Abstract

Kota Bukittinggi berada dipinggir jalur patahan yang dikenal dengan nama Ngarai Sianok. Selain karena kondisi geologi, Kota Bukittinggi sangat rentan terhadap bencana akibat aktivitas rumah tangga penduduknya, terutama yang bermukim di pinggiran Ngarai Sianok di Kelurahan Belakang Balok. Pemerintah telah menetapkan Kawasan Sempadan Ngarai Sianok yang tidak diperbolehkan untuk dibangun, namun kawasan tersebut sudah sejak dahulu sudah dibangun dan dihuni. Keterbatasan kajian ilmiah terkait gerakan tanah Ngarai Sianok dan dampaknya terhadap permukiman di kelurahan tersebut serta kebutuhan mendesak akan arahan tindakan penanganan permukiman tersebut menjadi dasar peneliti mengangkat topik ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan arahan tindakan penanganan permukiman yang berada di kawasan rawan bencana gerakan tanah Ngarai Sianok di Kelurahan Belakang Balok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat risiko bencana gerakan tanah di keluraha ini berbeda-beda menurut tipologi permukimannya. Secara garis besar, arahan tindakan penanganan tersebut meliputi: relokasi; penguatan tebing melalui rekayasa teknik dan vegetasi; pembuatan RTH; permukiman dipertahankan dengan rekomendasi khusus.Kata Kunci: Sempadan Ngarai Sianok, Gerakan Tanah, Tipologi Permukiman Bukittinggi city located alongside the fault lines known as the Sianak Canyon. In addition to the geological conditions, Bukittinggi is very vulnerable to disasters due to the activity of the household population, particularly those living on the outer of the Sianak Canyon in the Belakang Balok Village. The government has set a border Sianak Canyon that are not allowed to be built, but the area had long ago been built and occupied. Limitations of scientific studies related to soil movement Sianok canyon and its impact on the urban settlements and the need for urgent remedial action directives will be the basis of the settlement of researchers raised this topic. This study aims to formulate remedial action directives settlements located in areas prone to ground movements in Sub Sianok Canyon Rear Beam. The results showed the level of risk to ground movements in this keluraha vary depending on the typology of settlement. The direction of the treatment measures include: relocation; strengthening engineering and climbing through vegetation; manufacture of green space; settlements maintained with specific recommendations.Keywords: Border Sianok Canyon, Land Movement, Settlement Typology

Abstract

Semakin terbatasnya lahan membuat harga lahan menjadi meningkat, terutama di pusat kota. Dengan keterbatasan lahan tersebut, pembangunan perumahan vertical merupakan alternative untuk dikembangkan karena lebih minim dalam penggunaan lahannya. Akan tetapi, rusunawa yang ditujukan untuk masyarakan berpenghasilan rendah, sering tidak tepat sasaran. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kemampuan dan kemauan membayar sewa masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah terhadap rusunawa dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dilakukan analisis statistic deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Sementara untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik sosial ekonom terhadap kemampuan membayar dilakukan uji crosstab dengan analisis chi square. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan membayar sewa berada pada kisaran Rp 304.000,00 ? Rp 371.000,00 per bulan. Selain itu, faktor-faktor yang mempunyai keeratan dengan kemampuan membayar responden untuk membayar harga sewa Rusunawa Marunda adalah pendapatan keluarga per bulan, pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan akses ke tempat kerja. Kata Kunci: Rusunawa, kemampuan membayar, Marunda Increasingly limited land makes land prices increased, especially in the city center. With limited land, vertical housing development to be an alternative to be developed becauseit is minimal in the land use. However, Rusunawa intended for low-income people, often misses the point. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the level of ability and willingness to pay for low income households to rent Rusunawa and the factors that influence. To achieve these objectives, this research is done bya descriptive statistical analysis with the questionnaire data collection methods. Meanwhile, to determine the relationship between the social characteristics of the ability of economists to pay test crosstab chi square analysis. The study shows that the ability to pay the rent is in the range of Rp 304,000.00 ? Rp 371,000.00 per month. In addition, the factors that have a closeness with the ability to pay the respondent to pay the rent price in Rusunawa Marunda is family income per month, education, employment, and access to the workplace. Abstract

Taman lingkungan memiliki peran penting dalam perumahan, tidak hanya sebagai ruang terbuka hijau tapi juga sebagai ruang terbuka public dimana masyarakat dapat beraktifitas aktif, berekreasi, dan berinteraksi. Mengingat pentingnya taman lingkungan sebagai ruang terbuka public, khususnya di perumahan padat dimana ruang terbuka public tidak memenuhi standar, baik dari luasan maupun jumlah manusia yang dilayani, maka taman lingkungan harus optimal dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Oleh karenanya studi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh tingkat keberhasilan taman lingkungan di perumahan padat sebagai ruang terbuka public. Kelurahan Galur sebagai salah satu kelurahan perumahan padat memiliki tiga taman lingkungan, yaitu taman Kewista, Taman Komando, dan Taman Safari yang akan dievaluasi tingkat keberhasilannya sebagai ruang terbuka public.Evaluasi didasarkan pada persepsi masyarakat terhadap taman lingkungan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang selanjutnya dievaluasi dengan metode checklist. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Taman Kewista dan Taman Safari tidak berhasil sebagai ruang terbuka public sementara Taman Komando kurang berhasil sebagai ruang terbuka public.Kata Kunci: evaluasi, taman lingkungan, ruang terbuka public, Kelurahan Galur Neighborhood parks have an important role in the housing, not only as a green open space but also as a public open space where people can work on, recreation, and interact. Given the importance of neighborhood parks as public open space, particularly in dense housing where public open space does not meet the standards, both in area and number of people served, the neighborhood park should be optimal in meeting the needs of society. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine how far the success rate of dense residential neighborhood parks as public open space. Strain the Village as one of the dense residential village has three neighborhood parks, the Kewista Park, Komando Parks and Safari Park to be evaluated for its success as an open space public. Evaluasi based on public perception of the park environment by using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive analysis were subsequently evaluated with the checklist method. The results showed that Kewista Parks and Safari Park does not succeed as a public open space, while Komando Park is less successful as a public open space.Keywords: evaluation, neighborhood parks, public open space, Galur Village
