Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand ambassador (X1) dan event sponsorship (X2) terhadap purchase intention (Y) melalui brand image (Z) sebagai variabel intervening pada produk smartphone Vivo.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitaif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa yang bukan merupakan pengguna smartphone Vivo. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 mahasiswa Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS.3.0 versi pelajar.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Brand ambassador berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention, (2) Event sponsorship berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention, (3) Brand ambassador berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. (4) Event sponsorship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. (5) Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention (6) Brand image mampu memediasi hubungan pengaruh brand Ambassador dengan purchase intention (7) Brand image mampu memediasi hubungan pengaruh event sponsorship dengan purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of profitability and company growth to capital structure with company size as moderating variables. Profitability analyzed use trade off theory perspective and company growth analized use pecking order theory perspective. Hyphothesis testing using moderate regression. The population of this research is agronomy company listed in Indoensia Stock Exchange. Sampling methid use purposive sampling which cinsist of 63 sample during 2010 until 2015. The data used in this research is secondary data. Statistic test show that profitability has a positive and significant influence to the capital structure. The statistic testing show that company growth has a positive and significant influence to the capital structure. Hyphothesis testing show that company size able to moderate the relationship between profitability to the capital structure. Hyphothesis testing also show that company siza able to moderate the relations between company            growth                             and                             capital                              structure.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of the brand image, perceived price, and perceived risk on purchasing intention. Samples numbered 62 people who intend to buy a Xiaomi smartphone. The population is number of the fifth-semester management economics students of the private economics institute in Bandung. Multiple regression analysis is a statistical method chosen to explore the observed variables. The results showed that the brand image and perceived risk is not significant influence purchase intention. Meanwhile, the perceived price significantly influences to purchase intention.

Abstract

This research determines to prove that ownership structure influence to firm value, by using the debt decisions as a intervening variable. Sample use in this research are trading, services and investment company which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2015, and purposive sampling method are use to determine he quantity of sample within consist of 175 sample. Analysis method that use was path analysis, sobel test and t-test. Path analysis and hyphothesis test shows that : 1) ownership structure has a negative and significant influence to the firm value, 2) ownership structure has a positive and non-significant influence to the debt decisions, 3) debt decisions has a negative and significant influence to the firm value, and 4) from the path analysis shows that debt decisions as intervening variables can’t mediate ownership structure to the firm value.

Abstract

Maintain good correlation between the business partners is one of the most important things in build supply chain management. The success of supply chain management cam be seen from how significant the improvement of supply chain performance based on good correlation. This study aims to determine the effect of the correlation between information sharing on supply chain performance that is moderated by variable distortion information. The method that used in this research is quantitative method by descriptive research type. The Respondent in this research are the Entrepreneur of meatball beef by taking 30 samlples that adjusted from each constructed construct. The sample is taking by using porpusive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that information sharing has a positive and significant impact on supply chain performance, the correlation between information sharing on supply chain performance moderated by information distortion has negative and insignificant effect.

Abstract

The relationship between stock price and exchange rate has an important implication for the a nation-economic-development. As the effect of the integration of money markets will force the interactive relation between macroeconomic factors.This thesis analyzes the relation between stock price and exchange rate before and after crisis in Singapore and Indonesia. This research analyzes two main problems which are the Granger Causality relation and long run relationship between stock price and exchange rate before and after global financial crisis. This research uses Granger Causality test, Cointegration test, Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), Impulse Response and Variance Decomposition.The results of this reasearch are showing a granger causality relation between stock price and exchange rate before and after global krisis. Our result support longrun relationship between stock price and exchange rate with different direction for each country. Singapore and Indonesia support international trading effect hypothesis.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether there are significant Abnormal Return differences in the period before and after Stock Split. The data used in this research is obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data is processed using SPSS Statistict version 20. The population used in this study is a company that performs stock split in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015. The sample of this study amounted to 14 company of total population of 16 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling method. This research uses event study method. This study used Paired Sample T-Test with observation period for 15 days before stock split, the event date and 15 days after stock split. Hypothesis test results show that: There is no significant difference in abnormal return before and after stock split.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformasional leadership and organization culture on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable on employees of PT. TASPEN (Persero) Serang.In this study, there are four variables, namely Transformasional Leadership (X1), Organization Culture (X2), Employee Performance (Y), and Motivation (Z). The study involved 54 samples of employees of PT. TASPEN (Persero) Serang.To obtain accurate results in this study using interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This research uses descriptive method, data analysis, instrument test, multiple regression analysis, t test, intervening variable path analysis and sobel test with SPSS v22 calculation.The result of this research showed that : (1) Transformasional Leadership is negative and not significant impact on the Motivation, (2) Organization Culture is negative and not significant impact on the Motivation, (3) Transformasional Leadership positive and significant impact on the Employee Performance, (4) Organization Culture positive and not significant impact on the Employee Performance, (5) Motivation positive and significant impact on the Employee Performance.
