Abstract

Kepulauan Seribu memiliki kekayaan bahari yang berlimpah ruah sehingga menjadi salah satu atraksi wisata bagi para wisatawan. Kegiatan ekowisata tentu menghasilkan dampak bagi daerah lokalnya. Hal ini yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu mengidentifikasi dampak ekowisata yang terjadi di wilayah tujuan wisata Kepulauan Seribu, terutama dampak ekonomi. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung ke masyarakat, instansi pemerintah, wisatawan, dan tokoh masyarakat. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa secara umum ekowisata yang terjadi di Kepulauan Seribu menyebabkan dampak ekonomi yang positif bagi pengembangannya. Pernyataan masyarakat mengindikasikan terjadinya peningkatan dari segi pendapatan dan/atau usaha yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan ekowisata di Kepulauan Seribu. Selain itu, kegiatan ekowisata menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan yang cukup besar bagi masyarakat lokal maupun masyarakat di luar wilayah Kepulauan Seribu. Peningkatan pendapatan juga terjadi pada penerimaan daerah, terutama dari sektor perdagangan, hotel dan restoran. Perlu adanya pembenahan terhadap objek ekowisata dan pelatihan terhadap masyarakat lokal mengenai ekowisata yang berlangsung di daerahnya untuk meningkatkan minat dan daya tarik wisatawan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi lokal wilayah Kepulauan Seribu.Kata kunci: ekowisata, dampak ekonomi, peningkatan pendapatan, ketenagakerjaan, pendapatan pemerintah Kepulauan Seribu has abundant marine wealth to become one of the tourism attractions for tourists. Ecotourism activities would result in impacts to the local area. It is the goal in this study, namely to identify the impact of eco-tourism in the Kepulauan Seribu tourism destination region, especially the economic impact. Primary data obtained through observations and interviews directly to the public, government agencies, tourists, and community leaders. From this research is generally known that ecotourism is happening in the Thousand Islands led to a positive economic impact for its development. Public statements indicate an increase in terms of income and / or businesses associated with tourism activities in the Kepulauan Seribu. In addition, ecotourism activities provide significant employment for local people and communities outside of the Kepulauan Seribu region. Increased revenues also occur in the reception area, especially from trade, hotels and restaurants. It needs a revamping of the ecotourism attraction and training of local people about the ongoing eco-tourism in the region to increase interest and tourist attraction to boost the local economy of Kepulauan Seribu region.Keywords: ecotourism, economic impacts, increased income, employment, government revenues

Abstract

Perubahan iklim global diperkirakan akan mempengaruhi penawaran dan permintaan pariwisata di Kawasan Pantai Pangandaran. Dari segi penawaran, perubahan iklim diprediksi akan mengakibatkan kerusakan sumber daya alam dan budaya yang menjadi produk utama pariwisata. Sedangkan, dari sisi permintaan, perubahan iklim akan memengaruhi pola kunjungan wisatawan serta persepsi dan preferensi wisatawan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menemukenali pengaruh dari iklim dan perubahannya terhadap destinasi pariwisata Pantai Pangandaran, khususnya pada perubahan kondisi fisik (lingkungan) daya tarik wisata serta pola kunjungan, persepsi, dan preferensi wisatawan. Penelitian ini mencoba mengidentifikasi dampak potensial dari perubahan iklim terhadap variabel penawaran (supply) dan permintaan (demand) dalam sektor pariwisata. Pengidentifikasian dampak perubahan iklim terhadap variabel penawaran (supply) dapat dilihat dari dampak potensial yang ditimbulkan perubahan iklim pada kondisi fisik daya tarik wisata yang berimplikasi pada perubahan pengelolaan destinasi pariwisata. Sedangkan, pengidentifikasian dampak perubahan iklim terhadap variabel permintaan (demand) dapat dilihat melalui pengidentifikasian relevansi faktor iklim sebagai faktor penarik suatu destinasi pariwisata.Kata kunci: perubahan iklim, destinasi, permintaan, penawaran Global climate change is expected to affect the supply and demand for tourism in Pangandaran beach area. In terms of supply, climate change is predicted to result in damage to natural resources and cultural tourism as its main product. Meanwhile, from the demand side, climate change will affect the pattern of tourist arrivals, perceptions and preferences. This study aims to identify the influence of climate change on Pangandaran beach tourism destinations, especially on changes in physical conditions (environment), tourists' attraction, as well as visit patterns, perceptions, and preferences of tourists. This study sought to identify potential impacts of climate change on supply variables and demand in the tourism sector. Identifying the impacts of climate change on supply variables can be seen from the potential impacts of climate change posed to the physical condition that implicates a major tourist attraction in tourism destination management changes. Meanwhile, identification of climate change impacts on the variable demand can be seen by identifying relevance of climatic factors as a tourism destination pull factors.Keywords: climate change, destination, demand, supply

Abstract

Salah satu penghasil pertanian terbesar di Jawa Barat, bahkan di Indonesia adalah Kabupaten Bandung. Kabupaten Bandung juga telah menetapkan sembilan kawasan wisata agro melalui RIPPDA No 6 tahun 2006-2016, yaitu Desa Alamendah, Desa Panundaan, Desa Ciwidey, Desa Pasirjambu, Desa Sukawening, Desa Nengkelan, Desa Rawabogo, Desa malabar dan Pangalengan. Kawasan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu tujuh kawasan yang tergabung dalam Kawasan Agropolitan Ciwidey dan terletak pada satu jalur pariwisata Soreang-Patengan. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat potensi yang dapat dikembangkan di tujuh desa untuk menjadi destinasi wisata agro. Potensi yang diteliti meliputi penawaran (supply) dan permintaan (demand). Penawaran yang diteliti mencakup daya tarik alam, budaya dan khusus, selain daya tarik alam , ditinjau pula sarana dan prasarana serta aksesibilitas yang mencakup akses menuju kawasan dan akses di dalam kawasan. Sedangkan permintaan mencakup pola perjalanan, karakteristik wisatawan dan kebutuhan wisatawan akan wisata agro di Kabupaten Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, tujuh kawasan yang ditetapkan oleh RIPPDA memiliki potensi pertanian yang melimpah dan beragam, sehingga memiliki peluang besar dalam pengembangan wisata agro.Kata kunci: Wisata Agro, Kabupaten Bandung, penawaran, permintaan One of the largest agricultural producers in West Java, even in Indonesia is Bandung Regency. Bandung Regency has set nine agro tourism areas through RIPPDA No. 6 of 2006-2016, Alamendah Village, Panundaan Village, Ciwidey Village, Pasirjambu Village, Sukawening Village, Nengkelan Village, Rawabogo Village, Malabar and Pangalengan Village. The area studied in this research that is incorporated in the seven areas Agropolitan Ciwidey area and is located on line-patengan Soreang tourism. This study aims to see the potential that can be developed in seven villages to become agro tourism destinations. Studied include the potential supply and demand. Studied supply includes natural attractions, cultural and special, in addition to natural attractions, also reviewed the accessibility of facilities and infrastructure and that includes access to the area and access in the region. While the demand include travel patterns, traveler characteristics and needs of tourists in the agro-tourism in Bandung regency. This study shows that in general, the seven regions defined by RIPPDA has abundant agricultural potential and diverse, so have a great chance in the development of agro tourism.Keywords: Agro Tourism, Bandung Regency, supply, demand

Abstract

Keberadaan Kampung Toddabojo di jalur wisata Makassar-Tana Toraja di Km 175 dan berjarak 25 Km dari pelabuhan laut Pare Pare merupakan alternatif bagi wisatawan karena memiliki potensi agro wisata dan sekaligus potensi desa wisata. Tantangan utama adalah belum adanya kapasitas yang cukup pada masyarakat untuk secara mandiri dapat mengelola pembangunan di daerahnya termasuk pembangunan Pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi cara meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kampung Toddabojo melalui konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat pada umumnya. Dengan produk wisata yang ditawarkan, maka arahan yang paling tepat adalah mengangkat karakter asli Kampung Toddabojo dalam strategi pengembangan produk wisatanya, dan kemudian disusun kerangka pengembangannya, sehingga kegiatan pariwisata di Kampung Toddabojo dapat menjadi bentuk pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Untuk mendukung hal tersebut peningkatan kualitas masyarakat harus menjadi perhatian utama, agar masyarakat mampu menciptakan produk-produk kepariwisataan yang mempunyai keunggulan kompetitif dan komparatif di pasar internasional sehingga mampu meningkatkan dan mewadahi potensi masyarakat dan potensi pariwisata di Kampung Toddabojo untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang selama ini mengandalkan pendapatan dari sektor pertanian.Kata kunci: pariwisata, pengembangan masyarakat, Kampung Toddabojo The existence of Kampung Toddabojo in Makassar-Tana Toraja tourist route at Km 175 and within 25 Km from the sea port of Pare Pare is an alternative for tourists because it has the potential of agro-tourism and rural tourism potential as well. The main challenge is the absences of sufficient capacity in the community to be able to independently manage the development in the area, include the development of tourism. This study aims to identify ways of improving the welfare of society through the concept of empowerment Toddabojo village society in general. With the tourism products on offer, then the most appropriate referrals are the original character of the village raised Toddabojo in tourism product development strategy, and then compiled development framework, so that tourism activities in Kampung Toddabojo can be a form of sustainable tourism. To support this public improvement should be a major concern, so that people are able to create tourism products that have competitive and comparative advantage in international markets so as to enhance and facilitate the potential for community and tourism potential in Kampung Toddabojo to improving the welfare of the community that has relied income from agriculture.Keywords: tourism, society development, Kampung Toddabojo

Abstract

Keberadaan Kota Lama Semarang sebagai cagar budaya di Kota Semarang semakin mengkhawatirkan karena adanya persoalan banjir yang disebabkan oleh air pasang maupun curah hujan yang tinggi. Konsep Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) merupakan suatu pendekatan rancang kota dan merupakan bagian dari konsep infrastruktur hijau yang diidentifikasi dapat mengurangi persoalan banjir. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peluang dan prinsip penerapan konsep WSUD untuk kawasan cagar budaya Kota Lama Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Konsep WSUD dapat diterapkan pada Kota Lama Semarang dengan prinsip-prinsip penerapan yang terbatas. Dalam penerapan WSUD, harus dipertimbangkan komponen rancang kota yang meliputi internal dan eksternal kapling, kondisi fisik kawasan meliputi kapabilitas lahan, tata guna lahan dan ketentuan serta perundangan yang terkait preservasi Kota Lama Semarang. Prinsip utama untuk Kota Lama Semarang yaitu penerapan konsep WSUD tidak boleh merusak fasade bangunan, mengintegrasikan komponen internal dan eksternal kapling untuk menahan air, menambah luas lahan yang tidak diperkeras, mengurangi penggunaan material perkerasan, merancang ulang ruang terbuka agar dapat menampung air dan menggunakan wadah-wadah penampungan air.Kata kunci: Kota Lama Semarang, WSUD, manajemen air The existence of the Kota Lama Semarang as a culture heritage in Semarang City is increasingly worrisome because of the problems caused by tidal flooding and heavy rainfall. The concept of Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) is an approach to urban design and is part of the concept of green infrastructure that can lessen the problem of flooding identified. This study aims to assess the opportunities and the principles of WSUD for application of the concept of cultural heritage of the Kota Lama Semarang. The results showed that the concept of WSUD can be applied to the Kota Lama Semarang with the principles of limited applicability. In the application of WSUD, should be considered components of urban design which includes internal and external plots, including the physical condition of the land capability, land use laws and regulations related to Kota Lama Semarang preservation. The main principles for Kota Lama Semarang is the application of WSUD concept should not damage the building fasade, integrating internal and external components plot of land to retain water, increase the area of land that is not paved, reducing the use of paving materials, redesign of open space that can hold water and using water storage containers.Keywords: Old City of Semarang, WSUD, water management
