Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidance about the differences of stock trading volume and average abnormal return on growing and not growing company before and after stock split.  Based on purposive sampling, there are 38 sample. This study uses analysis of Wilcoxon Signed Test and Mann Whitney by the period of event is 31 days; 15 days before stock split (t-15) and 15 days after stock split (t+15). The result of study shows that there is no trading volume significance differences before and after stock split on growing and not growing company. The insignificance differences is also found in Average Abnormal Return before and after stock split on on growing and not growing company. Furthermore, there is no differences of trading volume and average abnormal return on on growing and not growing company before and after stock split.

Abstract

Developing entrepreneurship to the student, with the end result is the formation of young entrepreneurs, it needs a model of sustainable entrepreneurial learning. This model prioritizes the synergy of government policies on entrepreneurship education and the establishment of curricula that include entrepreneurship development stages. The first element is the government policy on entrepreneurship education. Entrepreneurship education policy has been sparked and is followed by a variety of entrepreneurial programs that can be accessed by students and the university. The second element is the establishment of a curriculum based entrepreneurship. Curriculum developed from the first semester until the end semester, based on the stage of entrepreneurship development. These stages can generally be designed as follows: (1) growing entrepreneurial mindset, (2) Stage of business experience, (3) business start up, (4) business development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of personality traits (locus of control), the need to excel and achieve competitive advantage enterprenurship Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The population in this study is the owner / manager / staff of companies (SMEs) in Bangkalan. The sampling technique is convenience sampling, that is, those who successfully met and willing to become respondents in this study. The analysis tool used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis to determine how much influence the independent variables (X1 and X2) to the dependent variable (Y) where the test results hypothesis that the Internal Lucos of Control and External Lucos of Control which is owned by SMEs Sampang together -Same significant effect with the amount of determination coefficient of 50.01% with a suggestion to change the orientation of External Lucos of Control into SMEs oriented Lucos of Internal Control in a way to optimize the ability of self-owned through inrcresing creativity, creativity, motivation and itsself.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of customer loyalty, business continuity and product accountability mediating role. The approach used in this study is a survey technique, a study that takes a sample of the population using questionnaires as the principal data collectors. The unit of analysis, all the small businesses in the outer circumference culinary Malang. The sample collection technique using proportional random sampling. From the nature of its relationship with other variables, consisting of exogenous variables, mediation and endogenous variables. Exogenous variables are variables that affect the variation of other variables, whereas endogenous variables are variables that variations influenced by other variables. Mediating variable nature strengthen or weaken the relationship between variables. In this study, the accountability of the product as a mediating variable, variable customer loyalty as exogenous and business continuity as an endogenous variable. Structural equation modeling analysis techniques used to analyze the data and simultaneously test theoretical models. Based on the results of data analysis revealed that loyalty pelanggn affect the continuity of business and product accountability uga role as mediating the effect of customer loyalty to the business continuity.

Abstract

Pengaruh Konflik Intrapersonal Perempuan Wirausaha Terhadap Tingkat Kesejahteraan Keluarga (Studi Kasus Pada perempuan wirausaha Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) di Jembatan Suramadu sisi Madura)Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui tipe konflik intrapersonal yang terdiri dari konflik pendekatan-pendekatan, konflik penghindaran-penghindaran dan konflik pendekatan-penghindaran mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kesejahteraan Keluarga pada perempuan wirausaha Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) yang berada di Jembatan Suramadu sisi Madura. Untuk mengetahui diantara tipe konflik intrapersonal tersebut, tipe konflik manakah yang dominan yang mempengaruhi Tingkat kesejahteraan Keluarga Perempuan wirausaha PKL.Hasil  penelitian ini adalah: (1) bahwa tipe konflik intrapersonal perempuan wirausaha berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keberhasilan bisnis atau usaha, hal ini dapat dilihat dari Fhitung  sebesar 15,309 lebih besar dari Ftabel  sebesar 2,78,  maka Ho  ditolak H1  diterima. (2) secara parsial, menunjukkan bahwa variabel konflik pendekatan-pendekatan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keberhasilan bisnis (Y) hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Thitung 4,782 lebih besar dari  Ttabel  sebesar 1,674  maka H0 ditolak H1 diterima. Variabel konflik penghindaran-penghindaran (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keberhasilan bisnis (Y) hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Thitung  0,121 lebih kecil dari  Ttabel  sebesar 1,674  maka H0 diterima H1 ditolak. Variabel konflik pendekatan-penghindaran (X3) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan bisnis (Y), hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Thitung  sebesar 0,613 lebih kecil dari pada Ttabel 1,674 maka H0 diterima H1 ditolak.
