Abstract

The Study determine the moderation of corporate governance on the relationship between earning management and corporate social responsibility disclosure of the companies listed on Indonesia stock exchange as participants of corporate governance perception index in 2010-2014. Population of this study consist of 35 companies listed on Indonesia stock exchange as participants of corporate governance perception index in 2010-2014. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling, by wich this study selected 6 companies as samples. Technique analysis is data panel regressions with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) method; hypothesis testing is using t-statistics to determine the partial regression coefficient with significant level of 5%. The study has resulted two empirical finding. Fisrt, earning management has positive but insignificant influence on corporate social responsibility disclosure. Second, variabel of corporate governance that proxied with corporate governance perception index score is unable to moderate the relationship between earning management and corporate social responsibility disclosure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the School Operational Grant (BOS) Program Implementation Efectivity in Improving Student Achievement SMP Negeri 1 Biromaru in Sigi Regency. Data were collected by observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation, were further analyzed by qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. This study intends to get a description and a picture of the BOS Program Implementation Efectivity in Improving Student Achievement.This study was conducted in 2015. The results of this study concluded that: 1) The fund implementation of the School Operational Grant (BOS)in SMP Negeri 1 Biromaru is effective, because the indicators that lead to the achievement of objective educational goalset SMP much has been achieved, and 2) The effects of BOS Program Implementation Efectivity in Improving Student Achievement SMP Negeri 1 Biromaru in Sigi Regency either in context, input, process, and product fund implementation of BOS.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una. Responden penelitian berjumlah 35 yang dipilih dengan metode sensus. Pengolahan data menggunakan Program Statiscal Product and Service Solution (SPSS 18.0), dengan metode analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.  Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan  sebagai berikut: (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Motivasi Kerja  secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja  Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una (2)  Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja  Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una (3)  Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja  Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una.

Abstract

The study focuses on determining and analyzing the influence of competency and career development on officials’ performance in The Office of Inspectorate, Tojo Una-Una District. Population consists of 43 officials who selected through census method. Data processing uses Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS 18.0) with multiple linear regressions as the method of analysis. From the test, the study finds that: 1) competency and career development simultaneously have significant influence on officials’ performance in The Office of Inspectorate, Tojo Una-Una District; 2) competency significantly influences officials’ performance in The Office of Inspectorate, Tojo Una-Una District; 3) career development significantly influence officials’ performance in The Office of Inspectorate, Tojo Una-Una District.

Abstract

Problems in credit repayment derived from internal and external factors of a bank. External factors such as interest rates, foreign exchange rates, and inflation cannot be controlled by the bank so that when non-performing loan occurred due to external factors, it is considered reasonable because the risk is difficult to be predictedand minimized. This study is aimed to analyze the influence of internal debtor on non performing loans at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Palu. The variables of debtor internal defined as the 5C principle in credit analysis. Variables of non-performing loans include accident, death and divorce (for individual borrowers); credit missmaangement, lack of knowledge and experience of the company’s management, as well as fraud (for corporate debtor). Data used in this study consistsof primary and secondary data, wich attained from questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results based on multiple linear regressions analysis non-performing loans indicate that internal influence simultaneously has significant influence on non performing loans at PT. BNI Branch Palu. Partial test shows that character capacity and capital has positive and significant influence on performing loans; collateral and condition has insignificant influence on non performing loans at PT. BNI Branch Palu.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important aspect in improving the quality of service so that the service can be received with optimal level of satisfaction. Quality is the core of institutional survival, which means that the survival of an institution is determined by the quality of its products. The movement of the quality revolution through an integrated quality management approach becomes a demand that should not be ignored. The movement aims to improve the quality of products on an ongoing basis for the interests of stakeholders. The study aims to determine the influence of service quality includes: physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and certainty simultaneously and partially to the satisfaction of Mandiri Mitra Ampana Branch customers. The result of multiple linear regressions is concluded that the quality of service namely physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and certainty, simultaneously and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction of Mandiri Mitra Usaha Branch Ampana.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of competency, motivation, disciplin, and work satisfaction on officials’ performance in The Department of Education, Youth, and Sport, Tojo Una-Una. Respondents comprise of 44 officials defined through Slovin formula with random proportional sampling method. Analysis tool used is multiple linear regressions. The study underlines that competency, motivation, disciplin, and work satisfaction simultaneously and partially influence officials performance in The Department of Education, Youth, and Sport, Tojo Una-Una.

Abstract

Officials who are currently devoted to providing the best services to the community are recruited through a series of procedures and deemed to meet certain requirements for obtaining high performance. It is described in various theories that the performance of a person is influenced by several factors such as motivation, discipline in work, and compensation given as a form of appreciation of his/her performance at work. The aims of the study is to analyze simulatneous an dpartial influence of motivation, disiplin, and financial compensation on the performance of officials in The Deaprtment of Local Revenues in Tojo Una-Una District. Data is analyzed with multiple linear regressions analysis. Population comprises of 32 officials who selected as respondents through census method. The result reveals that motivation, disiplin, and financial compensation simultaneously and partially influence the performance of officials in The Deaprtment of Local Revenues in Tojo Una-Una District.

Abstract

The study intends to explore and describe perspektives on the process of: 1) planning and administration of village funds in Buol Regency; 2) reporting and responsibility of village funds in Buol Regency; 3) supervision of village funds in Buol Regency. Method of research is descriptive qualitative with inductive approach to explore the issue in village funds management including the process of planning, administration, reporting, responsibility, and supervision in the perspective of village goverment. The result finds that 1) the process of planning and andministration of village funds have not been reflecting the need of the village, which is seen from its APB; 2) the process of reporting and responsibility have not been following the schedule so it tends to be slow; 3) the process of village funds supervision is still weak and ineffective.

Abstract

The research aims to find out and explain trend of local retribution growth and its realization of on local revenue of Poso regency in the period of 2010 to 2015. To achieve it, the researcher use qualitatife descriptif method to see the effect ofthe local retribution cover: general service retribution, business service retribution and certain license retribution on local revenue. The research results indicate that partially general service retribution and business retribution give positive effect on local revenue, while the certain license retribution does not affect onlocal revenue. For the further research it is expected to have a longer fiscal yeal that it makes a better time series data and it can be seen clearly the effect from one period to others. For local goverment, it is expected to be consistent applying the rule for the retribution implementation. One source of local revenue is local retribution tax which is needed to be increased. Increasing supervision function and awareness for implementer in the field, so the target is always be fulfilled and achieved by the local revenue, economic growth in Poso regency will be increased.
