Abstract

The participation of women at this time rather than just demanding equal rights but also expresses its function has the meaning for the development of society Indonesia. conflict of dual role is the simultaneous occurrence of two or more role allotment, which is the fulfillment of a role that will give rise to difficulties in fulfilling the role of the other. Work-family conflict has two components, namely family affairs interfere with work, work-family conflict can arise due to the Affairs of the jobs came family. Conflicts arising as a result of household chores and all the consequences disrupt the performance of the functions of the employment of mothers in the workplace. An adaptive response, linked by characteristics and individual psychology or process which is a consecuetion of any external action, situation or event that puts the demands of special psychological and or physical person. The results of the work can be accomplished by a person or group of people in an organization in accordance with the authority and responsibility of their respective efforts in order to achieve the objectives of the Organization in question legally, does not violate the law and in accordance with morals or ethics. Double role conflict can have an impact on work stress, this shows the higher conflict dual role female employees, then the greater the also stress their work. The impact of the conflict on performance of dual role female employees indicating higher role conflict the women, then the lower the performance of them. Work stress is also impacting on the performance of female employees have, i.e. show the higher the stress of work, then the lower the pulakinerja female employees

Abstract

The aim of the research was to analyze the impact education and skill of labor market discrimination on the income of medium-sized industry sectors in Palembang. The research was conducted in the city of Palembang with male and female labor force aged 15-64 who worked inmedium-sized industries.Proportional stratified random sampling was employed in selecting 380 labor forces as the sample.The method for collecting the data was survey which is an investigation of gathering factual information from the phenomena, characteristics, behaviors, or opinions of a group of people. This research investigated labor market discrimination in medium-sized industry sectors in Palembang.The research was conducted at sixteen sub-districts in the city of Palembang using questionnaire and observation. Medium-sized industries in Palembangwere purposively selected as the research site of this study. Research variablesincluded factors causing discrimination such as education, working skillsand working experience. The variables that were affected by discrimination include wage and employment. The results revealed that working experience and labor skills have a siginificant influence on labor discrimination in medium-sized industry sector. Meanwhile, education did not significantly influence labor discrimination.It can be concluded that medium-size industries did not require a formal higher education degree. It required competence and skills including technical skills to increase productivity in industry. The variables of education and skills altogether affected labor discrimination significantly as high as 65,1 percent.Discriminations occurred in wage and employment.This could strengthen the relationship among education and working skills. As a result, if labor wage increased, discrimination was likely to increase too. If employment increased, discrimination would also increase.Discrimination had a significant influence on income. This can be seen from the fact that the higher discrimination index, the lower income of the labor force would be.

The study in this paper on the existence of the boys in her contribution to the family in the culture of South Sumatra with a focus of indigenous Histories. Abstract

This article explains about the position of Gender in an Islamic perspective and the role of women in the pursue and develop a generation that have a strong soul, great thinking and behavior that is dignified in the life of society, nation and State.Through the study of concepts and the results of the study of some researchers who have been dipublis through journals, both national and international writers gain an overview that Gender equality is not equal rights over men and women because each has its own characteristics. But more meaningful Gender Justice, equality inherent in every employee without having to see the gender (male or sister). While the role of each in creating the development community can be taken by men and women. Islam is very appreciative of women, likewise against males. If the man is a leader (qawwamuna) over women, but heaven is located on women. Abstract

Leadership considered important in the organization because of two factors: the existence of the fact that the replacement of leaders often change the performance of an organization or agency, unit; and the research results that showed one of the internal factors that affect the success of the organization is leadership. Nowadays, it is not a strange thing when a woman occupied the highest office in an organization. Many women managers and emerging leadership and not a few who achieved success. The difference in the nature of women and men will take differences in the leadership of women and men. Men's leadership style is characterized by the ' command and control ' was originally considered to be the best. However, the stories of successful women as leader in an organization have proved that the leadership style of ' command and control ' is not the only way to reach the top of the leadership.
