Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Work Motivation Government Personnel At the District Office Dapurang North Mamuju regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative approach derived from the results of in-depth interviews. The location of research at the District Office Dapurang North Mamuju regency. Research informant as much as 5 (five) employees with data sources include primary data and secondary data and data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis using descriptive data analysis model with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the motivation of employees, already well motivated employees work to serve the community in accordance with their respective duties because of a desire to meet the needs for achievement, need for power, and the company needed to be affiliated. Then the results of research in the field find the reality that job performance, promotion and collaboration with colleagues is a driver of employee motivation. However, some employees still lack motivation to gain power

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media video tutorial terhadap hasil belajar menggambar perspektif pada mata pelajaran seni rupa. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yakni kelas IX.7 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media video tutorial dan kelas IX.6 sebagai kelas kontrol yang menggunakan media konvensional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Stratified Random Sampling berdasarkan strata ketuntasan belajar. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes praktik menggambar perspektif sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,351 dan ttabel sebesar 1,6973 (thitung > ttabel). Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan media video tutorial efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa media video tutorial berkontribusi positif dalam pembelajaran seni rupa, khususnya pada materi menggambar perspektif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of educators as facilitators in developing students' creativity at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. In the digital era, educators no longer merely function as knowledge transmitters, but as mentors and companions in the process of actualizing students' potential. The method applied is a literature review through the analysis of various relevant sources concerning educators' strategies in facilitating creativity. The findings reveal that educators who act as facilitators must be able to identify the diversity of students' characteristics, implement innovative learning approaches, and utilize appropriate media to encourage active participation and critical thinking. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the role of educators as facilitators is crucial in preparing students to become independent, innovative, and adaptive individuals in facing future challenges. Implicitly, educators need to continuously.
