Abstract

Learning as a process of education that consists of different components that are interconnected to each other which includes the objectives, content, methods, and evaluation. Based on the phrase then it needs the skills of a teacher or educator to select and determine what learning devices to be used in the educational process.The selected learning device should be interactive, fun, challenging, inspiring, and motivating learners to participate actively.An interactive learning process expected teachers (candidates) can have the ability to membelajarkan learners so that learning can be done effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, he teaches the art of dance in College educational level, especially in Sendratasik education courses, aimed at mastering the skills and knowledge of dance as a provision for students when they teach at school or in the Studio. On Sendratasik education courses at this level do not use common names such as at primary and secondary level, but with more specific names based on the type of courses that exist within the structure of the curriculum education courses Sendratasik.

Abstract

The research aim to know the application policy of organization communication which applied by government in Indonesia. These research applied on Government in Indonesia. The informant namely have relevant with task to give policy which must applied related with the policy of organization communication. Data analysis which collected it as well as primary and secondary data and further to arrange, to analysis, to interpretation then take of conclusion as the answe of problem. The result of research showed that organization communication have communicated by head of instance and job unit and subordinate it in application of main task and function in aim to task by Governor. The application of organization communication it created of organization climate which conducive in vertically, horizontal and diagonal by leader of job unit and subordinate in organization to applied of policy, main task and function which obligate it.

Abstract

The research was to understand the purpose of understanding of the authorities, banking, and abuser of Small Medium Enterprises (UMKM). Business organizations, community leaders, in the building of UMKM development strategy. This research approach is qualitative by the method of Phenomenology of approach by understanding the perspectives of ethics within the emic and interpret the disclosure of informants involved in this research. The unit of analysis in this research are: Individual businessmen of UMKM in the fields of food and beverage industry, individual government officials from the Department of industry, cooperatives and regional SME research, Individual figures of Individual regions, the Business Banking Officials, individuals representing community leaders who understand the problem of UMKM. The data collection methods used are: observation, in-depth Interviews, and documentation. The research instruments the researcher as the main instrument. Research findings is that for member access to capital, access technology, and the market for UMKM, the Government must establish a credit guarantee institutions, build partnerships with banks, State-Owned Enterprises, BUMB, large companies, Commerce, cooperatives, universities and NGOs. In addition to the members access for marketing, the Government should establish a joint marketing Center for UMKM in the form of an outlet. favor and absolute protection against UMKM so that the Government can develop on an ongoing basis from time to time. To develop UMKM continuously especially for UMKM engaged in the food industry, the Government should build the development strategies in the form of partnerships between large and UMKM entrepreneurs with all stakeholders in the area of South Sulawesi.

Abstract

The prevalence of implementation tumbilo tohe (pairs of lights) by the people of Indonesia at the end of the month of Ramadan, is a cultural heritage which is formed in the Pancasila. This practice was based on: (1) religious zeal that has been imprinted in the soul of citizens, (2) a mix of custom and Islamic teachings (3) the agreement of the leader. This practice was intended to: (1) graced the month of Ramadan, (2) motivating the public to improve understanding of the teachings of Islam, (3) preserve culture (4) enhance the spirit of mutual help, please, and (5) promote the spirit of hard work and creativity. Foundation and purpose of existence value reflects tohe tumbilo Pancasila especially value: 1). the Godhead (spirituality), 2). Humanity (help help), 3). Unity (interaction and hospitality), 4). Democracy is visible from a range of model arks (5) justice is visible from the spirit of hard work preparing the implementation of the community tumbilo tohe. This is one of the culture values of the practice of Pancasila by society of Gorontalo. Globalization tumbilo tohe even modified as an instrument of regional increases in revenue through optimization of tourism sector.

Abstract

This research aims to know and study the strategy of resource development policy reform of local government district of Makassar Sidenreng Rappang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative study type, while the phenomenological approach is used. This is intended to give description in a systematic, factual and actual response object is examined. Results of the research implementation of education and training is not conducted in a planned and timely to get quality apparatus of the abilities, knowledge, skills, expertise, and job skills, as well as a good mental attitude, and optimal performance. Whereas in the era of regional autonomy, it takes the resources of local government apparatus that is intelligent and responsive to the needs of an increasingly complex society services.

Abstract

This paper discusses the Prospective Islamic law in Indonesia. The enforcement of Islamic law in Indonesia experienced the ups and downs, ranging from the colonial period with the Government of Indonesia to the Netherlands in order to reform it.In this study it was found that a prospective law of Islam in Indonesia the development of any regime of the Government of Indonesia is experiencing developments. By the Government of Indonesia does not accept or reject the extremes, but instead selectively receive (not the totality) and gradual.Such a step is done for the sake of maintaining the stability and integrity of the country.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation of the National Program for community empowerment policy-development of socio-economic Infrastructure of the territory (PNPM-PISEW) in Sub district Office Problem and how it impacts the national community empowerment Program-social economic infrastructure development Areas (PNPM-PISEW) towards the implementation of the national program Office policy Sub Masalle. The population in this research is the number of whole populations examined, which include government officials, community leaders and the community around the site or who benefit from the existence of the PNPM-PISEW. While the sample was about 10 (ten) people of the total population using Random Sampling. From the results of research and analysis conducted, it can be drawn the conclusion that the influence of National Community Empowerment Program policies-social economic infrastructure development Areas (PNPM-PISEW), and socio-economic impact of national community empowerment Program-social economic infrastructure development Areas (PNPM-PISEW) in Sub district Office Masalle. Very positive and significant with a score of 4.27. Category Either.

Abstract

The intention contained in laws and regulations concerning the conservation of fish resources is so that there are activities that lead to protection of fish resources as a whole. During this time the utilization of fish resources more dominant done compared to the protection and preservation, so the impact on the aquatic ecosystem. The purpose of this research is to examine international agreements regarding the conservation of fish resources which have been ratified and implemented into other policies and legislation in order to become a guideline in behavior so bring a change in society. This research is a descriptive qualitative using a data source from an earlier study results and document the latest libraries. Results of the study that the conditions of the CCRF (Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries) became a legal basis in the formulation of the provisions concerning the management of fish resources responsibly. Sustainable fisheries zone were never regulated in the regulation of the management of conservation areas. The Fisheries Act has yet to implement the provisions of the UN fish stocks agreement of 1995 relating to the conservation and management of fish resources in the ZEE and Indonesia on the high seas. Therefore the Fisheries Act require refinement, considering Indonesia has been a member of two regional fisheries management organization and ratify the UNITED NATIONS Agreement on fish stocks of 1995.

Abstract

Performing Right (Performing Rights) in the corpus of laws in Indonesia have not been strong in the rule and the protection of the law. Although the Copyright ACT in recent times revision rule has been loaded but still very narrow so there can take to become a rule of law that can reverse engineer the behavior of society (notably the community of users of copyrighted songs and music) to stick with it.This paper tries to do a review of the literature and the law. The birth of Act No. 28 by 2014 about copyright gives the feel of a broader legal and encouraged to provide protection of economic rights (economic right) over Copyrights in particular Performing Right with an emphasis on fostering recognition of Collective Management Institutions, as well as on Related Rights protection for emphasis that gives economic maximization of existing opportunities of performing actors, producer ponogram, and broadcasters. And thus, created a large corpus of law in the field of Performing Right in Indonesia.
