Abstract

Reproductive health curriculum that has yet to be fully implemented, especially in the madrasah whose numbers until now about 58,439 units all over Indonesia. The main reason has not been integrated reproductive health curriculum that still occurs due to the pro and contra opinions of the scholars about the boundaries and standards of teaching materials that will be taught. One local newspaper in Palembang featuring reader letters describes the concerns about the dangers of global development of adolescent reproductive health. Therefore knowledge about reproductive health must be given to teenagers so they do not fall in free sex, pregnancy outside marriage which would have a negative impact for families and communities.ملخص: مناهج الصحة الإنجابية التي لم تنفذ بالكامل، وخاصة في المدارس الدينية التي حتى الآن حوالي 58,439 وحدة في جميع أنحاء اندونيسيا الأرقام. السبب الرئيسي لم يتم دمج المناهج الصحة الإنجابية التي لا تزال تحدث بسبب الآراء المؤيدة وكونترا العلماء حول حدود ومعايير المواد التعليمية التي سيتم تدريسها. إحدى الصحف المحلية في باليمبانج يضم خطابات القارئ يصف المخاوف بشأن مخاطر التنمية العالمية للصحة الإنجابية للمراهقين. ولذلك يجب أن تعطى المعرفة حول الصحة الإنجابية للمراهقين حتى لا تقع في حرية ممارسة الجنس، والحمل خارج إطار الزواج مما سيكون له تأثير سلبي على الأسر والمجتمعات المحلية.

Abstract

Children in principle is a picture of the future of a nation, on the shoulders of black and white they are an expectation, therefore it is appropriate that they should be protected as much as possible. Protection may include not only protection to children in general, as well as special protection should be given to children who commit crimes, because of the hope and future of a sprawling before them.ملخص: الأطفال في المبدأ هو صورة للمستقبل أمة، على أكتاف بالأبيض والأسود هم توقع، وبالتالي فإنه من المناسب أن عليهم أن تكون محمية قدر الإمكان. ويمكن أن تشمل الحماية حماية ليس فقط للأطفال بشكل عام، وكذلك ينبغي إيلاء حماية خاصة للأطفال الذين يرتكبون الجرائم، بسبب الأمل ومستقبل المترامية الاطراف من قبلهم.

Abstract

Talking about the "freedom" that is rooted in the word has several senses, such as: loose at all, apart from the demands, liabilities and feelings of fear, not be punished, not bound or limited by rules and independent. From that sense would be able to make an impression that the lack of recognition of the rights of people. Furthermore, the adage that freedom be freely interpreted relativism trapped in a box.ملخص: الحديث عن "الحرية" التي تعود جذورها إلى كلمة ديها العديد من الحواس، مثل: فضفاضة على الإطلاق، بغض النظر عن المطالب والالتزامات ومشاعر الخوف، لا يعاقب، ليست ملزمة أو تقتصر بقواعد ومستقلة. من هذا المنطلق ستكون قادرة على خلق انطباع أن عدم الاعتراف بحقوق الناس. وعلاوة على ذلك، فإن القول المأثور أن حرية تفسيرها بحرية نسبية المحاصرين في صندوق.

Abstract

`Urf as one of the methods istinbāţ there is no law in the legal constructs formulated by al-Syāfi`ī the book of al-treatise. However, the phenomenon of change qawl al-Syāfi`ī of qawl qadim to Jadid not based on texts which have implications for the interpretation of the existence of two `Urf; `Urf effect or no effect on these changes. In the case of the existence of the field of `Urf Munākahāt apparently only affects the order tanfīz. While in the process of change qawl al-Syāfi`ī remains influential in the texts. So it is understandable, why not include the al-`Urf Syāfi`ī on istinbāţ methods besides legal interpretation that` Urf effect on qawl change must be understood in the context of tanfīz.ملخص: `العرف وأسلوب واحد للحكم غير موجودة في قانون البنى التي صاغها شافعي على قناة اطروحة. لكن ظاهرة تغير القول المفيد القول المفيد شافعي القديم إلى الجديد لا يقوم على ناش تورط اثنين من التفسيرات لوجود `العرف. `أثر العرف أو أي تأثير على هذه التغييرات. في حالة وجود مجال الزواج ويبدو أن تؤثر فقط على `العرف حفاظ على النظام بينما في عملية التغيير يبقى القول المفيد شافعي تأثيرا في ناش.

Abstract

Mixed marriage has penetrated all corners of the country and society class. Globalization of information, economy, education, and transportation has shed the stigma that mixed marriages are marriages between wealthy expatriates and people of Indonesia. According to a survey conducted by the Mixed Couple Club, introductory line that carries a different nationality married couples include introduction via the Internet, former coworkers, met while on vacation, a former school friend, and pen pals. Mixed marriages also occurred in the Indonesian migrant workers with labor from other countries. Abstract

Indonesia is a country that embraced the principles of democracy, and respect, the sovereignty of the people. As a consequence the implementation of these democratic principles, every five years the Democratic Party that is implemented elections. In the study of democracy, there is a postulations that almost always be confirmed in the empirical field, that a country has achieved democracy has consolidated when through three times in a democratic election, after the collapse of the authoritarian New Order regime of Indonesia had to do it. This article will discuss more deeply about the rights of citizens to sue the government in a class action.ملخص: اندونيسيا هي البلد الذي اعتنق مبادئ الديمقراطية، واحترام، وسيادة الشعب. نتيجة لتنفيذ هذه المبادئ الديمقراطية، ومرة كل خمس سنوات للحزب الديمقراطي التي يتم تنفيذها الانتخابات. في دراسة للديمقراطية، وهناك مسلمات أن يكون دائما تقريبا أكدت في الميدان التجريبي، أن البلد قد حقق الديمقراطية الموحدة عندما عبر ثلاث مرات في انتخابات ديمقراطية، وبعد انهيار النظام الشمولي من النظام الجديد يتعين على اندونيسيا نفعل ذلك. هذه المادة وسوف يناقش أكثر عمقا حول حقوق المواطنين في مقاضاة الحكومة في الطبقة العمل.
