Abstract

Background: Head Trauma Patient in emergency care unit. Emergency need the which quickly. delay of head trauma treatment cause the handicap which remain to because damage of brain network or even generate the death. Very depended to and also the quality of [gift/ giving] [of] help to save the soul or prevent the handicap since in place occurence, on the way till hospital help . This Research aim to to know the time difference respon time the nursing care of head trauma lead the category I-V . Method: Sample taken by counted 60 patient by applying technique non probability. Appliance of data collecting in this research use the fundamental method in the form of observation. Data gathered in this research is later then analysed with the different test [of] mean. Result of: Research Result indicate that: ( 1) there are difference which signifikan time listen carefully the treatment action of wounded patient lead the category I V. Result of test anova obtain;get the f value accepted [at] level signifikansi 5%. ( 2) Time research listen action [of] [at] wounded patient lead the category I - V in RSUD Dr. inferential Moewardi Surakarta that terdaat of time difference listen carefully the treatment action at wounded patient categorize the I - II, III - IV, and IV - V, but to categorize the II-III do not show the existence of difference. This matter indicate that the each category of emergency condition of head trauma patient lead the category I - V need the different handling as according to requirement and condition of patient. (3) wounded Patient lead the category I obtain;get the longer treatment action (mean 98,33 minute) and wounded patient lead the category V obtain;get the quicker treatment action (mean 33,91 minute.

Abstract

Children are subject that vulnerable to illness or diseases. They are tenderly sufferr from many diseases. One of them is fever convulsion. Fever convulsion have several early sign and symptom, for example : high body temperature, get fever, and convulsion. Fever convulsion is danger because can make some complication, dyspneu, restlessness, convulsion, takikardi, and altered tissue perfusion. Nurse as health care practitioner must aware pathofisology and diseases proses of fever convulsion. Nurse as provider nursing care must aware that fever convulsion is emergency case, so nurse giving nursing care with application emergency principle. Nursing proses is way of thingking and framework for giving nursing care, so nurse must must have them applicable in nursing care patient with fever convulsion. They must assess, diagnose, plan, implement dan evaluate in good manner

Abstract

Research background: room of Al-Qomar and Asy-Syam have the high stressor. Job system which is not well design, can cause the sigh subjektive, heavy work load, is not effective and inefficient which is on its innings can generate the work, so that downhill work productivity. Target of research is analysis the relation between stress work behaviorally medication of nurse in Al-Qomar and Asy-Syam Room of Islamic Hospital Surakarta. This research is including type of research of observational and explanatory because direct observation researcher and analysis the relation stress work behaviorally medication. This research use the instrument research in the form of questioner and checklist. This research take the sample 22 respondent by taking entire or all population. Analysis this research use the formula of correlation by using level signifikansi (α: 0,05).Result the research is: there are relation which significan between variable stress work the (work load, situation work, and relation interpersonal) behaviorally medication in Al-Qomar and Asy-Syam room in Islamic Hospital of Surakarta, with the value rcount = -0,856 and α : 0,000. so that excelsior stress work hence progressively lower the behavior medication. Referring to research result which have been conducted by hence researcher have the suggestion to related or relevant institution to be able manage the stress nurse so that expected can improve the performance, behavioral and quality of job. Need the existence of furthermore research to know the other factors causing behavioral degradation medication

Abstract

Hipertermia represent circumstance where individual somebody experience of or berisiko to experience of increase temperature of continuous body higher the than 37,8°C ( 100°F) peroral or 38,8°C ( 101°F) perektal. This circumstance will generate trouble fullfiling of elementary requirement human being. To overcome this matter need immediately the self-supporting action treatment in the form of happened expected warm compress change of body temperature. In this research hence method of pre eksprerimen with device of one group pre test and post test data obtained to be analysed hence test t test, result got terjdi of change which signifikan that is with average of temperature of body 0,97°C by SD 0,35°C, value P = 0,001 which burden that P < 0,05. There influence of warm compress terhdap of change of temperature of body child of hipertermia space take care of to lodge RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta
