Abstract

The many changes that occur in the elderly many health problems facing so it is necessary to maintain the health of the attempts both treatments, medication, healthy lifestyle, as well as other efforts such as gymnastics ergonomics and low impact aerobics. The purpose of the study to determine the effectiveness of aerobic exercise ergonomics and little impact on blood pressure levels in the Elderly Hypertension at Wironanggan Village, District Gatak Sukoharjo.The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with the design of non-equivalent control group design. The population was all patients with hypertension of 7 Posyandu Wironanggan. As many as 80 elderlies who suffer from hypertension, taken 44 participants were divided into two experimental groups, namely experimental group 1 were 22 people, and the experimental group 2 to 22 people with a purposive sampling technique. The variable independent variable in this study gymnastics ergonomics and low impact aerobics and the dependent variable is the level of blood pressure by using electric tension instruments — the analysis techniques with simple paired t-test and independent t-test. The results showed there are differences in the effect of exercise ergonomics and low impact aerobics to the pressure level blood systolic and diastolic hypertension in the elderly, and the most effective influence on the ergonomics exercise systolic pressure and low impact aerobic exercise on diastolic blood pressure.

Abstract

Family support for leprosy patients in the village of Blora Doplang Bangklean very low. In the beginning - the beginning of the patient suffering from leprosy families no supports at all for 2 to 4 months. Self-concept of the lepers in the village Bangklean is still low, they often isolate themselves from society as did the family. Every month on the 10th leper clinic to collect given medication and counseling, but that comes is only approximately 10 people from 28 people leprosy. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between self-concept support for families with leprosy patients in rural districts Bangklean Blora. This study is a quantitative correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was a leper village Doplang Bangklean Blora as many as 28 people. Research instrument in the form of questionnaires. Analysis using the Chi-Square test. The study concluded that : (1) support the families in the village leper Bangklean Doplang Blora mostly low (54 %), (2) self-concept in patients with leprosy in the village Bangklean Doplang Blora mostly less (57 %), and (3) there is a family relationship with the concept of self- support in the leper village Doplang Bangklean Blora, where the better family support the concept of self leprosy patients getting better (p- value = 0.012)

Abstract

Results of preliminary studies that have been conducted by researchers at the Regional Mental Hospital (RSJD) Surakarta, which states that information obtained in previous Surakarta RSJD has taken various therapeutic modalities, one group activity therapy conducted over a period of one month or four times a week once exactly on Thursday. data showed that the incidence of schizophrenia with the number 17 763. 2,105 hebephrenic Schizophrenia, paranoid 37, not defined 94, 243 catatonic, residual 7,767, simplex 28, the other 7489. The population in this study totaling 211 patients based on medical records of people with impaired verbal communication on the client withdrew. Sample set of 30 respondents to the purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used by descriptive analysis. Conclusions

Abstract

The number of countries that are experiencing problems such as delays in motor development will lead to declining creativity in adapting and a lack of understanding of the parents about the play. Parents' knowledge about factors play can influence the development of children's motor skills, especially motor rough. Objective: Aim to know the relationship mother’s knowledge of play with toddler gross motoric development at Posyandu of Suruhkalang village of KaranganyarType of this research is a descriptive quantitative research approach to cross-sectional correlation. The sample of this research is the mother who has children aged toddler (1-3 years) in Suruhkalang village of Posyandu total of 68 respondents. Taking samples use proportional random sampling. Instrument research using questionnaires for knowledge about playing and rough use motor development assessment Questionnaire Pre Screening developments . Analysis statistic uses Chi-Square test. Results of analysis of unknown value OR = 2,839 and value p = 0,222. The results of the analysis concluded there is no relationship mother’s knowledge of play with toddler gross motoric development at Posyandu of Suruhkalang village of Karanganyar

Abstract

Adolescence is a period of transition or the transition from childhood to adulthood experiencing all aspects of the development or function to enter adulthood. Courtship behavior is usually accompanied by a pattern of sexual behavior ranging from kissing, making out, until intercourse. Various factors affect the behavior of one due to the perception that teens have sex is a way of expressing love, so for the sake of love, someone to give up a sexual relationship with a boyfriend before marriage, environmental factors, promiscuity, lack of parental guidance especially religion both at home and at school. This study aims Knowing perceptions about premarital sex in adolescents in the village of Sleman Yogyakarta Tambaklelo. This study is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. The samples were 27 teenagers in the village of Sleman Tambaklelo. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. While using univariate data analysis techniques. The results showed that : ( 1 ) Perception of understanding adolescent premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in the village of Sleman Yogyakarta Tempel Tambaklelo mostly bad, ( 2 ) adolescent perceptions about the forms of premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in the village of Sleman Yogyakarta Tambaklelo Paste operation between perception of good and bad, ( 3 ) adolescent perceptions about premarital sexual deviant behavior in adolescents in the village of Sleman Yogyakarta Tempel Tambaklelo mostly good.
