Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of empowerment, socio-cultural success, and the success of community-based sanitation programs using descriptive research that provides a detailed description of a particular situation, structure or social relationship. The analytical method used is the Likert scale, the Likert scale is used to measure the description and analysis of the implementation of the community-based sanitation program, then the reliability test is carried out. The results of the research using a questionnaire in the Likert Scale calculation, the interpretation of the score is in the number 81% to 100%, the percentage listed is very strong. Based on the results of the study using the validity test with a value of rcount (Corrected Item-Total Correlation)> rtabel of 0.2272, it is thus said to be valid, while the reliability test obtained a success rate of 0.824, socio-culture of 0.742, and a program success rate of 0.793 which means the three variables declared reliable or meet the requirements. This, the success rate of implementing the community-based sanitation program with this program has been carried out efficiently and has actually activated community participation in its implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of success of the program being implemented, so that from this evaluation new ideas can be found in the planning of the next program. It can be said that the evaluation is used as a working reference for more optimal infrastructure development. The results of the questionnaire assessment showed that the application of irrigation network infrastructure development in Bengkulu Tengah Regency was strongly supported by farmer groups, which was carried out in the Likert Scale calculation, by finding the percentage value of the average score interpretation criteria in figures of 81% to 100% percentage listed very strong. Based on the results of the study using the reliability test calculation with the help of SPSS software, the Cronbach alpha value obtained with the implementation variable was 0.838, and the utilization was 0.768, it turned out to have a Cronbach's Alpha value greater than 0.70, which means both variables were declared reliable or fulfilled the requirements.

Abstract

This study examines the role of knowledge sharing (KS) and absorptive capacity (AC) on Indonesian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) innovation performance. In addition, this study tests the role of AC in mediating the relationship between KS and innovation performance. This study used quantitative research method and data was collected using questionnaires. Samples in this study are SMEs located in Bayat District, Klaten Regency, Central Java, Indonesia which are engaged in pottery, batik and household appliances. Purposive sampling method was employed, and a total 150 samples was successfully collected. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to test the proposed hypotheses. The results of this study are as follows: (1) KS positively and significantly affects AC and innovation performance. (2) AC positively and significantly influence innovation performance. (3) Lastly, AC also successfully mediates the relationship between KS and innovation performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational commitment on employee career development at PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch. The sample in this study was 100 employees of PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch and has become a permanent employee. because all the populations in this study were sampled, the sampling method was saturated or census. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the leadership style had an effect on career development at PT Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch, meaning that the better the leadership style, the career development of employees at PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch will continue to increase. Organizational commitment has an effect on career development at PT Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch, meaning that the more employee organizational commitment increases, the career development of employees at PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch will continue to increase.
