Abstract

The Influence Of Individual Characteristics, Motivation, and Workload On Personnel Performance in Madani Hospital Of Central Sulawesi This research is aimed to determinen and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of individual characteristics, motivation, and workload on personnel performance in madani hospital, central sulawesi. Respondents in this research consist of 80 people. Method of analysis used is multiple linear regressions and independent t test.The result shows that simultaneously, individual characteristics, motivation, and workload influence the performance of personnel in Madani Hospital. Partially, individual characteristics has insignificant influence on personnel performance, while motivation and workload have positive and significant influence. In addition, The result of the t test indicates that individual characteristics, motivation, and workload have significant influence on the  performance  of personnel both in mental health department and general wellness department in Madani Hospital of Central Sulawesi.

Abstract

The purpose of research, to find out how the implementation of policies public street front parking charges in the city of Palu and factors affecting the implementation of the policy. This study analyzed four factors that affect the implementation of policies according to the theory of George C. Edward III, namely; Communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The method used is descriptive qualitative, informants numbering five people chosen by purposive sampling. Technique data collecting by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed all four factors analyzed, 1) Communication and socialization in the bureaucratic environment quite well, the communication at the level of the structure of governance mechanisms Pakir especially with the Office of Technical Implementation Unit coordinator is not running optimally. 2) The resources in the form of means of transportation, lack of budget affects the implementation of supervision. 3) Disposition implementing agency needs to coaching, so the application of the target to the parking attendants per day will positively correlated with revenue. 4) The bureaucratic structure Perparkiran Office Technical Implementation Unit has been good, but the structure of governance mechanisms are put parking non-bureaucratic apparatus at the coordinator level ineffective. Supporting factors ; The trust of the public is still quite good and inhibiting factors Fragmentation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the influence (1) pedagogical competence of teachers for teaching social studies in SMP Palu, (2) the professional competence of teachers for teaching social studies in SMP Palu, and (3) pedagogical competence and professional teachers to Junior High School social studies lesson in Palu. The method used is survey with descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. The population in this study are all teachers IPS certified in Palu City Junior High School, as many as 116 people. Number of samples are 58 people using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using Likert scale model questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data in this study using Normality Test Instruments, Test Analysis Coefficient of Determination, Validity Test Instruments, Test Reliability Test Instruments and Descriptive. Meanwhile, the first and second hypotheses using simple regression test, and the third hypothesis testing using multiple regression test. The results showed third-normally distributed variables to test for normality using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test and Analysis of reliability for variables X1, X2 and Y calculated by Cronbach alpha formula. While on the significance test using the t test and F test at significance level with a value of α = 0.05. The results showed that: First, there is positive and significant correlation between pedagogical competence of teachers to learning, with a linear regression equation Y = 23.893 + 0,719X1 with a percentage of 38.6% significance. Secondly, there is a positive and significant impact on the professional competence of learning with linear regression equation Y = 11.032 + 0,954X2 with a percentage of 29.2% significance. Third, there is a positive and significant influence jointly between guruterhadap professional pedagogical competence and learning, with the regression equation y = -1 842 + 0,534X1 + 0,509X2 with the percentage significance of Y = 17.6% (43.8% -38.6 %).

Abstract

This research aims at identifying the differences in the learning achievement  between students who were taught by using the ASSURE learning model to those whom were taught by using conventional learning model; interaction between learning model and learning motivation; the difference between learning achievement of high and low motivated students. The sample of this research is Chairil Anwar VIII grade consisted of 28 students as the control class. The design of this research is quasi experiment 2 x 2. The treatment variable is learning model and the attribute variable is learning motivation, while the dependent variable is the learning achievement of Social Sciences subject. The hypothesis was tested through ANAVA two ways with different cells to significant level of 5%. The result of the differences between ASSURE model learning achievement and conventional proven by the score of statistic test where Fcounted = 7.084 and Ftable = 5.79 or Ho is rejected. It means that there is difference between learning achievement of ASSURE class to the conventional class. The score of statistic test where Fcounted = 25.27 and Ftable = 5.79 or Ho is rejected. It means that there is difference between group of high motivated students and group of low motivated students. The score of statistic test between motivation and learning model where Fcounted = 0.010 and Ftable = 5.79 or Ho is accepted. It means that there is no interaction and affect to the learning achievement between learning model to learning motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze urgency of legal protection for crown witness in crime and find out and analyze the form of protection given to crown witness in corruption, so the author raise problems as follow: (1) What is the urgency of legal protection for crown witness in crime?. (2) How is legal protection form for crown witness in corruption?. The research used juridical normative method with approach of Act, Conceptual and Case approach. The research results indicate that: (1) the urgency of legal protection for crown witness in crime is as witness status as the guilty actor and be ready to give true witness accused to him/her to complete evidences of crime examined. (2) the form of legal protection given to the crown witness in corruption can be given by reducing punishment and immune of demand that depending on judgment and policy of the judge.

Abstract

Implementation of this research aims to identify and analyze the performance of Credit Score Assessment Team Functional Doctors Hospital Regional General Undata Palu, Central Sulawesi province. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. The location of this research at the General Hospital Undata Palu of Central Sulawesi. Informants in this study is the party who is deemed to know in depth the various matters related research problems, so as to provide the necessary information and data as well as accurate. Therefore, researchers determine the informant is as much as five (5) members, namely those who are included in the assessment team credit points, doctor who had been working the number of credits, as well as employees of the General Hospital of Undata Palu in charge of personnel affairs. Determination of informants in this study was done by using purposive. Data collected through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. Based on the results of research and discussion Performance Assessment Team concluded that Credit Score Functional Doctors Hospital Regional General Undata Palu, Central Sulawesi province viewed from the theory put forward by Lenvine performance, overall not optimal. This is because the responsiveness indicators and indicators Responsibilita not running optimally. While the views of the indicators have been realized with optimal Accountability.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how much influence the implementation of additional policies on work motivation income civil servants in Central Sulawesi province. This study uses the theory of Van Meter and Van Horn with standard dimensions and policy objectives, resources, communication between the implementing agency, the implementing body characteristics, social, economic and political, disposition / attitude implementers. The method used in the study is survay analytic using cross sectional design of a study to study the dynamics of the correlation between risk factors by means of observation or data collection approach as well. The results showed that the magnitude of the effect of the implementation of additional policies on work motivation of employees earning the provincial health bureau in Central Sulawesi was the degree of correlation moderate to very low-level relations with the interval of the correlation coefficient between 0.172 up to 0.457.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the performance Sigi Regency Organizing Elections In the DPR, DPD, and DPRD 2014. In order to measure performance in this study using performance theory put forward by Dwiyanto, include: productivity, quality of service, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability this research is classified as descriptive, qualitative approach. This study is also the Ex Post Facto research. The study involved a total of 12 (twelve) informant determined purposive. Data is collected using interview techniques and documentation. Analysis of the data in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and Draw conclusions. The results of these studies show performance Election Commission Sigi In the General Election of DPR, DPD and DPRD 2014, if in view of the elements of optimal productivity is already done, the elements are already optimally implemented Responsibility, Accountability elements are already optimally implemented. While the element is not optimal Quality of Service and responsiveness element.

Abstract

The research problem of this study is: (1) How is the implementation of management based school of SMP at Palu?, and (2) How is the implementation of school based management to improve the performance of the SMP social study’s teachers in Palu ?. Moreover, this research aims at: (1) describing the implementation of school based management in relation to the performance of the social study’s teacher. This was a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data were collected throught In-depth interview. The results of the interview show that, according to the teachers, the implementation of management based school (MBS) at MTs. Negeri Palu Selatan, SMP Al-Azhar Palu and SMP Negeri Model Terpadu Madani Palu was good as the form of decentralization of education management to the school autonomously. Therefore, the schools have autonomy in determining educational management policies according to the needs, circumstances and the ability of the school. Education management autonomously and independently covers all aspects of supporting education in schools, including: curriculum management, student management, infrastructure management, financial management, public relations management and management of the school with special services. The success of education and teaching process in schools that involve all the components of human resources can be realized in accordance with the national education goals.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are : 1) to seek and analyze the simultaneous influence of leadership orientation, motivation, and communication on work effectiveness of officials in The Department of Manpower and Transmigration, Central Sulawesi Provience; 2) to seek and analyze the influence of leadership orientation on work effectiveness of officials in The Department of Manpower and Transmigration, Central Sulawesi Province; 3) to seek analyze the influence of motivation on work effectiveness of officials in The Department of Manpower and Transmigration, Central Sulawesi Province; 4) to seek and analyze simultaneous influence of communication on work effectiveness of officials in The Department of Manpower and Transmigration, Central Sulawesi Province. The research is quantitative descriptive that shows the relationship between the variabels studied and it involves 140 respondents who selected through proportional random sampling. Based on multiple linear regressions analysis,the result show that: 1) leadership orientation,motivation, and communication simultaneously influence work effectiveness of officials in The Department of Manpower and Transmigration, Central Sulawesi Province; 2) leadership orientation significantly influences work effectiveness of officials in The Department of Manpower and Transmigration, Central Sulawesi Province; 3) motivation significantly influences work effectiveness of officials in The Department of Manpower and Transmigration, Central Sulawesi Province; 4) communication significantly influences work effectiveness of officials in The Department of Manpower and Transmigration, Central Sulawesi Province.
