Abstract

Microbe exploiting for the ferment of agricultural produce in the form of seed cocoa have been done.This research use two pure type isolate and one mixture culture. Pure Isolate in the form of Acetobacter aceti (group of bacteria) and Hansenula anomala (group khamir) while mixture culture in the form of mixture both. This research use the seed cocoa which is taken away from Sulawesi Tengah area and executed at March - October 2007 in Biology Laboratory of FMIPA Untad. Result of research obtained by that pure use isolate do not have an effect on the reality to parameter tested, but use of mixture culture of between A. aceti and H. anomala give the real influence to tested parameter, oldly is best ferment that is 4 day. Key words : Fermentation, Cocoa, Acetobacter, Hansenula

Abstract

There are two functions of hhe nurse in society, consist of a healthy worker and a healthy educator. As a healthy worker, they doing direct or indirect nurse to client as an individu, family and society. They are being as comforter, protector, advocate, communicator and rehabilitator. In the other hand, nurse as a health educator giving the healthy education training to individu, family and society. This aim research was observed how many percent of the nurse was doing an infection preventive on Appendictis Post Operation patiens in the Teratai Block of RSUD Undata Palu. The result showed that 56,52% of the nurse have doing their function as a good healthy worker, and the other 43,48% are not. Meanwhile, 78,3% have doing their function as a healthy educator and 21,7% are not. Commonly, it can conclusion that the nurse in Teratai Block of RSUD Undata Palu was doing their function as a healthy worker and a healthy educator. Key words: Nurse, Appendictis, Infection preventive

Abstract

Commonly, hypertency can decided as permanent high blood pressure where systemic pressure is 140 mmHg and diastolic pressure over 90 mmHg. For the oldster population, hypertension was decided as systolic pressure over 160 mmHg and diastolic pressure over 90 mmHg. Recently, hypertension is one of the commonly death causation. Blood vessels complication is one from disease that caused by hypertension.This aim research is to observed the obedient of hypertension patient for running their diet program. Consecutive sampling was used for research method. Total respondence who participate in this research is 30 hipertension respondence The result showed that only 16 responden (53,3%) obedient to runnning their diet program. The other (46,7%) are not obedient. The age and the education level are influence for the respondence obedient to running their diet program. Key words: Hypertension, Diet Program.

Abstract

Research about The Effect of the Family Knowledge on the Obedient of Lung Tuberculosis Patient to Running Their Medicine Periodically. Purposive sampling method was used with 20 respondences. Result of research showed that 60% respondence have a good knowledge meanwhile 40% have less knowledge. Fifty five percent was obedient with their medicine meanwhile 45% was not obedient. Key words: Obedient, Medicine, Lung Tuberculosis.

Abstract

Psychoneurotic case in the whole world is expected 0,2 until 0,8% in every year. Support from patient family is very influence in the healing of psychoneurotic patient. This descriptive research was observed the family function in assist the healing proccess of psychoneurotic patient in The Rumah Sakit Jiwa Madani, Palu. Purposive sampling was used to this research and data analized by univariat analized. Sixthy seven patients was participated.The healing of psychoneurotic patient based on the psychologycal function are 54 patients (80,6%) and based on the economycal function are 45 patients (67,2%). The result showed that the family function on the healing of psychoneurotic patient based on the psychologycal function and economycal function is well. Key words: Family function, Healing, Psychoneurotic.

Abstract

A research have been done about “Season Effect on Heavy Metal Content Pb, Cu and Cd in cockle (Anadara granosa) on Tumbelaka Shore Palu by AAS Method. Distribution and concentration of metal Pb, Cu, and Cd on cockle muscle are not depend on weather or season of sample taking. Commonly, consentration of Pb and Cd in two season, wet season and dry season are undetected. Cu consentration in the wet season is 0,272 ppm in stasiun I while 0,295 ppm in station II. In the dry season, consentration of Cu is not detected. Key words: Season, Heavy Metal, Anadara granosa.

Abstract

Papaya (Carica papaya L.) leaf contain 21-23% gross protein from its dry weight. The analysed leaf taken from sixth-eighth leaf from apical. Papaya leaf was blend with water in 1:3 ratio until change as a pulp form. Papaya leaf protein was extracted by chloride acid solution in the different concentration. Complete Randomized Design was used with 4 treatment consist of: Y1 (papaya leaf pulp with added by HCl 0,002 M), Y2 (papaya leaf pulp with added by HCl 0,004 M), Y3 (papaya leaf pulp with added by HCl 0,006 M), and Y4 (papaya leaf pulp with added by HCl 0,008 M). The result of research showed that treatments giving the very significant effect (P  0,01) on the protein content and weight of papaya leaf concentrate coagulate. Meanwhile, no significant effect (P0,05) on the content of the dry weight of protein concentrate. Key words : Protein, Carica papaya L., Pakan

Abstract

Posyandu represent one of existing the enableness socialize most health area applied in social activities these days. Lansia represent the part of society which also require health service which with quality and can give satisfaction, as does the health service at posyandu lansia. The research to know picture mount satisfaction to service of health Posyandu in region work Puskesmas Mamboro in the year 2008. The research use type is descriptive. Technique of intake by consecutive sampling. The analysis use univariat and analyse tables traverse. Research result indicate that unfavourable nurse attitude and dissatisfy to health service to Posyandu Lansia of equal to 57,7% if compared to statement of good nurse attitude and satisfy to health service equal to 64,3%. But that way, in the case of unfavourable nurse service and dissatisfy to higher service that is 60% compared to nurses service expressing goodness and satisfy equal to 56,8%.Key words: Satisfaction Lansia, Health Service, Posyandu.
