Abstract

Keberhasilan usaha koperasi tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kemampuan unsur manajemen  (pengurus dan pengelola/manajer) dalam mengelola usaha, kualitas manajemen pada koperasi harus  mempunyai kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang baik, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia terutama aspek kualitasnya berpengaruh pada tingkat profesionalitas manajemen koperasi yang rata-rata perlu perhatian lebih lanjutMetode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survei, yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang utama. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah koperasi unit desa di wilayah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Unit observasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota koperasi unit desa  di Sulawesi Tengah. Disain penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif  dengan metode deskrptif survey. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dimana penelitian deskriptif adalah penelitian yang bertujuan memperoleh gambaran tentang kualitas pelayanan koperasi unit desa di Sulawesi Tengah.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketrampilan pengurus dan pengelola/manajer mendapatkan skor tertinggi dibandingkan dengan pengetahuan, pengalaman dan jiwa kewirausahaan pengurus dan pengelola/manajer Koperasi Unit Desa di Sulawesi Tengah. Hasil pembahasan deskriptif mengenai skor tanggapan responden mengenai kualitas manajemen menunjukkan skor dalam kategori cukup baik. Nilai rata-rata responden juga menunjukkan angka yang mendekati titik tengah kategori hipotesis dengan nilai 3, sehingga dapat dijelaskan bahwa untuk hipotesis kualitas manajemen dikatakan cukup baik.

Abstract

The development of printer machine nowadays is remakably marked by the latest innovation together with the product quality which continously improving with the advantage and new model as well as more interesting. This is the effect of global market which more competitive and the activity of the world trade more highly controlled by the demand and supply law. In Indonesia the printer industry competition, specially inkjet printer nearly most of them dominated by three big companies, namely Canon, Epson and Hewlett Packard where by this printer vendors, trying to apply various strategy to increasing its printer sale. There are so many kind of printers sold in Indonesia which arising the tough competition among the companies. Various kind of inovative products continously improved. In increasing the consumer loyalty, Epson company always develops its product atribute for interest of satisfying the consumer need. The consumer loyalty is very important to find out whether the consumers were satisfy with the products which was available in the Epson inkjet printer was very important known by the printer vendor.The aim of this research is to reveral the produt atribute description, consumer loyalty and how big was the influence of product atribute to the consumer loyalty of the product.  Research used Survey Eksplanatory technique, and the method used was survey. The research population was The Students Of Economic Education Department As The User of Epson Inkjet Printer of Indonesia Education University Jln. Setiabudhi Bandung, to reveal the influence of said variables used simple regresi analysis by the SPSS 11.5 programme help for windows.The results of the research showed that the product quality has the positive influence and adequate (0,634) on the consumer loyalty of the Epson inkjet printer product.. Recommendation which given to the product atribute was the Epson company should maintain and improve its quality product of various factors in order it can increase the satisfaction which in turn shall make the consumer become the loyal persons.

Abstract

Bank merupakan badan usaha yang mempunyai fungsi utama yaitu sebagai lembaga intermediary yaitu menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dan menyalurkan dana kepada masyarakat berupa penyaluran kredit. Penyaluran kredit merupakan aktiva produktif yang menghasilkan profit dari selisih bunga pinjaman dan bunga simpanan.. Salah satu rasio untuk mengukur kemampuan bank dalam memperoleh profit adalah ROA (Return On Asset). ROA (Return On Asset) merupakan rasio yang membandingkan laba bersih yang diterima oleh bank dengan aktiva yang dimiliki bank. Semakin besar ROA maka akan semakin baik, hal tersebut berarti bank dapat memanfaatkan aktiva yang dimiliki untuk dijadikan profit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi penyaluran kredit terhadap besarnya ROA (Return On Asset) . Objek dari penelitian ini adalah Bank Mega Tbk. Populasi adalah laporan keuangan Bank Mega Tbk dari tahun berdiri sampai tahun 2009 dan sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan bank Mega tahun 2002-2009. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara dana pihak ketiga dan penyaluran kredit terhadap ROA. Hasil uji t 0,5630,05 yang berarti penyaluran kredit tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA.

Abstract

Organizational culture and organizational commitment are the two factors that related to unoptimal employee performance The purpose of this research is to know, firstl; the implementation of organizational culture,organizational commitment, employee performance; and secondly, the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment  on the employee performancet. Variables of this research consist of organizational culture (X1), organizational commitment with subvariables; affective commitment (X2), continuance commitmen (X3), normative commitment (X4). and employee performance (Y).This research use explanatory method to explain causal relation among variables through hipotetical assessment. The population of the research is all employees worked in PT Pelayaran Samudera Selatan Jakarta. All of the employees became respondens of this research. The indicators of organizational culture are based on the Stephen Robbins Theory, organizational commitment indicators adoptedfrom Meyer and Allen Theory, and employee performance based on Bernardin and Russel theory.       Generally, it is found that the perception to organizational culture, organizational  commitment and employee performance of PT pelayaran Samudera Selatan can be categorized as good. From the path analyses, it is found that the organizational culture and organizational commitment has a strong positive impact either partially or simultancy  on the employee performance.

Abstract

UPK Samarang represent institute organizer of fund and activity of governmental program that is PNPM-MANDIRI Countryside inDistrict of Samarang Garut which its effort make a move in the field of channeling and management of loan of SPP and of UEP. Besides, in program budget year of UPK functioning Samarang as organizer and dealer of construction fund. Target of most important company is to get profit in the form of loan service, to be able to yield big service hence company have to strive effectively and is efficient. Attainment of company profit in the form of loan service very depend on fluent rate of return. fluent the payment of loan of fundamental goodness and also loan service of menunjukan company efektifitas in depressing the amount of jam of credit of loan have problem. This research aim to to know operating income of group member, ability of return of credit of SPP and influence of operating income to ability of return of credit of SPP. this Object Research is financial statement of SPP UPK Samarang period of January 2007 up to period of June 2009. Data which [is] used in this research isprimary data and data of sekunder, with data collecting technique through interview with delegation of group member and Bursar of UPK Samarang, observation of[is non literature study and participant. This research have the character of descriptively of verifikatif, method of explanatory survey and use case study method by using sampling technique that is technique of purposive sampling. While data processing use simple linear regression analysis. Pursuant to result of examination of statistic obtained by information that there are influence which are positive between earnings ably return of credit of UPK Samarang, hence obtained by conclusion that ability of return of credit influenced by operating income equal to 18.49% and the rest equal to 81.51% influenced by other factor like individual character, mechanism and system, institute, and economic condition in general

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know (1) the implementation of transformational leadership; (2) the service commitment; and (3) the influence of transformational leadership on service commitment. There are two research variables,  transformational leadership (X) and service commitment (Y).This research use study method with explanatory research to explain causal relation among variables. Address the research objective it is conducted a descriptive and verification analysis by regression analysis as means of its analysis. The research was conducted on whole employees who worked in Dinas Kependudukan, Catatan Sipil dan Tenaga Kerja Cirebon City in which samples is all of its employee. The transformational leadership variable used an indicator whose was suggested by Bass, whereas the service commitment variable used an indicator whose was suggested by Sutopo and Suryanto.                Generally, the results of research concluded that transformational leadership which was conducted existing in high category and the service commitment existed in high category too. Using the regression as means of verification analysis indicated that transformational leadership have positive effect on service commitment.
