Abstract

The rapid development of financial technology has driven the widespread adoption of digital banking applications, including the KROM app, among the public. This study aims to analyze user sentiment toward the KROM Digital Bank application using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. User review data was collected from Google Play, then processed through data preprocessing steps such as text cleaning, tokenization, and removing irrelevant words. The SVM algorithm is used to classify user sentiment into positive and negative categories. The results indicate that SVM performs well in classifying user sentiment, with an accuracy of 84,38%. This analysis is expected to provide insights for app developers to improve service quality based on user perceptions and experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a business trip application at the Regional Secretariat of Serang City to facilitate the management of official travel processes. The application is designed to support the digitalization of administrative procedures, from travel requests, budget management, to trip reporting. The system development uses the Agile methodology, enabling rapid iteration based on user feedback. This web-based system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The application is expected to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in official travel management and minimize potential manual errors.

Abstract

The employee leave request application is a crucial need for large companies like PT. Indomarco Adi Prima to improve the efficiency of leave management. This study aims to design a web-based leave request application using PHP Native to simplify the process of submitting, approving, and tracking employee leave status. The system development method used is Waterfall, consisting of phases such as requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The application is designed to be easily accessible in real-time, providing transparency and accuracy in leave management. Testing results show that the system can expedite the leave request process, minimize administrative errors, and enhance human resource management efficiency within the company.

Abstract

Penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) masif terutama dalam bidang desain, AI digunakan para desainer dalam membantu dalam berkarya. Penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis penggunaan Leonardo AI dalam menciptakan karya visual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian eksploratif untuk mandalami topik tertentu, sehingga memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif pada topik tersebut. Prosedur penelitian yang dilaksanakan 1) Penggunaan kata kunci sebagai instruksi yang tepat, 2) Penyusunan instruksi secara terstruktur, 3) Uji dan analisis instruksi dalam bentuk deskriptif analisis, 4) Evaluasi instruksi. Hasil diperoleh, selain kecanggihan ternyata Leonardo AI memiliki kelemahan. Output visual yang diperoleh dapat berbeda meskipun penggunaan instruksi yang identik. Penggunaan istilah teknis fotografi yang belum semua dapat diakomodir oleh Leonardo AI. Terdapat kemungkinan terjadinya pelanggaran hak cipta apabila dataset yang digunakan untuk melatih model mencakup karya yang dilindungi hak cipta tanpa izin. Hasil visual di-generate Leonardo AI dapat dijadikan aset digabungkan aset visual yang dibuat desainer dengan menggunakan aplikasi tambahan.
