Abstract

This study aims to obtain egg weight in grams (g) and the frequency of playback of local javanese duck eggs that are ideal in hatching local javanese duck eggs. The design used was a completely randomized design (RAL) factorial pattern, consisting of 3 treatments and 3 replications. Each treatment received 3 replications. The treatments tested were : the first factor is the egg weight of hatching eggs with notation ( B ), namely : B1= 53 g – 60 g, B2= 61g – 68 g, and B3= 69 g – 76 g. The second factor is the frequency of egg playback with notation ( p ) which is p1= 3x a day, p2= 4x a day, p3= 6x a day. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business of making modified taro flour using Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Saccharomyces cerevisiae used in this modification process uses a concentration of 10%. The business analysis parameters used include Cost of Goods Sold (HPP), Break Event Points (BEP), Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR), Payback Period (PP). The results of the study show that the total production costs needed within 1 year are Rp. 187,864,000, - with a production capacity of 62,400 packs, the depreciation was Rp. 145,000, then you can get a Cost of Sales (HPP) of Rp. 3012.97 / bks. The selling price of packaging is Rp. 3464.92 / bks by determining a profit of 15%. Net profit per day is Rp. 90,390. Break Event Point (BEP), which is obtained in the amount of Rp. 111.111.111, Payback Period (PP) = 6 and Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR) = 1.15 which means that the modified taro flour business is profitable and feasible to be cultivated because of RCR> 1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa usaha pembuatan tepung keladi termodifikasi menggunakan Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Saccharomyces cerevisiae yang digunakan dalam proses modifikasi ini menggunakan konsentrasi 10%. Parameter analisa usaha yang digunakan meliputi Harga Pokok Penjualan ( HPP), Break Event Point ( BEP), Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR), Payback Periode (PP). Hasil penelitian menunjukan total biaya produksi yang dibutuhkan dalam waktu 1 tahun yaitu sebesar Rp. 187.864.000,- dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 62.400 bungkus, depresiasinya adalah sebesarRp. 145.000, maka dapat diperoleh Harga Pokok Penjualan (HPP) sebesar Rp. 3012,97/bks. Harga jual kemasan adalah Rp.3464,92/bks dengan menentukan keuntungan sebesar 15%. Keuntungan bersih perhari diperoleh sebesar Rp.90.390. Break Event Point ( BEP), yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar Rp. 111.111.111, Payback Periode (PP)= 6 dan Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR) = 1,15 yang artinya usaha tepung keladi termodifikasi ini menguntungkan dan layak untuk diusahakan karena RCR> 1.

Abstract

Candied fruit is one form of processed food that is liked by many people. And has a distinctive taste of fruit so it is suitable to be enjoyed in various occasions. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of a dried jackfruit candied business. The calculation of business feasibility analysis on dried jackfruit candles is BEP Unit 676 and BEP Price of 30,399,592. HPP is 35,738.05 (1000 gr / pack) and the selling price is Rp. 45,000 / kg. NPV is 23.147.941, Net B/C is 1.44 equal to R/C ratio 1.26. 14% IRR and 1.12 year payback period. Manisan buah merupakan salah satu bentuk makanan olahan yang banyak disukai oleh masyarakat. Dan memiliki rasa yang khas buah sehingga sangat cocok untuk dinikmati diberbagai kesempatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha manisan nangka kering. Perhitungan analisa kelayakan usaha pada pembutan manisan nangka kering yaitu BEP Unit 676 dan BEP Harga 30.399.592. HPP sebesar 35.738,05(1000 gr/bungkus) dan harga jual Rp 45.000/kg. NPV yaitu 23.147.941, Net B/C seebesar 1,44 sdeangkan R/C ratio 1,26. IRR 14% dan payback period selama 1,12 tahun.

Abstract

Oeluan tourism object as one of the natural attractions and swimming pools in North Central Timor Regency is currently a reliable tourist asset because it has a future orientation to increase regional income. For this reason, it needs to be supported by the availability of tourism products including tourist attractions, transportation, service facilities, and information and promotions regarding the existence of tourist objects. The purpose of this study was to create an Oeluan recreational tourism landscape design in North Central Timor Regency. The stages of landscape architecture design start from identifying physical / biophysical aspects, analysis, proggramatic concepts and initial design, and design development. Oeluan recreational tourism landscape design uses the concept of back to nature with a blend of local culture in North Central Timor Regency. This is in accordance with the conditions of Oeluan tourism object, because most of the existing facilities are not compatible with nature or environmentally friendly, by utilizing the availability of natural materials around the site. So as to be able to rehabilitate the natural condition of the forest, as well as integrate the socio-cultural values of the community so that environmental conditions can be maintained and the creation of harmony between human life and the surrounding environment. The results obtained were in the form of Oeluan recreational tourism landscape design in North Central Timor Regency. The conclusion of this study is to recommend a recreational tourism landscape design that can meet the needs of visitors, while maintaining the preservation of forest ecosystems with spatial planning, activities, circulation, facilities and utilities, as well as analyzing the environment inside and outside the site. In addition, local people are involved in tourist attractions, become facilitators, guides, performing arts and culture, with the aim of increasing the economy of local communities. Obyek wisata Oeluan sebagai salah satu obyek wisata alam dan kolam renang di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara saat ini menjadi aset wisata yang dapat diandalkan karena memiliki orientasi kedepan menambah pendapatan daerah. Untuk itu perlu didukung dengan ketersediaan produk wisata diantaranya atraksi wisata, transportasi, fasilitas pelayanan, serta informasi dan promosi mengenai keberadaan objek wisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat desain lanskap wisata rekreasi Oeluan Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Tahapan desain arsitektur lanskap dimulai dari mengidentifikasi aspek fisik/biofisik, analisis, konsep proggramatik dan desain awal, serta pengembangan desain. Desain lanskap obyek wisata rekreasi Oeluan menggunakan konsep back to nature dengan perpaduan budaya lokal Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Hal ini sesuai dengan kondisi keadaan obyek wisata Oeluan, karena sebagian besar fasilitas yang ada saat ini belum serasi dengan alam atau ramah lingkungan, dengan memanfaatkan ketersediaan material alami yang terdapat disekitar tapak. Sehingga mampu merehabilitasi kondisi alami hutan, serta memadukan nilai sosial budaya masyarakat agar dapat terpeliharanya kondisi lingkungan hidup maupun terciptanya keharmonisan antara kehidupan manusia dengan alam sekitarnya. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa rancangan lanskap wisata rekreasi Oeluan Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah merekomendasikan desain lanskap wisata rekreasi yang dapat mencukupi kebutuhan pengguna, serta tetap memperhatikan kelestarian ekosistem hutan dengan perencanaan tata ruang, aktifitas, sirkulasi, fasilitas, dan utilitas, maupun analisis lingkungan didalam maupun diluar tapak. Selain itu, masyarakat lokal dilibatkan pada atraksi wisata, menjadi fasilitator, pemandu, pertunjukan seni dan budaya, dengan maksud dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

The study determine the effect of providing rice straw and coconut pulp complete feed with crude protein (CP) 15% on dry matter intake (DMI), organic matter intake (OMI) and crude protein intake (CPI) in New Zealand White rabbits. The research material consisted of 20 rabbits with an initial body weight of 1081.05 ± 13.71gram/head. The constituent feed ingredients are composed of yellow corn, rice bran, soybean meal, fish meal molasses, minerals & salt. The study used a randomized block design trial (RBD) consisting of 4 treatments 5 replications, namely P0 = yellow corn, bran, soybean meal, fish meal molasses, minerals & salt (concentrate constituent material) without rice straw and coconut pulp; P1 = Coconut pulp 10% + concentrate constituent material; P2 = 5% coconut pulp and 5% rice straw + concentrate constituent material; P3 = Rice straw 10% + concentrate constituent material. Abstract

Shallot (Allium ascalonicumL.) Is one type of horticultural commodity that is very much needed by the community, especially as a kitchen spice. Shallot is included in annual crops, so the productivity of shallots tends to fluctuate. Shallot cannot be stored for long because it is easily damaged and cannot be maintained in a fresh state, damage that often occurs including decreasing water content, growth of new shoots and the texture of the onion becomes soft so as to accelerate putrefaction. The design used in this study was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors, namely a combination of salt concentration and storage time. As for the concentration as follows: 2%: 4%, 6%: 8%, and storage time as follows: 6 days, 8 days, 10 days and 12 days. Each treatment was repeated 2 times to obtain 32 samples. Based on the results of the study, the salt concentration of 2% and the storage time of 6 days were the best treatment. The best treatment has a moisture content of 87.86%, TPC 1300, Total Acid 1.845%. Value of Cost of Sales Rp. 9.519.51) Break Event Point Rp. The selling price of 4.52 packaging is IDR 29,926 / bt per day, and RCR is 1,15. Bawang merah (Allium ascalonicumL.) adalah salah satu jenis komuditas hortikultura yangsangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat terutama sebagai bumbu dapur. Bawang merah termasuk kedalam tanaman semusim, sehingga produktivitas bawang merah cenderung fluktuatif. Bawang merah tidak dapat di simpan lama karena mudah rusak dan tidak dapat dipertahankan dalam keadaan segar, kerusakan yang sering terjadi diantaranya penurunan kadar air, pertumbuhan tunas baru dan tekstur bawang menjadi lunak sehingga mempercepat pembusukan. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan dua faktornya yaitu kombinasi konsentrasi garam dan lama penyimpanan .Adapun konsentrasi sebagai berikut:2%:4%,6%:8%, dan lama penyimpanan sebagai berikut: 6 hari, 8 hari, 10 hari dan 12 hari . Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 2 kali sehingga diperoleh 32 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh konsentrasi garam 2% dan lama penyimpanan 6 hari merupakan perlakuan terbaik. Perlakuan terbaik tersebut memiliki kadar air sebesar 87,86%, TPC 1300, Total Asam 1,845%. nilai Harga Pokok Penjualan Rp. 9.519.51) Break Event Point Rp. Harga jual 4.52 perkemasan Rp29.926/btl keuntungan perhari,- dan RCR sebesar 1,15.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the color quality and pH of tiren chicken and fresh chicken meat in terms of the duration of chicken mortality for 24 hours,the material used in this study was a sample of 35-day-old broiler breasts totaling 20 birds, the time of study began to live May 2 to May 31, in the laboratory of the University of Brawijaya Malang, the laboratory of the University of Tribhuwana Tungga Malang Goddess and the Laboratory of Muhammadiyah University Malang. The experimental design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments, namely: P1 = 0 hours of death, P2 = 6 hours of death, P3 = 12 hours of death, P4 = 18 hours of death, P5 = 24 hours of death with 3 replications. The results showed that the color and pH of tiren chicken were not significantly different (P> 0.05%). pH of tiren P1=5,62±0,05, P2=5,62±0,05, P3= 5,64±0,03, P4=5,62±0,05 P5=5,68±0,10 brightness color of tiren chicken P1 = 37.3 P2 = 35.9 highest P3 = 39.8 P4 = 37.2 P5 = 33.7 and, reddish color change of tiren chicken P1 = 15.6 P2 = 17.3 P3 = 18, 7. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti kualitas warna dan pH daging ayam tiren dan daging ayam segar berdasarkan lama kematian ayam selama 24 jam, Materi yang digunakan adalah sampel dada ayam pedaging berumur 35 hari yang berjumlah 20 ekor, waktu penelitian mulai tanggal 2 mei sampai 31 mei, di laboratorium Universitas Brawijaya Malang, laborarium fakultas pertanian universitas tribhuwana tunggadewi malang dan laboratorium Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap(RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan , yaitu: P1=lama kematian 0 jam, P2=lama kematian 6 jam, P3=lama kematian 12 jam, P4: lama kematian 18 jam, P5=lama kematian 24 jam dengan 3 ulangan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa warna dan pH daging ayam tiren tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05%). pH daging ayam tiren P1=5,62±0,05, P2=5,62±0,05, P3= 5,64±0,03, P4=5,62±0,05 P5=5,68±0,10, warna kecerahan daging ayam tiren P1=37,3±2,4, P2=35,9±2,6, P3=39,8±2,9, P4=37,2±4,9, P5=33,7±2,6. perubahan warna kemerahan daging ayam tiren P1=15,6±0,2 P2=17,3±0,2, P3=18,7±3,9, P4= 20,9±2,9, P5=17,2±0,9, perubahan warna kekuningan daging ayam tiren P1=12,2±1,2, P2=12,1±1,6 P3=13,3±0,4, P4=13,1±0,5, P5=13,8±1,6.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the amount of income and the value of profitability of the goat livestock business. The research was conducted at "CV. Agriranch" Tawangargo Village, Karangploso Subdistrict, Malang Regency on July 05 to August 05 2018 with a population in 2015,2016,2017 with 126 individuals, 150 tails, 222 tails. The method used is Case Study method with data analysis on Income, Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI) and Payback Period (PP). .Revenues in 2015-2017 amounted to Rp.24,334,000, Rp. 33,856,000, Rp. 42,630,000. The GPM value from 2015-2017 was 19.71%, 20.64%, 21.43%. The 2015 NPM value was 18.73%, 2016 was 19.61%, and 2017 was 20, 86%. The value of ROI in 2015-2017 with 11.55%, 16.08%, 20.74% respectively. PP value in 2015-2017 was 1.62 years, 1.21 years and 1 years.The results of profitability analysis show that boerja goat business in CV. Agriranch is feasible to be developed in terms of the value of GPM, NPM, and ROI which increases every year, while the value of Payback Period decreases from year to year so the company benefits. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan dan nilai profitabilitas usaha ternak kambing boerja. Penelitian dilaksanakan di “CV.Agriranch“Kelurahan Tawangargo, Kecamatan Karangploso, Kabupaten Malang pada bulan 05 juli sampai 05 agustus 2018 dengan populasi pada tahun 2015,2016,2017 dengan masing-masing 126 ekor, 150 ekor, 222 ekor. Metode yang digunakan study kasus atau Case Study method dengan analisis data mengenai Pendapatan, Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI) dan Payback Period (PP). Pendapatan pada tahun 2015-2017 sebesar Rp.24.334.000, Rp. 33.856.000, Rp. 42.630.000. Nilai GPM dari tahun 2015-2017 sebesar 19,71%, 20,64 %, 21,43 % .,Nilai NPM pada tahun 2015 sebesar 18,73%, tahun 2016 sebesar 19,61%, dan tahun 2017 sebesar 20,86%., Nilai ROI pada tahun 2015 -2017 dengan masing-masing 11,55%, 16,08%, 20,74%. Nilai PP pada tahun 2015-2017 sebesar 1,62 tahun, 1,21 tahun dan 1 tahun. Hasil analisis profitabilitas menunjukkan bahwa Usaha ternak kambing boerja di CV. Agriranch layak untuk dikembangkan ditinjau dari nilai GPM, NPM, dan ROI mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya, sedangkan nilai Payback Period menurun dari tahun ke tahun sehingga perusahaan mendapatkan keuntungan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business of making kluwak seasoning powder with the addition of Maltodextrin and CMC. The treatments in this study were as follows: F1 Maltodextrine 50% and CMC 2%, F2 Maltodextrin 40% and CMC 4%, F3 Maltodextrin 30% and CMC 6%, F4 Maltodextrin 20% and CMC 8%, F5 Maltodextrin 10% and CMC 10 %. Determination of the best treatment using the index effectiveness method. The results showed that the best treatment was found in the proportion of seasoning powder kluwak 500g, 10% maltodextrin and 10% CMC. After getting the best treatment, proceed with analyzing business feasibility. Parameters for calculating business feasibility analysis are HPP (Cost of Goods Sold), BEP (Break Event Point), net profit per day. After conducting a business feasibility analysis of the making of kluwak spice powder with a comparison of Maltodextrin and CMC in this study it is worth trying. The calculation of business feasibility analysis is the HPP value of Rp 20683.00 / bks, the BEP obtained is Rp 2005.34, the net profit per day is Rp 40331.85, (RCR) of 1.15 Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa usaha pembuatan bubuk bumbu kluwak dengan penambahan Maltodekstrin dan CMC. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut : F1 Maltodekstin 50% dan CMC 2%, F2 Maltodekstrin 40% dan CMC 4%, F3 Maltodekstrin 30% dan CMC 6%, F4 Maltodekstrin 20% dan CMC 8%, F5 Maltodekstrin 10% dan CMC 10%. Penentuan perlakuan terbaik menggunakan metode indeks efektifitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada proporsi bubuk bumbu kluwak 500g, Maltodekstrin 10% dan CMC 10%. Setelah mendapatkan perlakuan terbaik dilanjutkan dengan menganalisis kelayakan usaha. Parameter untuk menghitung analisis kelayakan usaha yaitu HPP (Harga Pokok Penjualan), BEP (Break Event Point), keuntungan bersih per hari. Setelah melakukan analisis kelayakan usaha terhadap pembuatan bubuk bumbu kluwak dengan perbandinagn maltodekstrin dan CMC pada penelitian ini layak diusahakan. Abstract

Business Feasibility Analysis is an analysis of feasibility in an agricultural product-based production unit. This study aims to calculate the feasibility of making pineapple jam (Ananas comosus (L) Merr). The results of the proportion of pineapple jam with tapioca flour and carrageenan in the manufacture of the best pineapple jam are found in the proportion of 70% pineapple jam, 25% tapioca and 5% carrageenan. After getting the best treatment, it will be continued by analyzing the feasibility of the business. Parameters for calculating business feasibility analysis are HPP (Cost of Goods Sold), BEP (Break Event Point), selling price, net profit per day. After conducting a business feasibility analysis of making sheet pineapple jam with tapioca and carrageenan in this study it is worth trying. The calculation of business feasibility analysis in this study is the value of HPP Rp.5,020 / packaging, BEP Rp. 83,316,877, -, the selling price of Rp. 5,773 / package, net profit per day Rp. 52,710 (RCR) of 1.15. Analisis Kelayakan Usaha merupakan analisis kelayakan pada suatu unit produksi yang berbasis hasil pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung kelayakan usaha pembuatan selai lembaran nanas (Ananas comosus (L) Merr). Hasil dari proporsi selai nanas dengan tepung tapioka dan karagenan pada pembuatan selai lembaran nanas terbaik terdapat pada proporsi selai nanas 70%, tapioka 25% dan karagenan 5%. Setelah mendapatkan perlakuan terbaik maka akan dilanjutkan dengan menganalisis kelayakan usahanya. Parameter untuk menghitung analisis kelayakan usaha yaitu HPP (Harga Pokok Penjualan), BEP (Break Event Point), harga jual, keuntungan bersih per hari. Setelah melakukan analisis kelayakan usaha terhadap pembuatan selai nanas lembaran dengan tapioka dan karagenan pada penelitian ini layak diusahakan. Perhitungan analisis kelayakan usaha pada penelitian ini yaitu nilai HPP Rp.5.020/kemasan, BEP Rp. 83.316.877,-, harga jual Rp. 5.773/kemasan, keuntungan bersih per hari Rp. 52.710 (RCR) sebesar 1,15.
