Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang analisa sifat kimia dan sifat fisika dari maleat anhidrida tergrafting pada polipropilena terdegradasi (PPd-g-MA). PPd-g-MA yang diperoleh dibuat dengan perbandingan 95 : 3 : 2 (PPd : MA : BPO). Selanjutnya diuji sifat kimia dengan FTIR untuk menunjukkan proses grafting dapat terjadi dan kemudian diuji dengan DTA untuk mengetahui sifat fisika yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi perubahan sifat kimia dan fisika dari PPd-g-MA apabila dibandingkan dengan polipropilena murni. Pada FTIR ditunjukkan dengan munculnya gugus karbonil pada PPd-g-MA sebelum dan sesudah pemurnian berturut-turut pada bilangan gelombang 1712,79 cm-1 dan 1720,50 cm-1 dan gugus alkoksi pada bilangan gelombang 1165,00 cm-1. Perubahan titik leleh pada PPd-g-MA yang ditunjukkan oleh DTA yaitu 150oC.

Abstract

Influence levels of lead (Pb) in plants glodokan (Polyalthia longifolia Sonn) against the density of stomata and chlorophyll was strongly influenced by differences in the number of motor vehicles and physical factors contained in Langsa. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors influencing the accumulation of lead (Pb) in the three streets in the city this Langsa. This research implemented in March 2014, analyzed at the Center for Research and Standard, tissue culture USU (Universitas Sumatera Utara) Medan. The research location is determined by using the method Purpasive Radom Sampling at the third street, namely: Jalan A. Yani, Jalan Sudirman and Jalan Medan B.Aceh. On the road A. Abstract

Linear equation of QSAR model of insecticidal activity of carbamate derivatives based on atomic charge and hydrofobic, electronic and steric descriptors has been investigated. The descriptors were calculated by semiempirical PM3 method and biological activities of the compound were taken from experiment. The relationship between descriptors and their biological activities was analyzed with multilinear regression analysis.The best linier equation resulted from that analysis is : Log 1/LD 50 = 12,651 + (2,467 qC2) + (2,832 qC4) - (14,089 qC6) - (0,24 qO7) + (0,293 μ) - (0,08 SA (grid)) +(0,041 V)+ (0,141 EH) - (0,303 log P) n = 39 ; r = 0,839 ; adjusted r2 = 0,612 ; SE = 0,355; Fhit/Ftable = 3,443 PRESS=5,188 Based on that model, a new carbamate derivative has been designed which show better predicted activity (log 1/LD50 = 9,79) while the old one (log 1/LD50 = 8,81). This new carbamate insecticide derivative can be synthesized laboratoriccally for the next prove. Key Word:QSAR, Insecticides carbamate, PM3.

Abstract

Human resource factor is a mainly asset in the enterprise, because it has a unique characteristic and will not easy to imitated by the competitor. To make a well management of human resource process and its development in the enterprise is important. Together with the coming of information era, then the utilization of information technology to manage and develop the human resource is really necessary. Its means the human resources which managed traditionally would be change by manage it electronically. In the other word, the term of human resource management (HRM) changed by electronic human resource management (e-HRM). Certainly, to develop and manage e-HRM continuously is not easy without the consideration of such factors that exist within it as: human, organization, communication, and technology factors. Therefore, in this article explained such factor that will encourage these four factors in e-HRM practice, with the result is the e-HRM well management, and finally will increase the human resource development in the enterprise. After the consideration of human, organization, communication and technology factor, then continue by analyzed ten of social theory and used it to encourage the e-HRM development perfectly, where the utilization of each social theory is adjusted with appropriate factor only. The social theories that used in this article are: 1) Attribution theory, 2) Act* theory, 3) Argumentation theory, 4) Contagion theory, 5) Cognitive dissonance theory, 6) Agenda setting theory, 7) Absorptive capacity theory, 8) Actor network theory, 9) Adaptive structuration theory, and 10) Administrative behavior theory. Furthermore, the last part of this article is an explanation of human, organization, ommunication, and technology factor, and how to make each factor will give an effective function in e-HRM practice by using the social theory style in order the development of e-HRM more effective, efficient, and increase continuously.

Abstract

Padi hitam mempunyai potensi cukup besar dikembangkan, karena mengandung antioksidan, vitamin BI, makroelemen serta mineral yang sangat baik untuk kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, produktivitas padi hitam harus ditingkatkan, Namun, padi memiliki tinggi batang semu yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan padi yang lain sehingga rentan terhadap kerobohan. Oleh karena itu perlu diaplikasikan paklobutrazol dan pupuk organik cair untuk menurunkan tinggi batang semu serta meningkatkan ketebalan diameter batang semu sehingga tahan terhadap kerebahan. Penelitian dilakukan di "Green House" dan areal pertanian dengan menggunakan RALK 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah aplikasi paklobutrazol yang terdiri atas 4 konsentrasi, yaitu: 0 ppm, 10 ppm, 20 ppm atau 30 ppm diberikan pada saat perkecambahan. Faktor kedua adalah aplikasi pupuk oganik cair yang terdiri atas 4 konsentrasi, yaitu: 0 ml (kontrol)/pot, 0.6 ml/pot, 1.2 ml/ pot dan 1.8 ml/pot diberikan saat tanaman berumur 4, 8 dan 12 minggu. Parameter yang diamati yaitu: ketebalan anatomi batang, panjang berkas pengangkut dan tebal kortek batang semu tanaman padi hitam. Analisis data dengan ANAVA, jika terdapat perbedaan dilanjutkan dengan DMRT. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software SPPS 21.0padataraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi paklobutrazol 30 ppm tunggal berpengaruh nyata terhadap ketebalan anatomi batang, panjang berkas pengangkut dan, tebal kortek.

Abstract

ATM has one common feature which guarantees its success, namely the possibility to transport any ATM service, irrespective of its characteristics such as the bit rate, its quality requirements or its bursty nature. ATM also has high flexibility in allocate the bandwidth, and thus allows more calls to enter the network. Unfortunately, this advantage has a negative consequences. ATM presents congestion problems in the network as well as in the end terminals. This research describes about congestion control mechanism that will be applied for Available Bit Rate (ABR) Service in ATM networks, namely, the Rate-Based Congestion Control Scheme. This method supports end-to-end closed-loop control and has been indentified as the most appropriate for the support of this service by ATM Forum. ABR Service is a new ATM Service category. This kind of service automatically and dynamically allocates the available bandwidth to users by controlling the traffic flow based on feedback information. The source increases or decreases the source rate of cells transmission based on the information in the feedback Resource Management (RM) cell it receives. This method minimizes the duties of intermediate nodes and the destination node, so it is expected the source will receive the feedback information faster.

Abstract

Degradation of malachite green has been done. In this research, degradation process of malachite green was done by ozonolisis method, using TiO2- anatase and ZnO catalyst. The residu of malachite green was centrifuged and measured by spectroscopy UV / Vis at 200-800 nm after degradation. 6 mg / L malachite green diozonolisis for 5 minutes obtained pH optimum at pH 7. 6 mg / L malachite green was added 0.025 mg TiO2-anatase catalyst, and 0.025 mg ZnO at pH 7 with a variation time obtained optimum time of 5 minutes. Percent degradation of malachite green is generated by the addition of 0.0250 grams of TiO2-anatase 99.77% and 0.0250 grams of ZnO 93.59%. Percent of the results showed that the degradation of degradation with the addition of TiO2-anatase is greater than the addition of ZnO, because of the stability of TiO2- anatase is large.

Abstract

HAPS (High Altitude Platform Station) is an airship or aircraft positioned 17-22 km altitude, or in stratosphere. HAPS is the development infrastructure of telecommunication network as BTS/BS replacement. BTS / BS is seen still has shortcomings in funding and capacity range. HAPS position is on the air layer will effected by wind disgusting so that position of HAPS will change form its normal state called Platform Displacement. Therefore, in this research, we will discuss the impact of HAPS displacement on the quality of service perceived MS (Mobile Station) by measuring the throughput. Throughput values will be mesured during MS is doing handover (HO) process, user is a mobile user who is doing WiMAX VoIP communications. Users will be simulated moves with constant speed of 50 km / h, 80 km / h, 120km / h and 200 km / h. Platform will simulated in some position upward, downward, to the right and to the left. When platform moves upward, cells will increase the coverage so each cell will interfere their neighbor especially when MS is doing HO process
