youth and Sports, Central Sulawesi that (1) the communication to socialize the education center and the coaching of athletes achievement and the programs generally is categorized as good. (2) Human resource is  already available both coaches, tutors and athletes, but there are still shortcomings that medical personnel, nor financial resources that still need attention from the government (3) Disposition: the admission of trainers and tutors which were recruited have the capability of imposed duties and responsibilities. (4) Bureaucracy Structure: On the right to implementing education and coaching the athletes are in accordance to SOP that has been specified by the Department of Youth and Sports, Central Sulawesi. It is concluded that of the four aspects that have been running quite well is the communication aspect, disposition and bureaucratic structure, while the aspect of resource has not run optimally, especially medical resources and sources of funding / budget.

Abstract

This research aims at finding and analyzing participation of the community members in the development of Boneoge village, Banawa subdistrict, Donggala Regency. This was a gualitative research using descriptive method. The informants of this research were the community members in Boneoge village, Banawa subdistrict, Donggala Regency, who were taken through sampling technique. The data were collected through observation, intemiew, and documentation. The data analysis adopted Miles and Huberman model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. The residts show that the participation of the communiiy members in the development of Boneoge village, Banawa subdistrict, Donggala Regency is not adequate, because they delegate their aspiration to the community leaders and the chief of RT. A n incompatibility between time meeting and work activities lead to their low attendance. Furthermore, in terms of the development maintenance outcomes, Boneoge community members were less actively participated in maintaining the development residts. In addition, the inappropriate development results caused the criticism and protesi from the community members.

Abstract

The reesearch aims to analyze simultanneous and partial impacts of competency, motivation, discipline and working environment on employees’ performance in The of Social Service, Labor, and Transmigration, Sigi Regency. The respondents consisit of 41 employees of the Office of Social Service, Labor, and Transmigration, Sigi Regency. Method of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The result concludes that competency, motivation, discipline and working environment simultaneuosly and partially have impacts on employees’ performance in The Office of Social Servive, Labor, And Transmigration, Sigi Regency.

Abstract

The research aims to explore and analyze simultaneous and partial effects of local revenue, general allocation fund, and special allocation fund on fund equity. The sample consists of 11 regencies/cities in Central Sulawesi that is taken by using nonprobability sampling technique, The method of analysis is descriptive with multiple linier regressions analysis. The results show that the growth of local revenue in 3-year budget is higher than the growth of general allocation fund, special allocation fund and fund equity. Simultaneous test indicates that local revenue, general allocation fund and special allocation fund have positive and significant effects on fund equity. Partial test shows that local revenue, general allocation fund, and special allocation fund partially have significant effects on fund equity in 11 regencies/cities in Central Sulawesi. Coefficient determinant with Adjusted R-Square value of 0,361 shows that 36,10% of fund equity is affected by local revenue, general allocation fund, and special allocation fund,while the remaining value of 63,90% is affected by other variables that are not examined in this study.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the competence of the individual, organizational support and management support in the improvement of performance and to determine enabling and inhibiting factors in the manufacture of identity cards (ID) in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Palu City. Theory of  performance used from Simajuntak consists of aspects - aspects that affect the performance of employees is the competence of individual, organizational support and management support. This type of research is descriptive qualitative informant is taking the government apparatus of Population and Civil Registration and communities determined by purposive. Retrieval techniques and data collection techniques include observation, interview techniques (interview), and documentation (ducumentation), While data analysis techniques used in this study using a model of Miles and Humberman. The results showed: 1) Performance of Administrative Office of Population and Civil Registration Palu City is not optimal due to the support aspect organizational are still inadequate, despite this aspect of individual competencies and management support has been optimized; 2) factors inhibiting performance Apparatus Department of Population and Civil Registration Palu City in the manufacture of identity cards (ID) is the lack of organizational support in the form of the limited number of facilities and infrastructures such as the provision of facilities laminating machine and a camera that have only one (1) unit, causing a delay in the process of service so that the effect on the amount of the issuance of identity card; 3) Factors supporting performance Apparatus Department of Population and Civil Registration Palu City  in the manufacture of identity cards (ID) is the competence of individuals and management support. Individual competencies possessed by the apparatus is a skill, work ethic and motivation. In addition to individual competencies, enabling factors that support organizational performance management, among others, the ability of the leadership to accommodate the implementation of the activities of the organization as well as creating a conducive work environment.
