Abstract

Advanced age is a demographic problem facing the world in the elderly will occur naturally aging process that causes some problem such as physical deterioration of the organs. Elderly gymnastics is one sport that can improve fitness and health of the elderly. The results of observation conducted by researchers at the neighbourhood health center Kondang Waras Ngargorejo Boyolali there are 60 registered of elderly, while active and participacing in gymnastic only 20 elderly or 30% of the population. The purposes of study was to determin the relationships of family support with the level of compliance in implementing the elderly in Posyandu Kondang Waras Ngargorejo Boyolali. The research using quantitative research, descriptive research design correlation. Sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents with data retrieval technique is random sampling. The test statistic using Kendal tau correlation test. Measurement of the respondents regarding family support using a questionnaire. The result showed that the level of family support is less, there are 8 respondents (73%) had not obedient compliance, the next 2 respondents (18%) are less obedient, and a respondent (9%) adherence. At the level of family support is there are 1 respondent (3%) had a compliance doesn’t obey, then 28 respondents (88%) are less obedient, and 3 respondents (9%) adherence. While at the level of good family suppor there is 1 repondent (14%) had not obedient compliance, the next 2 respondents (29%) are less obedient, and 4 respondents (56%) adherence. Based on the distribution of the elderly in terms of level compliance with family support, it appears that the better level of family support, the better level of compliance in perfoming gymnastic elderly.

Abstract

The progressive of Interaction among the existing adolescent hardly worrying of especially behavior of free sex is circle by adolescent. Some factors influencing behavior are the position of adolescent assuming behavior of free sex is development of era which must be followed. Some factor influencing adolescent position to free sex for example adolescent knowledge, pattern takes care of old fellow, milieu, etcetera. Purpose of this research are to known the correlation between adolescent knowledge about health of reproduction and pattern takes care of old fellow with adolescent position about free sex at student SMA N 1 Tawangsari Sukoharjo. This research is descriptive research of correlative that is explaining relation between two phenomenons that is adolescent knowledge about reproduction health; pattern takes care of adolescent old fellow and position about free sex. Research sample are 274 students at SMA N 1 Tawangsari Sukoharjo applies technique cluster random sampling. Data processing technique applies analytical technique Chi Square. Based on the result of research and solution, hence conclusion from this research is: (1) the knowledge about health of reproduction of student in SMA N 1 Tawangsari Sukoharjo most of good, (2) the pattern takes care of student old fellow in SMA N 1 Tawangsari Sukoharjo most of authoritative, (3) the adolescent position about free sex at student SMA N 1 Tawangsari Sukoharjo most of good, (4) there is relationship is being between adolescent knowledges about health of reproduction with adolescent position about free sex at student SMA N 1 Tawangsari Kabupaten Sukoharjo. So improvement of adolescent knowledge about reproduction health, hence adolescent position about free sex also increasingly good, and (5) there is low relationship between patterns takes care of old fellow with adolescent position about free sex at student SMA N 1 Tawangsari Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Result of research indicates that student having pattern to take care of authoritative to have position about free sex better than student having pattern to take care of permissive.

Abstract

Infection still be the main causes of illness and died on neonates. Based on the survey of demography and healthy in Indonesia 2002-2003, the amount of infant die in 2002-2003 is 35 per 1000 lively born, and the amount of neonatus die is 20 per 1000 lively born. Umbilical cord is port de entry of infection that can causes sepsis fastly. The technique to maintenance of that clean is the main principle to prevent sepsis caused umbilical cord infection. Based on study in Bowan Delanggu Region on 2009, neonates birth a year there is 120 infant with the amount fertile age pair there is 326. There is no hospital or community health center, there just a clinic. Infant that was born in clinic have a maintenance care one day only, after that infant can go home. This study aimed to identify the differences of length a part on umbilical cord which use gauze sterile compared with alcohol application in Bowan Delanggu Region. This research using descriptive comparative type and posttest only control group design. The population in this research is all of neonates that approximately born in 27th September until 16th October 2010 amounted 26. This research using total sampling, so the amount of sample is 26 respondents. For equally amount sample if 10 infant with gauze sterile treatment and 10 infant with alcohol application. The statistical analysis used was Mann Whitney statistical test with a confidence value 0,05%, the probability α = 0,011. Based on the results of this research note that the value of Mann Whitney test of the differences of length a part on umbilical cord which use gauze sterile compared with alcohol application in Bowan Delanggu Region is less than the value  0,011< 0.05 . Then Ha accepted or Ho rejected. So the conclusion is there is the differences of length a part on umbilical cord which use gauze sterile compare with alcohol application in Bowan Delanggu Region.

Abstract

Schizophrenia which is an mental disorder persistent and serious to resulting behavior of psychotic, concrete idea and difficulty in process of information, the relation of interpersonal and solves problem. Patient schizophrenia often shows behavior to withdrawl, isolated, difficult to be arranged and worried. Therapy applied for patient schizophrenia experiencing anxiety of them is with behavior therapy. Progressive relaxation practice as one of techniques of relaxation of muscle has proven in therapy program to stress of muscle can overcome sigh anxieties, insomnia, fatigue, muscle cramps, neck pain in bone and waist, high blood pressure, muttering and light phobia. Purpose of this research is to know progressive relaxation technique influence to level of anxiety at client schizophrenia in Area Mental Hospital Surakarta. This research method is experiment or quasi experimental with pretest and posttest with control group design, this research applies two groups,which is the one group is given treatment and the other one groups as control. The research sample is 30 respondens with proportional technique of random sampling. Data processing technique applies test analytical technique Mann Whitney U-test. The result this research are indicates that: the level of anxiety of patient schizophrenia in RSJD Surakarta before therapy giving or pre test at group of experiment most of light (73%) while at group of control most of also light (80%), the level of anxiety of patient schizophrenia in RSJD Surakarta after therapy giving of post test at group of experiment entirely light (100%) while at group of control most of still be light (87%) but still there is being (13%), and there is progressive relaxation influence to level of anxiety of patient schizophrenia in RSJD Surakarta.
