Abstract. Based on continuity and discontinuity of past time of historical consciousness, there were many realities occurred during National Revolution (1945-1949) that remain exists today. The presence of Military Government in last quarter of revolution period happened in situation of independence defend war. War was seen frequently as early one source of militarism existence in Indonesia society today. The absence of Deutch does not decrease perception of threat existence yet. The continuity of threat perception becomes as icon in Indonesia history that is reproduced continually.

Abstract. Majapahit is one of Nusantara big kingdoms in influence of Hindhu-Budha age. As big kindom, Majapahit had glorious and sad history dynamic. Many things can be explored from history of Majapahit because it has abundant data sources, both artifact and textual data or news from the other countries. The historical dynamic can be basic of history wisdom in the present time.

Abstract. The poor are those who do not have the empowerment of social, political, economic and legal access. Poor people didn’t know and less understood the positive law of the State. It needs juridical and sociological wisdom in resolving the legal case that afflicts the poor. Legal cases was hit the poor or weak should not be resolved through a process of positive law, but enough to be completed at the community level through peaceful means and deliberation. Completion gives more sociological sense of justice for the poor. This settlement, known as the principle of restorative justice, in example justice outside the court obtained a positive law, through the recovery process with a spirit of mutual forgiveness between perpetrators and victims. Applying the law against the poor, it's time we not only understand and apply the law of the legalistic-positivistic, but need to do a groundbreaking law that is more progressive and responsive, which is trying to get out of the shackles or prison law is positivistic and legalistic Law that responds to social needs of society.

Abstract. In Indonesia history, colonial policy in 19th century was main cause destruction of traditional economic and politic. The Java traditional life with traditional ties was replaced by legal rational ties. Decline of traditional rulers and more intensive European influence until village level had changed map of social-economic relation. Two phenomena will be sough so that known its impacts. This essay will reveal Java situation in 19th century and its impacts as a result of European penetration.

Abstract.This study focused on the young family decision making which fully participated on “Keluarga Berencana (Family Planning)” program in Malang city. Research used quantitative methods whereas tables and numbers getting on priority. Research type is descriptive, then populations were spouse on 0-10 years marriage. Furthermore, systematic random sampling is used for 100 respondents. Research finding that majority women roles are not only for domestic but also as principal decision maker on their family. In addition to this research, women has created her own rights inside the family without any intervention from their spouse.

Abstract. The cultural intolerance occurs in our country. Horizontal conflicts involving religion and ethnicity happen frequently at several regions. The cultural values, especially tolerance value, is on the declined or disappeared? Tolerance value, as one of virtue values or even as our nation basic character, is as value transmitted from one generation to next generation. By historical examples and socializing past values through lesson of Pancasila can be internalized effectively values of nation character building.

Abstract. The Garbage problem is one of important issues faced by Indonesian society today. This problem mainly emerges because Indonesian garbage production are excessive if compared with government ability. As a result, environmental degradation arises from garbage pollution. Households produce the most garbage in Indonesia. Therefore provoking people willingness to sort and reduce their waste is considered to be a solution to minimize garbage impact on the environment. Government awareness should declare by making formal regulation to manage it. Nowadays, although official regulations and most of Indonesians aware of garbage risk on the environment, only some people are willing to sort and reduce their garbage. This paper aims to describe the function and motivation underlies domestic garbage management. A practical guide to sort and reduce our domestic garbage also is presented to motivate management of household garbage

Abstract. Teaching of history has been conducted by bad images for along time. The images of history teaching are as recalling, not interesting, unpleasant, and boring lesson. Based on reasoning of urgent role of history lesson as nation character building for students, there is need to change this condition. Mind set of teacher as responsible actor has to be changed from pragmatic to idealist paradigm. History teaching process has to be shifted form the orientation of curriculum material finishing to the real goal attainment, that is the arising of historical consciousness for students.

Abstract. Dreadfulness of Lapindo mud is one of phemonenal tragedies in Indonesia. Most horrifying talked about the victim, they are suffering and being deeply hurts. Extremely, Lapindo mud was not much horrendous as tsunami tragedy, but these phenomenon takes the long times to cure all the pain. With phenomenology, victim identity will segmented by many factors. There are about natural, structural and cultural segmented. Composing conspiration between actor and strategy hold this phenomenon getting worst.
