Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology are changing the way humans obtain information. One of them is through social media Twitter. Twitter is a social media that is famous as a medium for general public opinion. There are many discussion topics that people respond to on Twitter. One of the topics on Twitter social media that is trending is related to the Coldplay Jakarta concert. The Coldplay Jakarta concert event received various responses from netizens. This is because the public is very enthusiastic about watching this British music group. However, public enthusiasm did not run smoothly due to the emergence of various phenomena and problems that occurred before and after this event was held. Therefore, the sentiments given are very diverse. Starting from negative sentiments to positive sentiments. The sentiment analysis process can find and solve problems based on public sentiment on Twitter. The dataset was obtained through a data crawling process using Google Colabs with the Python programming language. The total dataset obtained was 1,831 raw datasets. After that, the dataset is processed in data cleansing which aims to remove components that are not needed in sentiment analysis. Next, the dataset is labeled negative and positive. Then pre-processing is carried out on the data that has been previously labeled, and a word weighting process is also carried out using Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). After that, modeling was carried out using the Support Vector Machine classification method and the final process was test evaluation. The number of datasets obtained after going through the cleaning and labeling process is 1,000. The dataset is divided into training data and test data in a ratio of 80:20. The results obtained from the Support Vector Machine method show an accuracy percentage of 80.97%, precision of 81.59% and recall of 79.12. The sentiment test results from the test data were 107 positive and 93 negative

Abstract

Security Design using Mikrotik with Layer 7 protocol and Proxy Server methods aims to enhance network security. In this design, Mikrotik will be configured as a firewall to filter and block unwanted internet traffic. Additionally, Mikrotik will also function as a router to manage internet traffic between the local network and the internet. In its implementation, the Layer 7 protocol method will be used to filter and restrict access to specific websites or applications, while the proxy server will be utilized to accelerate response times for repeated access requests and block access to undesirable websites or applications. The implementation of this design at SMK Darut Taqwa successfully blocked desired sites such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, with the addition of filter rules to prevent any future site leakage. Furthermore, network administrators are able to control access to specific content.

Abstract

The boarding house business is one of the profitable businesses, especially in places where the majority of residents are from outside, the more outsiders who come, the more the boarding house business will grow. However, with the large number of boarding house residents, a boarding house requires a website that regulates the boarding house system so that it makes it easier for both the owner and the boarding house residents in it. The development of this boarding house system will be one of the keys to getting out of this problem and the development of the boarding house aims to facilitate activities in it so that the ongoing business process can run efficiently. With the existence of this boarding house system website, it can speed up boarding house owners in recording all data related to boarding houses or boarding house residents who rent. The design of the boarding house system in the future will be very useful during the running of the boarding house business and the data collection in it.

Abstract

This research aimed to restructure the backend architecture of the XYZ application prototype using Microservice architecture. Load testing was conducted to compare the performance of the initial prototype backend and microservice architecture on response-time, throughput, and latency metrics. The restructuring method used was arranged in 4 stages with a total of 7 activities. In the first stage, system analysis was conducted on the XYZ application prototype. In the second stage, architecture decomposition, consisting of 3 activities, which were identifying system operations, identifying services using domain-driven design decomposition, and defining services and collaboration, was performed. In the third stage, database requirements analysis was performed on the microservice architecture that had been formed. In the fourth stage, the database design and microservice backend were implemented and tested using 3 different amounts of data, which were 56, 112, and 210, against 14 endpoints on both the prototype backend and the microservice backend. Based on the test results taken from the Apache JMeter Listener, it showed that the prototype backend showed superior performance in testing per endpoint, but in the overall test, the microservice backend showed better performance with a 2,4% faster response time, 1,8% higher throughput, and 2,4% lower latency. There is a pattern that shows the dominant microservice backend excels in tests with the last data, Data 210, in all metrics measured.

Abstract

The rapid development of online shopping in Indonesia has encouraged business actors, including NICESO Store, to develop Android-based online sales applications that facilitate the transaction process for customers and simplify data management through e-commerce. To that end, NICESO developed a sales application that makes it easier for customers to search for and buy products without having to come to the store. This study itself uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method to analyze consumer needs, as well as UML diagrams such as Use Case, Activity, Sequence, and Class Diagram to design the application. As a result, this application simplifies the process of ordering, paying, and tracking orders online with a simple and easy-to-use display. In conclusion, this sales application expands NICESO's market, simplifies online transactions, and helps stores in sales reporting.

Abstract

As an economic enterprise based on the interests and welfare of members, the business units that have been implemented by As-Sakinah Cooperative include providing and fulfilling the basic needs of members. Therefore, in 2012 As-Sakinah Cooperative established the Toko As-Sakinah business unit. This business unit aims to provide the basic needs of members, as well as the needs of Muhammadiyah, 'Aisyiyah and other organizations. Not only that, the As-Sakinah Cooperative business unit also acts as a place for marketing the products of the economic efforts of 'Aisyiyah members. The importance of consumer behavior analysis using market basket analysis on sales transactions of the As-Sakinah Store business unit is as a marketing strategy to increase sales transactions by looking at consumer behavior patterns towards the relationship between products based on purchase transactions made by members and other customers. In addition, the results of this market basket analysis can also be used for marketing strategies and data-based decision making. Market basket analysis or shopping basket analysis is an analysis of customer behavior in conducting buying and selling transaction activities. Shopping basket analysis produces findings of association or connection between one item and another, where these items are in one customer's basket. The results of this research indicate that with a minimum support value of 5% and a minimum confidence of 5% it produces 11 rules, where the pattern of associations between items found has a very high association tendency. The resulting association rules also show low variation, this is influenced by the small variation of transactions made by customers. From the rules generated, it can be seen that not many product combinations are obtained, this is because most of the sales transactions consist of only one product purchased by customers. So that the effectiveness of the application of market basket analysis in this cooperative is not optimal
